本发明涉及端子零件以及连接器。
背景技术
以往为了将高频信号传输到车载的电视或导航仪等的电气机器的电路板,在汽车布设有应对高频的屏蔽电线。例如,在专利文献1中公开有被称为中空线的屏蔽电线。该中空线被连接于电接触端子。电接触端子具备屏蔽外筒部件。屏蔽外筒部件具备接触保持部以及位于接触保持部的后方的外部导体压接部。在接触保持部设置有向上下贯通的治具插入口。在屏蔽外筒部件内隔着绝缘体收纳有中心导体接触体。中心导体接触体具备中心导体压接部。中空线从上方装配到电接触端子。在中心导体压接部载置有向中空线的前端部露出的中心导体,在外部导体压接部载置有中空线的外部导体。在该状态下,作为中心导体接触体用的压接治具的砧座和压紧嵌件被插入到治具插入口,使中心导体压接部变形,从而通过所述中心导体压接部来压接中心导体。另外,作为屏蔽外筒部件用的压接治具的砧座和压紧嵌件使外部导体压接部变形,通过该外部导体压接部来压接外部导体。由此,中空线被连接于电接触端子。

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
在上述情况下,在屏蔽外筒部件形成类似治具插入口的向上下的开放部分,然而由于该开放部分没有被覆盖,所以有可能导致屏蔽电流不能顺畅地流动。并且不限于上述,在与屏蔽电线连接的端子零件中,大部分在与接触保持部对应的位置设置有开口部或凹状部分,从而产生屏蔽性能变差的问题。
本发明是基于上述的情况完成的,其目的在于,提供能够提高屏蔽性能的端子零件。
用于解决课题的方案
本发明的特征在于,具备内导体、外导体以及通电部件,所述内导体具备:与对方端子零件连接的对方连接部;以及被压接于屏蔽电线的中心导体的中心导体压接部,所述外导体具备:将所述对方连接部包囲的筒部;位于所述筒部的后方且将所述中心导体压接部配置于内侧的连结部;以及位于所述连结部的后方且被压接于所述屏蔽电线的屏蔽层的屏蔽压接部,所述通电部件向前后方向延出,具有跨过所述连结部而与所述筒部以及所述屏蔽压接部电接触的架设部。
发明效果
以往,由于在连结部设置有开口部、凹状部分,很可能导致屏蔽电流在筒部与屏蔽压接部之间不能顺畅地流动。在此,根据上述构成,通电部件的架设部跨过连结部而与筒部以及屏蔽压接部电接触,因此使屏蔽电流在筒部与屏蔽压接部之间也能够顺畅地流动,从而能够提高屏蔽性能。

具体实施方式
以下示出本发明的理想的实施方式。
所述通电部件优选具备与架设部连通的接地部。由于通电部件具备接地部,所以能够将电流放电到地面,从而不需要设置专用的接地部。因此能够削减部件数量。
另外,优选所述端子零件被收纳于连接器的壳体,在所述壳体的内部,所述架设部与所述筒部以及所述屏蔽压接部电接触。由此良好地维持架设部相对于筒部以及屏蔽压接部的接触状态。
<实施例1>
以下,基于图1~图4对实施例1进行说明。如图1所示,涉及实施例1的端子零件T具备:端子主体10,其由内导体11、外导体12、电介质体13以及盖部件14组装为一体而成;以及通电部件60。虽然未予图示,端子主体10与屏蔽电线W的末端部连接,被收纳于连接器C的壳体80。通电部材60同样地被收纳于壳体80,与外导体12电接触。
如图4所示,屏蔽电线W是所谓的同轴线,其具备:导电性的芯线50(中心导体),其由多个线材绞合而成;绝缘性的包覆层51,其将芯线50的外周包围;导电性的编织线52(屏蔽层),其将包覆层51的外周包围,编织线52通过将线材编成网状而成;绝缘性的鞘53,其将编织线52的外周包围。芯线50传输高频信号,编织线52具备屏蔽电磁波的作用。屏蔽电线W形成为如下形态:将鞘53和包覆层51剥离,从而从顶端侧依次露出芯线50和编织线52。在包覆层51与编织线52之间插入有承受压接载荷的套管54。
通过将导电性的金属板弯曲加工等,内导体11被成形为在前后方向细长的形状。如图1所示,内导体11在前部具备对方连接部15,在后部具备中心导体压接部16。对方连接部15具备向先方(前方)突出的突片33。突片33与未予图示的对方端子零件的触点部电接触。
中心导体压接部16具备开筒状的中心导体压接片17。虽然并未图示,中心导体压接片17被压接于屏蔽电线W的芯线50而进行连接。
电介质体13是合成树脂,整体为筒状,如图1所示,具备在前后方向贯通的内导体插入孔18。在电介质体13的内导体插入孔18插入并保持有内导体11的包括对方连接部15的前侧部分。
通过将导电性的金属板进行弯曲加工等而成形比内导体11大一圈的外导体12,如图1所示,从前侧向后侧依次将筒部19、连结部21、屏蔽压接部22以及鞘压接部23相连而构成外导体12。
筒部19为圆筒形状,在内部插入并保持有电介质体13。筒部19的前端部包围突片33的前端部,在壳体80与对方壳体嵌合时,在内周侧被配置未予图示的对方端子零件的电介质体,在外周侧被配置未予图示的对方端子零件的外导体。并且,筒部19与对方端子零件的外导体电接触。
如图1所示,连结部21在将筒部19与屏蔽压接部22连接的壁部分之间具有开口部24。在开口部24插入针对内导体11的中心导体压接部16的未予图示的压接用治具(砧座、压紧嵌件)。通过在连结部21设置开口部24,能够在将内导体11设置于外导体12之后,进行在屏蔽电线W的芯线50压接中心导体压接部16而进行连接的作业。
屏蔽压接部22具备开筒状的屏蔽压接片25。并且,鞘压接部23具备与鞘压接片25向相同方向突出的开筒状的鞘压接片26。未予图示的屏蔽压接片25压接于屏蔽电线W的编织线52而进行连接,鞘压接片26被压接于屏蔽电线W的鞘53而进行连接。
如图3所示,盖部件14通过从前侧向后侧依次将连接片部27、内导体侧包囲部28以及屏蔽侧包囲部29相连而构成。如图1所示,内导体侧包囲部28被配置于连结部21的内侧,包围中心导体压接部16。连接片部27与筒部19的外周面的上端抵接而被支承。在内导体侧包囲部28与中心导体压接部16之间设置有合成树脂制的绝缘包囲部30。
屏蔽侧包囲部29以沿着屏蔽压接部22的外周的方式折弯成实质上截面为圆形状,在将屏蔽压接部22包囲的状态下,如图1所示,顶端侧的卡止片部31被屏蔽压接部22的卡止孔32卡止。该屏蔽侧包囲部29具有如下作用:限制将编织线52松缓地压接的屏蔽压接部22意外地扩开。
盖部件14以如下方式构成:连接片部27与筒部19电接触,屏蔽侧包囲部29与屏蔽压接部22电接触,内导体侧包囲部28以覆盖连结部21的开口部24的方式被配置,从而屏蔽电流在前后方向流动。绝缘包囲部30介于内导体侧包囲部28与中心导体压接部16之间,从而能够防止内导体11与外导体12发生短路。
接着,对通电部件60的结构进行说明。通电部件60由导电性的金属板构成,通过将一张平板折叠而构成为二重板结构。如图2所示,通电部件60具备:矩形板状的上板部61(架设部)、与上板部61的下表面大致密接的下板部62(接地部)以及折回部63,该折回部63构成上板部61以及下板部62中的沿前后方向的一侧缘,将上板部61以及下板部62相连。
在上板部61设置有:前侧接触片65,其通过将一对切口64之间的舌片部分向上方弯曲竖立而构成,一对切口64在前后方向平行延伸且在前端缘开口;后侧接触片68,其位于前侧接触片65的后方,通过将在前后方向平行延伸的一对切口66与在两切口66的后端间沿着左右方向的切口67之间的舌片部分向上方弯曲竖立而构成。前侧接触片65和后侧接触片68以相互大致相同的宽度且在左右方向上被配置于大致相同位置。
前侧接触片65形成为单臂梁状的构成,具体为,从在上板部61的前侧的两切口64的后端间的部位(竖立基端部69)竖立,在竖立的中途向前方弯折,进一步从竖立前端部向下方弯折。所述前侧接触片65能够以竖立基端部69为大致支点,向上下方向挠曲变形。如图1所示,前侧接触片65的竖立前端部作为与外导体12的筒部19从下方弹性地接触的前侧触点部71构成。
如图2所示,后侧接触片68也形成为单臂梁状的构成,具体为,从上板部61中的后侧的两切口66的前端间的部位(竖立基端部72)向后方朝上倾斜至顶部,从顶部向后方朝下倾斜至自由端部,进一步自由端部大致沿着前后方向延伸。所述后侧接触片68能够以竖立基端部72为大致支点,向上下方向挠曲变形。如图1所示,后侧接触片68的顶部被构成为与外导体12的屏蔽压接部22从下方弹性地接触的后侧触点部73。后侧触点部73位于比前侧触点部71靠向下方的位置。
如图2所示,在下板部62中,在与上板部61的后侧接触片68相反的一侧的位置设置有接地接触片74。如图1所示,接地接触片74构成为单臂梁状,具体为,从下板部62的后部75向前方以比较陡的斜率向下倾斜之后,以比较缓的斜率分成多段向下倾斜,进一步从下端部向前方朝上倾斜。下板部62的后部75与上板部61的后部76实质上密接重叠。
接地接触片74能够以下板部62的后部75为大致支点,向上下方向挠曲变形,在左右方向被配置于与前侧接触片65以及后侧接触片68大致相同的位置。接地接触片74的下端部被构成为与外部的接地部件100(参见图1)从上方弹性地接触的接地触点部77。接地触点部77在前后方向位于前侧触点部71与后侧触点部73之间。
壳体80是合成树脂制,如图1所示,具备:在前后方向长的筒状的壳体主体81;以及在壳体主体81的下方隔着隔壁86而连设的接地部件装配部82。
壳体主体81具备:端子收纳部84,其具备向前后方向贯通的腔83;以及筒状的罩部85,其为从端子收纳部84的前端向前方突出。端子收容部84的腔83保持有从后方插入的端子主体10。外导体12的筒部19被配置成除了后端部外的部分突出到罩部85内。另外,端子收纳部84具备连通孔88,连通孔88贯通隔壁86,与腔83的后部以及后述的接地部件插入孔87连通。
在连通孔88插入通电部件60。隔壁86在连通孔88的两侧具备装配槽89,通电部件60的上板部61以及下板部62的两侧缘滑动插入到装配槽89。
如图1所示,接地部件装配部82形成为从罩部85侧至端子收纳部84侧在前后方向长且在上下方向短的扁平的构成。所述接地部件装配部82具备狭缝状的接地部件插入孔87,接地部件插入孔87向前后方向延伸而在后表面开口。接地部件100从后方插入到接地部件装配部82的接地部件插入孔87。接地部件装配部82在下壁部分具备弹性卡止部91,弹性卡止部91在顶端侧具备向接地部件插入孔87侧突出的爪部92。接地部件100通过被弹性地卡止于弹性卡止部91的爪部92,从而被以防脱状态保持于接地部件插入孔87。
接地部件100具备能够内嵌到接地部件插入孔87的平板部分,接地部件100经由通电部件60而与端子主体10电连接。端子零件T经由接地部件100而与地面连接。
接着,对本实施例1的作用效果进行说明。
组装时,如图1所示,端子主体10从后方插入到端子收纳部84的腔83而被保持。筒部19的后端部、连结部21、屏蔽压接部22以及鞘压接部23均以面对连通孔88的方式配置。
接着,通电部件60从后方插入到端子收纳部84的连通孔88而被保持。若通电部件60被插入到连通孔88,则接地接触片74在连通孔88内向前下方倾斜,接地触点部77进入到部件插入孔87内而配置。
另外,前侧接触片65在连通孔88内向前上方倾斜,前侧触点部71进入内腔83内而与筒部19的外周面的下端接触。此外,后侧接触片68在连通孔88内向后上方倾斜,后侧触点部73进入到腔83内而与屏蔽压接部22的外周面的下端接触。在前侧触点部71与筒部19接触的状态下,会对筒部19施加前侧接触片65的弹力。同样地在后侧触点部73与屏蔽压接部22接触的状态下,会对屏蔽压接部22施加后侧接触片68的弹力。
在上板部61中,前侧触点部71与后侧触点部73之间的区域被以跨过连结部21的开口部24以及盖部件14的内导体侧包囲部28的方式配置。也就是说,上板部61成为借由前侧触点部71以及后侧触点部73而架设于筒部19与屏蔽压接部22之间的状态。
假如没有设置上板部61,则在连结部21存在开口部24,从而阻碍屏蔽电流的流动,从而很有可能使屏蔽性能降低。针对这一点,在本实施例1中,上板部61跨过连结部21的开口部24而架设于筒部19与屏蔽压接部22之间,从而即使在连结部21存在开口部24,也能够借由上板部61使屏蔽电流顺利地流动,从而防止屏蔽性能降低。
然后,接地部件100从后方插入到接地部件装配部82的接地部件插入孔87而被保持。因此,接地触点部77与接地部件100的上表面接触,对接地部件100施加接地接触片74的弹力。因此,通过屏蔽压接部22、上板部61、接地接触片74以及接地部件100,接地电流高效率地流动。
如以上的说明,根据本实施例1,通电部件60的上板部61跨过连结部21而与筒部19以及屏蔽压接部22电接触,因此屏蔽电流能够在筒部19与屏蔽压接部22之间良好地流动,从而提高屏蔽性能。
另外,通电部件60具备与上板部61相连的下板部62,能够经由下板部62的接地接触片74将电流放电到地面。在该情况下,通电部件60兼用为接地部和屏蔽部,因此不需要专用的接地部,从而能够削减部件数量。
另外,通电部件60分别与筒部19、屏蔽压接部22以及接地部件100接触的区域被设定于连接器C的壳体80内,因此各接触状态被维持得良好。
<其他实施例>
以下,对其他实施例简洁地说明。
(1)本发明可以适用在连结部的底部没有设置开口部的情况。在该情况下,连结部也可以在筒部与屏蔽压接部之间构成凹状的台阶,因此有显著的优点:通过通电部件的架设部确保屏蔽电流的顺利的流动。
(2)内导体可以是对方连接部与对方侧的突片能够弹性接触的阴型端子。如果内导体是阴型端子,可以从壳体省略罩部。
(3)通电部件不一定需要构成接地用的导电部。在该情况下,可以从通电部件省略下板部。
(4)可以从端子主体省略盖部件。

Claims (3)

1.一种端子零件,其特征在于,具备内导体、外导体以及通电部件,
所述内导体具备:与对方端子零件连接的对方连接部;以及被压接于屏蔽电线的中心导体的中心导体压接部,
所述外导体具备:将所述对方连接部包囲的筒部;位于所述筒部的后方且将所述中心导体压接部配置于内侧的连结部;以及位于所述连结部的后方且被压接于所述屏蔽电线的屏蔽层的屏蔽压接部,
所述通电部件向前后方向延出,具有跨过所述连结部而与所述筒部以及所述屏蔽压接部电接触的架设部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的端子零件,其中,所述通电部件具备与架设部相连的接地部。
3.一种连接器,其具备壳体,所述壳体收纳权利要求1或者权利要求2所述的端子零件,在所述壳体的内部,所述架设部与所述筒部以及所述屏蔽压接部进行电接触。
