Abstract
本发明公开一种珍珠棉材料,由以下重量份的组分发泡制成:废聚乙烯粒子95~105,丁烷2~4,抗缩剂1~3,滑石粉0.5~1.5,抗静电母粒4~6,色母粒0~0.005。本发明以废聚乙烯粒子为主要原料,并添加丁烷、抗缩剂、滑石粉、抗静电母粒、色母粒等,不仅有效利用的废弃的聚乙烯,同时制得了防潮、防震、隔音、保温性能优异的珍珠棉产品。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种橡塑材料,具体是一种珍珠棉材料。
背景技术
珍珠棉又称EPE珍珠棉,它由低密度聚乙烯脂经物理发泡产生无数的独立气泡构成,克服了普通发泡胶易碎、变形、回复性差的缺点,是一种新型环保的包装材料。珍珠棉具有隔水防潮、防震、隔音、保温、可塑性能佳、韧性强、循环再造、环保、抗撞力强等优点,亦具有很好的抗化学性能,是传统包装材料的替代品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种珍珠棉材料,通过调整珍珠棉的原料配方,加工出防潮、防震、隔音、保温性能优异的产品。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:

本发明以废聚乙烯粒子为主要原料,并添加丁烷、抗缩剂、滑石粉、抗静电母粒、色母粒等,不仅有效利用的废弃的聚乙烯,同时制得了防潮、防震、隔音、保温性能优异的珍珠棉产品。
