本发明是一种抗拉珍珠棉,其特征在于,包括:抗拉层和珍珠棉基体层,所述抗拉层设置在珍珠棉基体层的上表面;所述珍珠棉基体层由分子蒸馏单甘酯和低密度聚乙烯脂混合发泡制成,所述抗拉层由PET12、PE147、PET12制成的薄膜与珍珠棉基体热和而成。本发明的有益效果:该珍珠棉增加了抗拉层,增加了材料的抗拉性,可以更好的保护被包装的物品,应用的范围比较广泛。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种珍珠棉,尤其是涉及一种抗拉珍珠棉。
背景技术
珍珠棉又叫聚乙烯发泡棉,聚乙烯发泡棉是非交联闭孔结构,英文简称 EPE。珍珠棉是一种新型环保的包装材料,它由低密度聚乙烯脂经物理发泡产生无数的独立气泡构成。聚乙烯发泡棉克服了普通发泡胶易碎、变形、恢复性差的缺点,具有隔水防潮、防震、隔音、保温、可塑性能佳、韧性强、循环再造、环保和抗撞力强等诸多优点,亦具有很好的抗化学性能。发泡聚苯乙烯包装制品使用后无法回收,造成白色污染,被国际禁用,因此聚乙烯发泡棉是传统包装材料的理想替代品。
目前,现有的珍珠棉抗拉性能较差。
发明内容
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种抗拉珍珠棉,其特征在于,包括:抗拉层和珍珠棉基体层,所述抗拉层设置在珍珠棉基体层的上表面;
所述珍珠棉基体层由分子蒸馏单甘酯和低密度聚乙烯脂混合发泡制成,所述抗拉层由PET12、PE147、PET12制成的薄膜与珍珠棉基体热和而成。
所述分子蒸馏单甘酯在珍珠棉基体层中所占的重量百分比为13.5%。
所述PET12、原料在抗拉层薄膜中所占的重量百分比为 51%。
所述PE147、原料在抗拉层薄膜中所占的重量百分比为 21%。
所述PET12原料在抗拉层薄膜中所占的重量百分比为 28%。
本发明的有益效果:该珍珠棉增加了抗拉层,增加了材料的抗拉性,可以更好的保护被包装的物品,应用的范围比较广泛。

所述分子蒸馏单甘酯在珍珠棉基体层中所占的重量百分比为13.5%。
所述PET12、原料在抗拉层薄膜中所占的重量百分比为 51%。
所述PE147、原料在抗拉层薄膜中所占的重量百分比为 21%。
所述PET12原料在抗拉层薄膜中所占的重量百分比为 28%。

1.一种抗拉珍珠棉,其特征在于,包括 :抗拉层和珍珠棉基体层,所述抗拉层设置在珍珠棉基体层的上表面;所述珍珠棉基体层由分子蒸馏单甘酯和低密度聚乙烯脂混合发泡制成,所述抗拉层由PET12、PE147、PET12制成的薄膜与珍珠棉基体热和而成。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的抗拉珍珠棉,其特征在于,所述分子蒸馏单甘酯在珍珠棉基体层中所占的重量百分比为13.5%。
3.根据权利要求 1 所述的抗拉珍珠棉,其特征在于,所述PET12原料在抗拉层薄膜中所占的重量百分比为 51%。
4.根据权利要求1 所述的抗拉珍珠棉,其特征在于,所述PE147原料在抗拉层薄膜中所占的重量百分比为 21%。
