Background
The black tiger is a plant of Schisandra of Schisandraceae, is called as Dioscorea glauca, caulis Endadae Phaseoloidis and Dazuki, is an evergreen woody vine wild medicinal plant and wild fruit, is mainly distributed in hillsides and mountain valley miscellaneous trees of provinces (regions) such as Guangxi, Yunnan, Hunan and Sichuan, and is often wound on trees. The active components extracted from root and stem of Kadsura coccinea can be used for inhibiting vasoconstriction and increasing coronary blood flow, and has effects in resisting liver toxicity, tumor and digestive tract ulcer, resisting cancer, resisting AIDS and protecting myocardium. The black tiger fruit is unique, fragrant in smell, delicious and sweet in fruit taste, rich in vitamins and various trace elements required by human body, and the black tiger fruit is a multipurpose plant which integrates medicinal, edible, ornamental, greening and beautifying functions and has great development potential by soaking the black tiger fruit in wine.
At present, the seedlings for cultivating the black cutworms are mainly from wild or semi-wild black cutworms, the phenomena of excessive fruit taking, vine taking and root digging exist, most of the population of the species is in a decline state, the sowing and seedling raising technology is still immature, and the method is usually carried out in a mode of sowing at any time, namely, the seeds are directly sowed in open fields in a mode of drilling, broadcasting or dibbling after being picked. When the conventional sowing method is adopted, the black tiger seeds can emerge after 6 months of dormancy from sowing to emergence, and are sown in open field, the seeds and seedlings are easily damaged by rats and insects, the problems of long emergence period, difficult management, low emergence rate and the like exist, and a set of black tiger seed seedling raising method capable of effectively overcoming the defects is urgently needed.

The size of the plug is matched with that of the black tiger seeds, and the large size can increase the amount of used matrix and increase the seedling raising cost; too small a hole tray size can lead to poor growth of the seedling root system, root nesting and influence on the seedling quality.
In one embodiment of the invention, the shade is a newspaper, a nonwoven fabric or an opaque plastic film. The shading is beneficial to the germination of the black tiger seeds, and the shading object is selected from newspaper, non-woven fabrics or opaque plastic films, so that the black tiger seeds have the shading effect and the moisturizing effect, and the substrate and the seeds are kept at constant humidity.
