Claims (8)
- 실질적으로 비방향족성인 발포성 올레핀 단독 또는 공중합체 성분(a)와 임의로 부분적으로 중화된 발포성 올헤핀-불포화 카복실산 공중합체 성분(b)의 5:95 내지 95:5중량비의 발포 혼합물(이 혼합물은 불포화 카복실산에서 유도된 중합체 단위 적어도 3중량%를 포함한다)을 포함하는 중합성 발포체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(a)가 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리포로필렌, 비극성 폴리올레핀 엘라스토머물질, 바람직하게는 EPM 또는 EPDM을 포함하는 발포체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분(a)가 용융지수 0.3 내지 15g/10분(ASTM 1238, 2.16Kg/190℃)의 플라스틱 물질이고 성분(b)는 용융지수 2 내지 100g/10분을 갖고/갖거나 성분(b)가 적어도 2중량%의 산 그룹을 함유한 발포체.
- 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분(b)가 불포화 카복실산 에스테르를 포함하는 추가의 공단량체를 임의로 함유하는 에틸렌-아크릴 또는 메타크릴산 공중합체인 발포체.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분(a) : 성분(b)의 중량비가 40:60 내지 70:30이고, 발포되지 않은 상태에서 성분(a)와 (b)의 수지 혼합물이 용융지수 0.3 내지 100을 갖고/갖거나 밀도 15 내지 200Kg/㎥을 갖는 발포체.
- 가압하에서 발포체가 붕괴됨이 없이 가열할 때 접착되도록 VICAT 염화점이 성분(b)의 VICAT 연화점보다 적어도 5℃ 더 높은, 발포성 비방향족 올레핀성 단독 또는 공중합체성분(a)와 임으로 부분적으로 중화된, 발포성 올레핀-불포화 카복실산 공중합체 성분(b)의 5:95 내지 95:5중량비의 불균일 발포 혼합물(이 혼합물은 불포화 카복실산에서 유도된 중합체 단위 적어도 3중량%를 포함한다)을 포함하는 중합성 발포체.
- 기판표면에서 맞도록한 형상의 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 따른 접착 중합성 발포체를, 어떠한 접착층도 거의 첨가하지 않고 기판(종이 또는, 폴리아미드 또는 폴리우레탄과 같은 중합체 또는 금속 호일 바람직하게는 알루미늄을 포함하는 기판)에 적용시켜 복합재를 생성하고, 수득된 복합재를, 발포체를 실질적으로 붕괴 시키거나 변형시키는 온도보다 더 낮은 온도, 바람직하게는 65 내지 90℃ 및 적용온도에서의 발포체의 압축 영구 변형(compression set) 압력보다 더 낮은 압력에서 가열압착시킨 다음 냉각시키는 것을 포함하는, 기판상에 발포체가 단단히 접착된 라미네이트의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 따른 발포체와 별도의 중간 접착층 없이 기판, 바람직하게는 종이 기판을 포함하는, 완화성질(cushioning properties)을 갖는 봉투(envelope) 형의 열 및/또는 소음의 차단 및/또는 완화 구조물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
