一种环保型珍珠棉
技术领域
本发明涉及电子的技术领域,尤其涉及一种环保型珍珠棉。
背景技术
珍珠棉(又称EPE)是一种新型环保的包装材料。它由低密度聚乙烯脂经物理发泡产生无数的独立气泡构成。克服了普通发泡胶易碎、变形、回复性差的缺点。具有隔水防潮、防震、隔音、保温、可塑性能佳、韧性强、循环再造、环保、抗撞力强等诸多优点,亦具有很好的抗化学性能。是传统包装材料的理想替代品。广泛应用于电子电器、仪器仪表、电脑、音响、医疗器械、工控机箱、灯饰、工艺品、玻璃、陶瓷、家电、喷涂、家具、酒类及礼品包装、五金制品、玩具、瓜果、皮鞋的内包装、日用品等多种产品的包装。但由于现有的EPE中使用了单甘油脂作为抗缩剂,所以成品中含有单甘油脂,包装产品后会在产品表面产生油迹污染现象。而电子、玻璃、陶瓷、金属等需要洁净的产品而言,EPE软片作为包装材料受到很大的限制。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种环保型珍珠棉,具有环保且高发泡率的效果,同时具有外观光滑、防震、隔音、保温性能更好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供了一种环保型珍珠棉,包括以下重量份的成分:
树脂粒子 30-60份;
发泡剂 12-22份;
抗缩剂 8-12份;
色母粒 15-26份;
滑石粉 12-18份;
纳米氧化铝 5-8份;
抗静电母粒 10份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的环保型珍珠棉包括以下重量份的成分:树脂粒子45份;发泡剂19份;抗缩剂10份;色母粒22份;滑石粉16份;纳米氧化铝6份,抗静电母粒10份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的树脂粒子为低密度聚乙烯树脂粒子或者低密度聚乙烯树脂粒子。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的发泡剂采用丁烷。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的环保型珍珠棉,具有环保且高发泡率的效果,同时具有外观光滑、防震、隔音、保温性能更好。

具体的配方为:所述的环保型珍珠棉包括以下重量份的成分:树脂粒子45份;发泡剂19份;抗缩剂10份;色母粒22份;滑石粉16份;纳米氧化铝6份,抗静电母粒10份。
上述中,所述的树脂粒子为低密度聚乙烯树脂粒子或者低密度聚乙烯树脂粒子,环保无污染;所述的发泡剂采用丁烷,发泡率高。
综上所述,本发明的环保型珍珠棉,具有环保且高发泡率的效果,同时具有外观光滑、防震、隔音、保温性能更好。

抗静电母粒 10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型珍珠棉,其特征在于,所述的环保型珍珠棉包括以下重量份的成分:树脂粒子45份;发泡剂19份;抗缩剂10份;色母粒22份;滑石粉16份;纳米氧化铝6份,抗静电母粒10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保型珍珠棉,其特征在于,所述的树脂粒子为低密度聚乙烯树脂粒子或者低密度聚乙烯树脂粒子。
