珍珠棉又叫聚乙烯发泡棉,聚乙烯发泡棉是非交联闭孔结构,英文简称EPE,珍珠棉是一种新型环保的包装材料,它由低密度聚乙烯脂经物理发泡产生无数的独立气泡构成,聚乙烯发泡棉克服了普通发泡胶易碎、变形、恢复性差的缺点,具有隔水防潮、防震、隔音、保温、可塑性能佳、韧性强、循环再造、环保和抗撞力强等诸多优点,亦具有很好的抗化学性能,发泡聚苯乙烯包装制品使用后无法回收,造成白色污染,被国际禁用,因此聚乙烯发泡棉是传统包装材料的理想替代品珍珠棉具有可回收性,因此应用较为广泛。
由于珍珠棉是高发泡成形产品,重量轻,有一定坚固性柔软性和缓冲性很好,导热率很低隔热性很优,独立气泡的泡沫材,是几乎没有吸水性的防水材;但是目前传统的发泡珍珠棉还存在防潮性能和防水性能不佳的问题,使用范围受到限制,因此还需对其进行研究。
针对上述技术问题,故需要进行改进。

2.在EPE珍珠棉中添加改性VAE乳液,能够改善珍珠棉与保护膜层连接的稳定性,在反应过程中会使得乳胶粒表面电荷增加,乳胶粒间相互排斥作用增强,相互聚结减少,使体系稳定。
3.PE保护膜的原料由LLDPE7042和LDPE2420D组成,它与特定配方的胶黏剂进行配合使用,大大增大了PE保护膜与珍珠棉的粘结力,同时,在PE保护膜的外侧均匀涂布有胶黏剂,保证了防水防潮作用的同时,也保持了良好的表面光滑性和耐磨性。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明实施例作详细说明。
实施例1:地板保护专用防潮防水珍珠棉保护膜,包括保护膜层、珍珠棉和涂覆层;保护膜层设置有两层,分别布设于珍珠棉的上下端,所述保护膜层和珍珠棉之间通过相互热压连接,所述涂覆层通过压辊压合后与保护膜层和珍珠棉牢固粘合,所述保护膜层为PE保护膜,所述珍珠棉为EPE珍珠棉,本发明在珍珠棉上设置保护膜层,保护膜层为PE保护膜,增加了珍珠棉的强度,提高了整体的抗拉性能,且保护膜层与珍珠棉结合,提高了珍珠棉的防水防潮水效果。
EPE珍珠棉包括以下重量份的原料:聚乙烯100份、改性VAE乳液10份、钛酸酯改性碳酸钙10份、氢氧化铝3份、抗静电剂1份、发泡剂6份、内润滑剂1份、交联剂1份、硅烷偶联剂1份;在EPE珍珠棉中添加改性VAE乳液,能够改善珍珠棉与保护膜层连接的稳定性,在反应过程中会使得乳胶粒表面电荷增加,乳胶粒间相互排斥作用增强,相互聚结减少,使体系稳定。
其中,改性VAE乳液包括以下重量份材料:VAE 50份,聚乙烯醇7份,醋酸乙烯20份,过硫酸铵4份,过硫酸钾3份;在原料中添加聚乙烯醇和过硫酸铵,能够改善珍珠棉的柔韧性,当其参与共聚反应时会增加共聚物大分子的支化度,从而使黏度和胶接强度明显提高。
本实施例中的发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺,二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺或4,4'-氧代双苯磺酰肼中的任意一种。
本实施例中的硅烷偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂KH-550或硅烷偶联剂KH-560中的任意一种。
PE保护膜的外侧均匀涂布有胶黏剂,所述PE保护膜的原料由重量比为1:0.05的LLDPE7042和LDPE2420D组成;所述LLDPE7042采用中石化扬子石油化工股份有限公司的熔融指数为1.7-2.3g/10min、密度为0.916-0.920g/cm3的LLDPE;所述LDPE2420D采用中海壳牌石油化工有限公司的熔融指数为0.24-0.26g/10min、密度为0.922-0.923g/cm3的LDPE;PE保护膜的原料由LLDPE7042和LDPE2420D组成,它与特定配方的胶黏剂进行配合使用,大大增大了PE保护膜与珍珠棉的粘结力,同时,在PE保护膜的外侧均匀涂布有胶黏剂,保证了防水防潮作用的同时,也保持了良好的表面光滑性和耐磨性。
胶黏剂的包括以下重量份的原料:环氧树脂50份、固化剂15份,固化促进剂1份,乳化剂10份、过硫酸钾水溶液1份,其余为水;其中,环氧树脂和固化剂组分的质量比为1∶3;本实施例中的环氧树脂为由单一双酚A二缩水甘油脂聚合而成的环氧树脂;采用上述方案制备的胶黏剂粘合效果好,具有良好的防水防潮作用,并且,该胶黏剂透明度高,不会影响PE保护膜的通透性和光泽度,使用其制备的复合膜美观性强。
实施例2;
本实施例内容与实施例1内容基本相同,相同部分内容不在重复,与实施例1不同的是:本实施例中:EPE珍珠棉包括以下重量份的原料:聚乙烯120份、改性VAE乳液12份、钛酸酯改性碳酸钙13份、氢氧化铝4份、抗静电剂2份、发泡剂7份、内润滑剂2份、交联剂3份、硅烷偶联剂2份。
改性VAE乳液包括以下重量份材料:VAE 50份,聚乙烯醇6份,醋酸乙烯17份,过硫酸铵2份,过硫酸钾2份。
胶黏剂的包括以下重量份的原料:环氧树脂70份、固化剂20份,固化促进剂3份,乳化剂30份、过硫酸钾水溶液2份,其余为水。
实施例3;
本实施例内容与实施例1内容基本相同,相同部分内容不在重复,与实施例1不同的是:本实施例中:
EPE珍珠棉包括以下重量份的原料:聚乙烯120份、改性VAE乳液12份、钛酸酯改性碳酸钙15份、氢氧化铝7份、抗静电剂4份、发泡剂7份、内润滑剂3份、交联剂2份、硅烷偶联剂2份。
改性VAE乳液包括以下重量份材料:VAE46份,聚乙烯醇6份,醋酸乙烯17份,过硫酸铵2份,过硫酸钾2份。
胶黏剂的包括以下重量份的原料:环氧树脂75份、固化剂18份,固化促进剂2份,乳化剂20份、过硫酸钾水溶液3份,其余为水。
实施例4;
本实施例内容与实施例1内容基本相同,相同部分内容不在重复,与实施例1不同的是:本实施例中EPE珍珠棉包括以下重量份的原料:聚乙烯120份、改性VAE乳液13份、钛酸酯改性碳酸钙15份、氢氧化铝7份、抗静电剂4份、发泡剂7份、内润滑剂3份、交联剂2份、硅烷偶联剂2份。
改性VAE乳液包括以下重量份材料:VAE46份,聚乙烯醇6份,醋酸乙烯17份,过硫酸铵2份,过硫酸钾2份。
胶黏剂的包括以下重量份的原料:环氧树脂75份、固化剂18份,固化促进剂2份,乳化剂20份、过硫酸钾水溶液3份,其余为水。
与实施例3不同的是,本方案中将改性VAE乳液由12份调整为13份;申请人发现,调整上述一种组分以后,能够改善珍珠棉的柔韧性,当其参与共聚反应时会增加共聚物大分子的支化度,从而使黏度和胶接强度明显提高。
实施例5;
本实施例内容与实施例1内容基本相同,相同部分内容不在重复,与实施例1不同的是:本实施例中EPE珍珠棉包括以下重量份的原料:聚乙烯120份、改性VAE乳液13份、钛酸酯改性碳酸钙18份、氢氧化铝7份、抗静电剂4份、发泡剂7份、内润滑剂3份、交联剂2份、硅烷偶联剂3份。
改性VAE乳液包括以下重量份材料:VAE46份,聚乙烯醇6份,醋酸乙烯17份,过硫酸铵2份,过硫酸钾2份。
胶黏剂的包括以下重量份的原料:环氧树脂75份、固化剂18份,固化促进剂2份,乳化剂20份、过硫酸钾水溶液3份,其余为水。
与实施例4不同的是,本方案中将有钛酸酯改性碳酸钙的重量份由15份调整为18份;将硅烷偶联剂的重量份由2份调整为3份,申请人发现,调整上述两种组分以后,EPE珍珠棉的可塑性变强,丰满,有弹性。
实施例6;
本实施例内容与实施例1内容基本相同,相同部分内容不在重复,与实施例1不同的是:本实施例中EPE珍珠棉包括以下重量份的原料:聚乙烯120份、改性VAE乳液13份、钛酸酯改性碳酸钙18份、氢氧化铝7份、抗静电剂4份、发泡剂7份、内润滑剂3份、交联剂2份、硅烷偶联剂3份。
改性VAE乳液包括以下重量份材料:VAE46份,聚乙烯醇6份,醋酸乙烯17份,过硫酸铵2份,过硫酸钾2份。
胶黏剂的包括以下重量份的原料:环氧树脂75份、固化剂18份,固化促进剂2份,乳化剂25份、过硫酸钾水溶液3份,其余为水。
与实施例5不同的是,本方案中将有环氧树脂的重量份由75份调整为90份;将乳化剂的重量份由20份调整为25份,将过硫酸钾水溶液的重量份由3份调整为2份;申请人发现,调整上述三种组分以后,PE保护膜的防水防潮性能增强,同时,也提高了PE保护膜表面光滑性和耐磨性。

Claims (10)

1.地板保护专用防潮防水珍珠棉保护膜,其特征在于:包括保护膜层、珍珠棉和涂覆层;保护膜层设置有两层,分别布设于珍珠棉的上下端,所述保护膜层和珍珠棉之间通过相互热压连接,所述涂覆层通过压辊压合后与保护膜层和珍珠棉牢固粘合,所述保护膜层为PE保护膜,所述珍珠棉为EPE珍珠棉,所述EPE珍珠棉包括以下重量份的原料:聚乙烯100-155份、改性VAE乳液10-15份、钛酸酯改性碳酸钙10-19份、氢氧化铝3-7份、抗静电剂1-4份、发泡剂6-10份、内润滑剂1-5份、交联剂1-3份、硅烷偶联剂1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的地板保护专用防潮防水珍珠棉保护膜,其特征在于:所述EPE珍珠棉包括以下重量份的原料:聚乙烯100份、改性VAE乳液10份、钛酸酯改性碳酸钙10份、氢氧化铝3份、抗静电剂1份、发泡剂6份、内润滑剂1份、交联剂1份、硅烷偶联剂1份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的地板保护专用防潮防水珍珠棉保护膜,其特征在于:所述PE保护膜的外侧均匀涂布有胶黏剂,所述PE保护膜的原料由重量比为1:0.05的LLDPE7042和LDPE2420D组成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的地板保护专用防潮防水珍珠棉保护膜,其特征在于:所述LLDPE7042采用中石化扬子石油化工股份有限公司的熔融指数为1.7-2.3g/10min、密度为0.916-0.920g/cm3的LLDPE;所述LDPE2420D采用中海壳牌石油化工有限公司的熔融指数为0.24-0.26g/10min、密度为0.922-0.923g/cm3的LDPE。
5.根据权利要求3所述的地板保护专用防潮防水珍珠棉保护膜,其特征在于:所述胶黏剂的包括以下重量份的原料:环氧树脂50-100份、固化剂15-25份,固化促进剂1-5份,乳化剂10-50份、过硫酸钾水溶液1-5份,其余为水;其中,环氧树脂和固化剂组分的质量比为1∶3。
6.根据权利要求5所述的地板保护专用防潮防水珍珠棉保护膜,其特征在于:所述环氧树脂为由单一双酚A二缩水甘油脂聚合而成的环氧树脂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的地板保护专用防潮防水珍珠棉保护膜,其特征在于:所述改性VAE乳液包括以下重量份材料:VAE45-59份,聚乙烯醇5-7份,醋酸乙烯15-20份,过硫酸铵1-4份,过硫酸钾1-3份。
8.根据权利要求7所述的地板保护专用防潮防水珍珠棉保护膜,其特征在于:所述改性VAE乳液包括以下重量份材料:VAE50份,聚乙烯醇7份,醋酸乙烯20份,过硫酸铵4份,过硫酸钾3份。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的地板保护专用防潮防水珍珠棉保护膜,其特征在于:所述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺,二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺或4,4'-氧代双苯磺酰肼中的任意一种。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的地板保护专用防潮防水珍珠棉保护膜,其特征在于:所述硅烷偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂KH-550或硅烷偶联剂KH-560中的任意一种。
