Abstract

本发明的课题是,提供在树脂成型品中,即使正面表面层使用了由不透明的木质和纺织物形成的装饰层,也能够透出文字、符号、图案的装饰性外壳及其制造装置。解决该课题的方法是,作为装饰性外壳的家电产品的外壳(40)成型为倒盘形,具备木质层(41)、介由粘接树脂涂布层(42)粘接于木质层(41)的无纺布层(43)、以及浸润于无纺布层(43)的各纤维的间隙的树脂而固着于木质层(41)的基础树脂层(45)。涂布于无纺布层(43)正面表面的有色涂膜(44)形成有预定的缺口图形。

Description

装饰性外壳及其制造装置
技术领域
本发明涉及装饰性外壳及其制造装置,特别是涉及在基础树脂层上层叠有装饰层的装饰性外壳及其制造装置。
背景技术
在电子设备、家电产品等的外壳以及汽车内部装饰品的外壳的技术领域中,有时其外壳由刻有文字、符号、图案的例如黑色的树脂层、以及粘接于该树脂层两面的2个透明塑料层构成,并且例如符号、图案部形成为使用者按压的开关那样的操作部。
图4为对以往的家电产品操作部的外壳进行说明的立体图,图5为沿图4的V-V线的截面图。
图4和图5中,家电产品操作部的外壳50成型为倒盘形,在结构上,包括黑色树脂层51、以及粘接于该树脂层51两面的两个透明塑料层52、53,所述黑色树脂层51刻有作为图案的窗口54、如“AT”那样的文字55、例如“○”、“□”那样的符号56。
外壳50在例如“○”、“□”那样的符号56的部分内置有合适的配线以使其构成使用者按压的开关部。例如,符号56部分“○”构成开启/关闭电源的开关,符号56部分“□”构成停止开关。
发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
然而,图4的外壳是以正面表面层透明为前提的,无法使用由不透明的木质和纺织物形成的装饰层。
本发明的目的在于,提供在树脂成型品中,即使正面表面层使用由不透明的木质和纺织物形成的装饰层,也能够透出文字、符号、图案的装饰性外壳及其制造装置。
为了达到上述目的,权利要求1所述的装饰性外壳具备装饰层、介由粘接树脂层粘接于前述装饰层的无纺布层、以及浸润于该无纺布层的各纤维的间隙而固着于前述装饰层的基础树脂层,在前述无纺布层的一面或两面、和前述装饰层背面表面中的任一方上形成有具有缺口图形的有色涂膜。
权利要求2所述的装饰性外壳具备装饰层、介由粘接树脂层粘接于前述装饰层的有色无纺布层、以及浸润于该无纺布层的各纤维的间隙而固着于前述装饰层的基础树脂层,前述无纺布层形成有缺口图形。
制造权利要求1或2所述的装饰性外壳的装置如权利要求9至12中任一项所述。
发明的效果
根据本发明,在树脂成型品中,即使正面表面层使用了由不透明的木质和纺织物形成的装饰层,也能够透出文字、符号、图案。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图对本发明进行详述。
图1为作为本发明实施方式涉及的装饰层/树脂层叠结构外壳的装饰性外壳的外观立体图,图2为装饰性外壳的沿图1的II-II线的截面图。
图1和图2中,作为本发明实施方式涉及的装饰性外壳的家电产品操作部的外壳40成型为倒盘形,具备作为装饰层的木质层41、介由粘接树脂层42粘接于木质层41的无纺布层43、以及在无纺布层43的各纤维的间隙的树脂中熔融而固着于木质层41的基础树脂层45。
涂布于无纺布层43正面表面的有色涂膜(本实施方式中为黑色油墨膜)44形成有规定的缺口图形。该有色涂膜可以如本实施方式那样仅在无纺布层43的正面表面形成,也可以在两面形成。此外,该有色涂膜也可以在木质层41的背面表面形成。
图1中,如“AT”那样的文字47、例如“○”、“□”那样的符号48构成上述缺口图形。
图1的外壳中,在例如“○”、“□”那样的符号48的部分内置有合适的配线以构成使用者按压的开关部。例如,符号48部分“○”构成开启/关闭电源的开关,符号48部分“□”构成停止开关。
粘接树脂层42由具有热塑性、且具有在外壳40成型时能够通过软化而使粘接树脂层42内的气泡逸出的程度的粘度的聚乙烯醇缩醛系树脂形成。
该聚乙烯醇缩醛系树脂是将聚乙烯醇(PVA)树脂用醛进行缩醛化而得,尤其优选为用丁醛进行了缩醛化的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)树脂。
粘接树脂层42通过在无纺布层43上涂布(喷射)加热熔融的粘接树脂溶液来形成。该粘接树脂层42也可以通过在木质层41上涂布(喷射)加热熔融的粘接树脂溶液来形成。粘接树脂层42还可以通过将PVB膜夹入木质层41与粘接树脂层42之间来形成。
上述PVB树脂可以出于对粘接树脂层42赋予柔软性的目的而含有增塑剂,对于增塑剂的种类没有特别限制,可列举例如三乙二醇二-2-乙基己酸酯、三乙二醇二-2-乙基丁酸酯、三乙二醇二正辛酸酯等一元有机酸酯、二丁基癸二酸酯、二辛基壬二酸酯等多元有机酸酯、聚氧丙烯聚甘油醚、聚乙二醇聚甘油醚等聚甘油衍生物。
此外,粘接树脂层42也可以由选自聚乙烯醇缩醛系树脂、乙烯/乙酸乙烯酯共聚物系树脂、乙烯/丙烯酸系共聚物系树脂、丙烯系树脂、丙烯/1-丁烯共聚物系树脂、丙烯/异丁烯共聚物系树脂、苯乙烯/丙烯/异丁烯共聚物系树脂、苯乙烯/异戊二烯共聚物系树脂、苯乙烯/异戊二烯/异丁烯共聚物系树脂、苯乙烯/异戊二烯/丁烯共聚物系树脂的组中的树脂形成。
无纺布层43由纺粘系无纺布或含有聚酯的抄纸系无纺布(具体地为阿波制纸株式会社制的PY-120)形成。无纺布层43的厚度为50~1000μm。
具体地,无纺布层43的各纤维的粗细为1~50μm,长度为1~50mm,优选为2~15mm。
无纺布层43的各纤维由选自由聚酯、聚酰胺、聚丙烯、聚乙烯、丙烯酸、聚缩醛和聚碳酸酯组成的组中的至少1种形成,优选由聚酯形成。
基础树脂层45为透光的树脂,由透光性热塑性树脂形成,优选由注射成型用合成树脂形成,具体地,由选自PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)、透明ABS(丙烯腈/丁二烯/苯乙烯共聚物)、PC(聚碳酸酯)、和ABS+PC的组中的1种素材形成,优选由PMMA形成,厚度可根据制品任意设定,本实施方式中约为1.2mm。将基础树脂层45的熔融树脂在后述图3的注射成型机20中加热熔融,注射至将通过粘接树脂层42相互粘接的木质层41和无纺布层43以无纺布层43为正面来安装的后述图3的阴模22中,浸渍于木质层41的各纤维的间隙而使其固着(图3)。当基础树脂层45的熔融树脂冷却固化时,无纺布层42收缩,使得与基础树脂层45的固着变得更牢固。
根据图1的外壳40,在树脂成型品中,即使正面表面层使用了由不透明的木质和纺织物形成的装饰层,也能够透出文字、符号、图案。
也可以在木质层41的正面表面粘接透明亚克力层。
木质层41也可以是代替木质而由包括织物、无纺布、编织物等纤维制品的纺织物形成的纺织物层。作为该纺织物,可列举聚酯织物、无纺布、编织物、蕾丝。
图3是用于说明本发明实施方式涉及的装饰性外壳的制造装置的图。
图3中,利用压制机实施工序I和II,且利用注射成型机实施工序III和IV。最后,通过合适的方法实施后述工序V。
准备木质层41和介由粘接树脂层42粘接于木质层41的无纺布层43的层叠体,该层叠体中,在无纺布层43正面表面或两面、和木质层41背面表面中的任一方上由有色涂膜形成有缺口图形。
粘接树脂层42通过在无纺布层43上涂布(喷射)经加热的粘接树脂熔融液来形成。该粘接树脂层42也可以通过在纺织物层41上涂布(喷射)加热熔融的粘接树脂熔融液来形成。粘接树脂层42也可以通过将PVB膜夹入木质层41与粘接树脂层42之间来形成。
构成粘接树脂层42的粘接树脂通过使PVB在150~250℃、优选在约200℃加热熔融而将木质层41与无纺布层43固着。
在图4的工序I中,将木质层41、粘接树脂层42和无纺布层43的层叠体以无纺布层43为正面的方式载置于压制机的阴模10(固定模具)上。该层叠体也可以预先切成预定的形状。
接下来,在工序II中,以将在工序I中载置的木质层41、粘接树脂层42和无纺布层43的层叠体压入阴模10中的方式使压制机的阳模11(可动模具)向阴模10移动。由此,利用阴模10和阳模11使该层叠体成型为预定形状后,将该成型的层叠体从压制机取出。此时,也可以将成型后的层叠体周围用激光切割机、切断用模具(切断单元)进行切断而除去毛刺。
然后,在图4的工序III中,将经压制机成型的层叠体以无纺布层6为正面安装在阴模22(另一固定模具)内,然后使注射成型阳模12(注射成型模具)向着配置于阴模22内的层叠体移动,并使注射机20的注射孔20a抵于注射成型阳模12的注射成型孔12a,然后使注射螺杆21顺时针旋转,将储罐30内的基础树脂层45的熔融树脂31注射于由该层叠体和注射成型阳模12规定的空间(空腔)内。此时,基础树脂层45的熔融树脂31浸润于无纺布层43的各纤维的间隙而固着,无纺布层43与基础树脂层45的粘接性和外壳40的机械强度提高。
接下来,在工序IV中,在注射成型的基础树脂层45冷却固化后,使注射机20和注射成型阳模12从阴模22分离,取出成型品。
阴模10和阳模11构成压制机,并且,阴模22、注射成型阳模12和注射机20构成注射成型机,压制机和注射成型机构成外壳40的制造装置。作为变形例,压制机和注射成型机可构成为一体,将阴模10作为阴模22来使用。这种情况下,注射成型阳模12向着在阴模10中成型的木质层41和无纺布层43的层叠体移动。
作为本发明实施方式涉及的装饰性外壳40的变形例,代替在无纺布层43的正面表面或两面、或者木质层41背面表面形成有色涂膜44,也可以使用介由粘接树脂层42粘接于木质层41的有色且形成有缺口图形的无纺布层。构成和作用及其制造装置如上所述。
本发明的实施方式中,装饰性外壳40仅作为一般的外壳而记载,但作为适用本发明实施方式的技术领域,对象是具有表面涂层的由模内成型得到的装饰品,具体地,可列举包括容器、文具的杂货的外壳,包括手机、笔记本电脑的电子设备的外壳,家电产品等的外壳,建筑物、汽车的内外装饰品的外壳,飞机、铁路车辆、船舶的内部装饰外壳。

Claims (12)

1.一种装饰性外壳,具备:
装饰层、
介由粘接树脂涂布层粘接于所述装饰层的无纺布层、以及
浸润于该无纺布层的各纤维的间隙而固着于所述装饰层的基础树脂层,
在所述无纺布层的正面表面或两面、和所述装饰层背面表面中的任一方上形成有具有缺口图形的有色涂膜。
2.一种装饰性外壳,具备:
装饰层、
介由粘接树脂层粘接于所述装饰层的有色无纺布层、以及
浸润于该无纺布层的各纤维的间隙而固着于所述装饰层的基础树脂层,
所述无纺布层形成有缺口图形。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的装饰性外壳,所述装饰层包含木质层和纺织物层中的至少一方。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的装饰性外壳,所述缺口图形包括文字、符号或图案。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的装饰性外壳,进一步具备合适的配线以使得所述缺口图形的部分构成开关。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的装饰性外壳,所述基础树脂层为透光性热塑性树脂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的装饰性外壳,所述透光性热塑性树脂为注射成型用合成树脂。
8.根据权利要求7所述的装饰性外壳,所述注射成型用合成树脂由选自PMMA、透明ABS、PC和PC+ABS的组中的1种素材形成。
9.一种装饰性外壳的制造装置,具备:
将装饰层和介由粘接树脂涂布层粘接于所述装饰层的无纺布层的层叠体以所述无纺布层为正面来配置的固定模具,所述层叠体在所述无纺布层的正面表面或两面、和所述装饰层背面表面中的任一方上形成有具有缺口图形有色涂膜的有色涂膜;
为了使所述层叠体成型而以将进行了该配置的层叠体压入所述固定模具的方式向着所述固定模具移动的可动模具;
将经过所述成型的层叠体以所述装饰层为正面来配置的另一固定模具;
向着配置于所述另一固定模具中的层叠体移动的注射成型模具;以及
向由配置于所述另一固定模具中的层叠体和所述注射成型模具所规定的空间内注射基础树脂层的熔融树脂的注射单元。
10.一种装饰性外壳的制造装置,具备:
将装饰层和介由粘接树脂涂布层粘接于所述装饰层的无纺布层的层叠体以所述无纺布层为正面来配置的固定模具,所述层叠体在所述无纺布层的正面表面或两面、和所述装饰层背面表面中的任一方上形成有具有缺口图形有色涂膜的有色涂膜;
为了使所述层叠体成型而以将进行了该配置的层叠体压入所述固定模具的方式向着所述固定模具移动的可动模具;
向着压入于所述固定模具中的层叠体移动的注射成型模具;以及
在由配置于所述固定模具中的层叠体和所述注射成型模具所规定的空间内注射基础树脂层的熔融树脂的注射单元。
11.一种装饰性外壳的制造装置,具备:
将装饰层和介由粘接树脂涂布层粘接于所述装饰层的有色无纺布层的层叠体以所述无纺布层为正面来配置的固定模具,所述层叠体是在所述无纺布层中形成有缺口图形的有色层叠体;
为了使所述层叠体成型而以将进行了该配置的层叠体压入所述固定模具的方式向着所述固定模具移动的可动模具;
将经过所述成型的层叠体以所述装饰层为正面来配置的另一固定模具;
向着配置于所述另一固定模具中的层叠体移动的注射成型模具;以及
向由配置于所述另一固定模具中的层叠体和所述注射成型模具所规定的空间内注射基础树脂层的熔融树脂的注射单元。
12.一种装饰性外壳的制造装置,具备:
将装饰层和介由粘接树脂涂布层粘接于所述装饰层的有色无纺布层的层叠体以所述无纺布层为正面来配置的固定模具,所述层叠体在所述有色无纺布层中形成有缺口图形;
为了使所述层叠体成型而以将进行了该配置的层叠体压入所述固定模具的方式向着所述固定模具移动的可动模具;
向着压入于所述固定模具中的层叠体移动的注射成型模具;以及
向由配置于所述固定模具中的层叠体和所述注射成型模具所规定的空间内注射基础树脂层的熔融树脂的注射单元。
