本发明公开了一种新型复合铝箔气泡膜包装材料，由气泡膜和铝箔经胶粘剂和低密度聚乙烯树脂粒子混合而成的涂覆层流延复合而成，上层是铝箔，下层是气泡膜，还可以在气泡膜的下层再经涂覆层涂覆料流延复合一层铝箔，低密度聚乙烯树脂粒子的使用量占涂覆料重量的60％，铝箔的厚度为50微米，气泡膜气泡体直径为2毫米，由于低密度聚乙烯树脂粒子的价格低于胶粘剂，本发明的新型复合铝箔气泡膜包装材料在保证了气泡膜和铝箔的复合质量的同时降低了生产成本。

技术领域
本发明属于包装材料技术领域，涉及一种复合包装材料，具体涉及一种新型复合铝箔气泡膜。
背景技术
气泡膜(AirBubbleFilm)又称气垫膜、气珠膜、气泡布、气泡纸、泡泡膜、气泡薄膜、气垫薄膜。是用于包装填充的一种防压防潮防震的化工产品。具有良好的减震性、抗冲击性、热合性、无毒、无味、防潮、耐腐蚀、透明度好等优点。是以高压聚乙烯为主要原料，再添加增白剂、开口剂等辅料，经230度左右高温挤出吸塑成气泡的产品。是一种质地轻、透明性好、无毒、无味的新型塑料包装材料，可对产品起防湿、缓冲、保温等作用。
由于气泡膜中间层充满空气，所以体轻，透明、富有弹性，具有隔音，防震防磨损的性能，广泛用于电子、仪表、陶瓷、工艺品、家用电器，自车行，厨房、家具和漆品制品、玻璃制品及精密仪器等抗震性缓冲包装。可制成气泡袋、气泡牛皮纸信封袋、汽车太阳挡、隔热座垫、隔热保温材料等。通过在塑料原料中加入不同的添加剂更可以制造防静电等各种专用气垫膜。防静电气垫膜用于包装电子元件、组件，如板、卡等，能防止静电又能起到缓冲防振的作用。
铝箔因其优良的特性，广泛用于食品、饮料、香烟、药品、照相底板、家庭日用品等领域，通常用作包装材料。铝箔本身易氧化而颜色变暗，摩擦、触摸等都会掉色，因此不适用于长久保存的书刊封面等的烫印。
单一的气泡膜和铝箔都限制了各自的应用范围，可将二者复合使用，但在铝箔和气泡膜流延复合的过程中需要使用胶粘剂等涂覆料，由于胶粘剂的价格较高，使得复合铝箔气泡膜包装材料的成本相对较高。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本发明在不损失其性能的基础上，提供了一种成本相对低廉的新型复合铝箔气泡膜包装材料。
本发明的新型的一种新型复合铝箔气泡膜包装材料，由上层铝箔(1)和下层气泡膜(2)经涂覆料流延复合而成，所述的涂覆料为胶粘剂和低密度聚乙烯树脂粒子的混合物；在气泡膜(2)的下层再经所述的涂覆料流延复合一层铝箔(3)；所述的涂覆料中低密度聚乙烯树脂粒子的用量为60wt％；所述的铝箔厚度为50微米；所述的气泡膜气泡体直径为2毫米。
由于低密度聚乙烯树脂粒子的价格低于胶粘剂，本发明的新型复合铝箔气泡膜包装材料在保证了气泡膜和铝箔的复合质量的同时降低了生产成本。
