铝膜复合珍珠棉
技术领域
本发明涉及一种铝膜复合珍珠棉。
背景技术
EPE珍珠棉是一种新型环保的包装材料,由低密度聚乙烯经物理发泡产生无数的独立气泡构成。克服了普通发泡胶易碎、变形、回复性差的缺点,具有隔水防潮、防震、隔音、保温、可塑性能佳、韧性强、循环再造、环保、抗撞力强等诸多优点,亦具有很好的抗化学性能,是传统包装材料的理想替代品,广泛应用于电子电器、仪器仪表、电脑、音响、医疗器械、工控机箱、五金灯饰、工艺品、玻璃、陶瓷、家电、喷涂、家俱家私、酒类及树脂等高档易碎礼品包装、五金制品、玩具、瓜果、皮鞋的内包装、日用品等多种产品的包装。铝膜是一种廉价美观、性能优良、实用性强的包装材料。两种包装材料都各有优点,但是单一的珍珠棉其不够美观,单一的铝膜限制了其使用领域,将铝膜覆在珍珠棉上,广泛应用于电子电器、仪器仪表、电脑、音响、医疗器械、工控机箱、灯饰、工艺品、玻璃、陶瓷、家电、喷涂、家俱、酒类及礼品包装、五金制品、玩具、瓜果、皮鞋的内包装、日用品等多种产品的包装。珍珠棉覆铝膜复合包装材料虽然美观,但往往会出现粘结不牢固的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种具有减震、防震和机械性能优良、挺括、耐冲击、耐化学腐蚀、透明度高、光泽感好强度高优点的铝膜复合珍珠棉。
本发明的技术方案是:一种铝膜复合珍珠棉,所述的铝膜复合珍珠棉包括最上层的镀铝薄膜层、中间层的胶黏剂和最下层的珍珠棉层组合而成,所述镀铝薄膜层是聚酯镀铝膜,所述的镀铝薄膜层占铝膜复合珍珠棉总体分量的23%-44%,所述的胶黏剂占铝膜复合珍珠棉总体分量的10%-24%,所述的珍珠棉层占铝膜复合珍珠棉总体分量的44%-55%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述胶黏剂为丁腈酚醛聚氨酯胶。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的镀铝薄膜层占铝膜复合珍珠棉总体分量的35%,所述的胶黏剂占铝膜复合珍珠棉总体分量的20%,所述的珍珠棉层占铝膜复合珍珠棉总体分量的45%。
本发明的一种铝膜复合珍珠棉,具有减震、防震和机械性能优良、挺括、耐冲击、耐化学腐蚀、透明度高、光泽感好强度高的优点。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
其中,所述的铝膜复合珍珠棉包括最上层的镀铝薄膜层、中间层的胶黏剂和最下层的珍珠棉层组合而成,所述镀铝薄膜层是聚酯镀铝膜,所述的镀铝薄膜层占铝膜复合珍珠棉总体分量的23%-44%,所述的胶黏剂占铝膜复合珍珠棉总体分量的10%-24%,所述的珍珠棉层占铝膜复合珍珠棉总体分量的44%-55%。
进一步说明,所述胶黏剂为丁腈酚醛聚氨酯胶,所述的镀铝薄膜层占铝膜复合珍珠棉总体分量的35%,所述的胶黏剂占铝膜复合珍珠棉总体分量的20%,所述的珍珠棉层占铝膜复合珍珠棉总体分量的45%。
在进一步说明,珍珠棉是发泡材料,是一种新型的环保包装、填充材料。它的优越特性,越来越被人们认识,因此它的使用将不断扩大和创新。特别是在包装和其它工业用材方面,它比传统的用材性能更好,成本更低,档次更高,美观大方,效果更佳。另外它在农副产品包装用材方面更显其广阔天地。同时EPE珍珠棉发泡片材还可以进行深加工,只需配制珍珠棉复膜机、复合机即可,在EPE片材的表面覆合HDPE膜,镀铝膜、涂塑纸、涂塑布等,经覆膜后的EPE片板,不但提高机械强度,而且还可提高原有的各种性能和附印刷各种图案、文字、扩大产品宣传力度。并且对复合后的片材可广泛应用到箱内衬、救生衣、隔热、防潮帐棚等的内衬垫料等,经济效益随着翻倍增长。
在进一步说明,聚酯镀铝膜具有以下特点:(1)大大减少了用铝量,节省了能源和材料,降低了成本,复合用铝箔厚度多为7~gpm,而镀铝薄膜的铝层厚度约为0.05n左右,其耗铝量约为铝箔的1/140~1/180,且生产速度可高达450m/min。(2)具有优良的耐折性和良好的韧性,很少出现针孔和裂口,无揉曲龟裂现象,因此对气体、水蒸汽、气味、光线等的阻隔性提高。(3)具有极佳的金属光泽,光反射率可达97%;且可以通过涂料处理形成彩色膜,其装潢效果是铝箔所不及的。(4)可采用屏蔽式进行部分镀铝,以获得任意图案或透明窗口,能看到内装物。(5)镀铝层导电性能好,能消除静电效应;其封口性能好,尤其包装粉末状产品时,不会污染封口部分,保证了包装的密封性能。(6)对印刷、复合等后加工具有良好的适应性。由于以上特点,使镀铝薄膜成为一种性能优良、经济美观的新型复合薄膜,在许多方面已取代了铝箔复合材料。主要用于风味食品、农产品的真空包装,以及药品、化妆品、香烟的包装。另外,镀铝薄膜也大量用作印刷中的烫金材料和商标标签材料等。本发明提供一种铝膜复合珍珠棉,具有减震、防震和机械性能优良、挺括、耐冲击、耐化学腐蚀、透明度高、光泽感好强度高的优点。
本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种铝膜复合珍珠棉,其特征在于:所述的铝膜复合珍珠棉包括最上层的镀铝薄膜层、中间层的胶黏剂和最下层的珍珠棉层组合而成,所述镀铝薄膜层是聚酯镀铝膜,所述的镀铝薄膜层占铝膜复合珍珠棉总体分量的23%-44%,所述的胶黏剂占铝膜复合珍珠棉总体分量的10%-24%,所述的珍珠棉层占铝膜复合珍珠棉总体分量的44%-55%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铝膜复合珍珠棉,其特征在于:所述胶黏剂为丁腈酚醛聚氨酯胶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的铝膜复合珍珠棉,其特征在于:所述的镀铝薄膜层占铝膜复合珍珠棉总体分量的35%,所述的胶黏剂占铝膜复合珍珠棉总体分量的20%,所述的珍珠棉层占铝膜复合珍珠棉总体分量的45%。
