技术领域
本发明属于包装材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种EPE珍珠棉及其制备方法。
背景技术
珍珠棉(又称EPE)是一种新型环保的包装材料,它由低密度聚乙烯脂经物理发泡产生无数的独立气泡构成,克服了普通发泡胶易碎、变形、回复性差的缺点。具有隔水防潮、防震、隔音、保温、可塑性能佳、韧性强、循环再造、环保、抗撞力强等诸多优点,亦具有很好的抗化学性能,但是目前聚乙烯发泡材料仍存在弯曲强度、弹性和耐热性差等不足,限制了其应用。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种EPE珍珠棉,以提高其弹性和热稳定性,本发明还提供了所述EPE珍珠棉的制备方法。
一种EPE珍珠棉,由如下重量份的原料制成:低密度聚乙烯70-80份、高密度聚乙烯30-40份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物10-15份、偶氮二甲酰胺12-16份、过氧化二异丙苯3-5份、氧化锌3-5份、钛酸酯改性碳酸钙20-30份、异丁基三乙氧基硅烷5-7份、硬脂酸镁1-2份、硬脂酸丁酯4-6份、六亚甲基四胺4-5份、聚碳酸酯3-5份、氢氧化铝5-7份、竹炭粉8-9份、己二酸二辛酯6-8份、乙醇胺3-5份、邻苯二甲酸二环己酯8-9份和高岭土7-9份。

(2)将过氧化二异丙苯、硬脂酸丁酯、六亚甲基四胺、聚碳酸酯、己二酸二辛酯、乙醇胺和邻苯二甲酸二环己酯加入高速混合机中,以600-700r/min的低速在65-75℃的温度下混合6-10min,加入过氧化二异丙苯,得到混合料;
(3)将步骤(2)中所述混合料加入到步骤(1)所述聚乙烯混炼物的混炼机中,在1500-1600r/min的转速下转动至温度升高到140-160℃后缓慢降低转速至温度降到40℃以下时均匀后加入单螺杆挤出机进行连续挤出,并经管口型模具成型,挤出成型即可。

实施例1
一种EPE珍珠棉,由如下重量份的原料制成:低密度聚乙烯75份、高密度聚乙烯36份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物12份、偶氮二甲酰胺15份、过氧化二异丙苯4份、氧化锌3份、钛酸酯改性碳酸钙25份、异丁基三乙氧基硅烷6份、硬脂酸镁1份、硬脂酸丁酯5份、六亚甲基四胺4份、聚碳酸酯5份、氢氧化铝6 份、竹炭粉7.5份、己二酸二辛酯7份、乙醇胺4份、邻苯二甲酸二环己酯8份和高岭土8份。
本实施例所述的EPE珍珠棉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将低密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物置于混炼机中塑炼4min,然后加入氧化锌、钛酸酯改性碳酸钙、异丁基三乙氧基硅烷、硬脂酸镁、氢氧化铝、竹炭粉和高岭土,继续混炼15min,得到聚乙烯混炼物;
(2)将过氧化二异丙苯、硬脂酸丁酯、六亚甲基四胺、聚碳酸酯、己二酸二辛酯、乙醇胺和邻苯二甲酸二环己酯加入高速混合机中,以650r/min的低速在70℃的温度下混合7min,加入过氧化二异丙苯,得到混合料;
(3)将步骤(2)中所述混合料加入到步骤(1)所述聚乙烯混炼物的混炼机中,在1500r/min的转速下转动至温度升高到150℃后缓慢降低转速至温度降到40℃以下时均匀后加入单螺杆挤出机进行连续挤出,并经管口型模具成型,挤出成型即可。

一种EPE珍珠棉,由如下重量份的原料制成:低密度聚乙烯80份、高密度聚乙烯30份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物15份、偶氮二甲酰胺16份、过氧化二异丙苯3份、氧化锌5份、钛酸酯改性碳酸钙30份、异丁基三乙氧基硅烷5份、硬脂酸镁2份、硬脂酸丁酯6份、六亚甲基四胺4份、聚碳酸酯5份、氢氧化铝7 份、竹炭粉9份、己二酸二辛酯6份、乙醇胺5份、邻苯二甲酸二环己酯8份和高岭土7份。
本发明所述的EPE珍珠棉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

(2)将过氧化二异丙苯、硬脂酸丁酯、六亚甲基四胺、聚碳酸酯、己二酸二辛酯、乙醇胺和邻苯二甲酸二环己酯加入高速混合机中,以700r/min的低速在75℃的温度下混合6min,加入过氧化二异丙苯,得到混合料;
(3)将步骤(2)中所述混合料加入到步骤(1)所述聚乙烯混炼物的混炼机中,在1600r/min的转速下转动至温度升高到140℃后缓慢降低转速至温度降到40℃以下时均匀后加入单螺杆挤出机进行连续挤出,并经管口型模具成型,挤出成型即可。
将上述实施例1-3制备得到的产品进行检测,抗拉强度的测试拉伸速度为 5mm/min±lmm/min,检测结果如表1所示。

从表1可知,本发明的EPE珍珠棉的性能均高于珍珠棉的性能标准,因此,本发明通过羟丙基纤维素和改性淀粉的加入能够大幅提高产品的可降解性,并保持优良的机械性能。

4.根据权利要求1所述的EPE珍珠棉,其特征在于:由如下重量份的原料制成:低密度聚乙烯80份、高密度聚乙烯30份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物15份、偶氮二甲酰胺16份、过氧化二异丙苯3份、氧化锌5份、钛酸酯改性碳酸钙30份、异丁基三乙氧基硅烷5份、硬脂酸镁2份、硬脂酸丁酯6份、六亚甲基四胺4份、聚碳酸酯5份、氢氧化铝7份、竹炭粉9份、己二酸二辛酯6份、乙醇胺5份、邻苯二甲酸二环己酯8份和高岭土7份。
5.权利要求1-4任意一项所述的EPE珍珠棉的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将低密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物置于混炼机中塑炼2-5min,然后加入氧化锌、钛酸酯改性碳酸钙、异丁基三乙氧基硅烷、硬脂酸镁、氢氧化铝、竹炭粉和高岭土,继续混炼12-15min,得到聚乙烯混炼物;
(2)将过氧化二异丙苯、硬脂酸丁酯、六亚甲基四胺、聚碳酸酯、己二酸二辛酯、乙醇胺和邻苯二甲酸二环己酯加入高速混合机中,以600-700r/min的低速在65-75℃的温度下混合6-10min,加入过氧化二异丙苯,得到混合料;
(3)将步骤(2)中所述混合料加入到步骤(1)所述聚乙烯混炼物的混炼机中,在1500-1600r/min的转速下转动至温度升高到140-160℃后缓慢降低转速至温度降到40℃以下时均匀后加入单螺杆挤出机进行连续挤出,并经管口型模具成型,挤出成型即可。
