本发明涉及一种益体膏,具体地说是一种油莎豆和无花果等制作的益体膏,属于营养保健养生领域。
背景技术
目前市场上营养保健品多种多样,大部分都是经过合成、稀释、添加而成,完全使用纯天然不加化学添加剂的营养保健品极少。本专利就是采用纯天然无化学添加剂的一种由油莎豆和无花果等制作的益体膏,来实现人体的保健养生。油莎豆是一种正在推广的纯天然营养成分丰富的农作物,除了富含蛋白质、δ-维生素E、核黄素、锰、膳食纤维外,还含有α-维生素E、γ-维生素E、VB1、钠、镁、硒、铁、钾、钙、铜、硒、锌等,这些成分都是人体必需的元素,对于提高人体免疫力、延缓衰老具有非常重要作用。油莎豆食用后:1、可以防止和改善大部分人群的便秘;2、可以促进人体骨骼、肌肉组织维修、清理血液管改善人们的“三高”;3、可用于防治口、眼和外生殖器部位的炎症,如口角炎、唇炎、舌炎、眼结膜炎和阴囊炎以及结肠炎,帮助消化等;4、滋补肝脏,心脏兴奋剂,喝了能改善严重的胃痛,促进月经正常,治愈口腔溃疡和牙龈;5、可以促进排尿,改善和预防囊肿,前列腺,疝气,直肠脱垂变形(肛门功能痛苦小肉和肛门TIP),防止子宫内膜异位症或纤维化以及对输卵管堵塞等。
虽然现在对于大枣、枸杞、梨和桑葚的开发产品很多,但是对于油莎豆、无花果的应用开发还是很少的,特别是油莎豆,虽然吃起来口感很是香甜,但是因为外皮很硬,不易烹饪,食用起来不方便。而葡萄皮和葡萄籽通常也作为葡萄酒厂酿酒后下脚料,作为饲料等处理,其中的很多营养物质被浪费。通过这种熬制方式,让成品性温和,适合更多人服用,有益健康。随着现在社会生活节奏的加快,夜生活的丰富多彩,越来越多的人身体处于亚健康状态,所以越来越多的人也开始关注自身营养健康,也知道食物应该多样化,合理搭配,可是很多人并没有时间、精力来做到。本发明通过合理搭配调制,不但营养丰富,而且口感香甜,吃起来也很方便,适合于广大人群。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明设计了一种油莎豆和无花果等制作的益体膏及其制备方法,将油莎豆、无花果、葡萄皮、葡萄籽、桑葚、枸杞、大枣、香梨、低聚果糖适量组合得到,适合更多人服用,补益气血、调理肠道、通便排毒、美容养颜、延缓衰老,提高机体免疫力,从根本上增益健康。
本发明的技术方案为:
一种油莎豆和无花果等制作的益体膏,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
油莎豆30-80份,无花果25-65份,葡萄皮5-15份,葡萄籽5-10份,香梨5-10份,桑葚10-15份,大枣5-10份,枸杞5-10份,低聚果糖5-15份,水65-265份。
上述一种油莎豆和无花果等制作的益体膏的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将葡萄皮干燥粉碎达30目以上;
(2)将葡萄籽进行干燥粉碎达200目以上;
(3)将大枣洗净去核,加水5-25份打磨成浆;
(4)将油莎豆洗净,加水40-150份磨成浆;
(5)将步骤(3)、(4)制得的浆液按配比混合上火熬制,先用武火,待浆液沸腾后中小火,不断搅拌,熬至出稠;
(6)将无花果、桑葚、枸杞分别洗净,将香梨洗净去核,一起按配比加水20-90份磨成浆;
(7),将上述步骤(1)、(2)得到的粉料按配比和步骤(6)制得的浆液加入到步骤(5)的混合物中,继续熬制水分减少变稠后按配比加入低聚果糖,再熬制黏稠成膏状,冷却即可。
无花果含有丰富的蛋白质分解酶、脂酶、淀粉酶和氧化酶等酶类,它们都能促进蛋白质的分解,所以,当人们多食了富含蛋白质的荤食以后,以无花果做饭后的水果,有帮助消化的良好作用,无花果除了开胃、助消化之外,还能止腹泻、治咽喉痛,健胃清肠,消肿解毒,治肠炎,痢疾,便秘,痔疮,痈疮疥癣,利咽喉,开胃驱虫,用于食欲不振,脘腹胀痛,消化不良,脱肛,腹泻、乳汁不足,咽喉肿痛,热痢,咳嗽多痰等症状。
桑葚含糖、蛋白质、脂肪、糅酸、苹果酸及维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C、铁、钠、钙、镁、磷、钾、胡萝卜素和花青素,桑椹油的脂肪酸主要由亚油酸和少量的硬脂酸、油酸等组成,有改善皮肤(包括头皮)血液供应,营养肌肤,使皮肤白嫩及乌发等作用,并能延缓衰老,可以明目,缓解眼睛疲劳干涩的症状,对脾脏有增重作用,对溶血性反应有增强作用,可防止人体动脉硬化、骨骼关节硬化,促进新陈代谢,可以促进血红细胞的生长,防止白细胞减少,并对治疗糖尿病、贫血、高血压、高血脂、冠心病、神经衰弱等病症具有辅助功效,还具有生津止渴、促进消化、帮助排便等作用,适量食用能促进胃液分泌,刺激肠蠕动及解除燥热。
葡萄皮,在花生等70多种人类食用的植物中多少不等地存在着白藜芦醇,而葡萄皮中的含量最高,达到50-100微克/克。美国芝加哥伊利诺伊学院的科研人员通过对这种物质进行反复试验,发现并确定了该物质具有极高的抗癌功效。另外,来自巴西里约热内卢联邦大学的科学家发现:葡萄皮,特别是紫葡萄皮,含有一种能够降低血压的黄酮类物质。黄酮类物质还能促进血中的高密度脂蛋白升高,从而降低血液中有害胆固醇的含量,防止动脉粥样硬化,保护心脏。葡萄皮中还含有丰富的纤维素、果胶质和铁等,可以补足现代人饮食中缺乏的营养。
葡萄籽是葡萄酒厂的下脚料,经晒干后分离葡萄皮、葡萄梗后所得产物。葡萄籽中含有多酚类物质(GPS),主要有儿茶素类和原花青素类。葡萄籽中含有丰富的油脂,约占其重量的12%~15%,油中含有大量的不饱和脂肪酸,其中亚油酸的含量在58%~78%之间。葡萄籽中除了含有上述多种物质外,还含有粗蛋白、氨基酸和维生素A、E、D、K、P及多种微量元素,如钙、锌、铁、镁、铜、钾、钠、锰、钴等。葡萄籽有清除自由基、抗衰老,抗过敏,降血脂,保护皮肤,保护大脑,保护血管,保护眼睛,保护组织,抗辐射等一系列功效。
梨的果肉含有丰富的果浆,葡萄糖和苹果酸等有机酸,另外含有蛋白质、脂肪、钙、磷、铁、以及胡萝卜素、维生素B1、维生素B2、尼克酸、抗坏血酸等多种维生素,梨有生津,润燥,清热,化痰,解酒的作用;用于热病伤阴或阴虚所致的干咳、口渴、便秘等症,也可用于内热所致的烦渴、咳喘、痰黄等症;煮熟的梨有助于肾脏排泄尿酸和预防痛风、风湿病和关节炎;梨皮有清心、润肺、降火、生津、滋肾、补阴功效;梨籽含有木质素,是一种不可溶纤维,能在肠子中溶解,形成像胶质的薄膜,能在肠子中与胆固醇结合而排除,梨含有硼可以预防妇女骨质疏松症,提高记忆力、注意力和心智敏锐度。
红枣性温味甘,含有蛋白质、脂肪、糖、钙、磷、铁、镁及丰富的维生素A、维生素C、维生素B1.维生素B2,此外还含有胡萝卜素等,营养十分丰富,产妇食用红枣,能补中益气、养血安神,加速机体复原;老年体弱者食用红枣,能增强体质,延缓衰老;尤其是一些从事脑力劳动的人及神经衰弱者,用红枣煮汤代茶,能安心守神,增进食欲,素有茶癖的人,晚间过饮,难免辗转不眠,若每晚以红枣煎汤代茶,可免除失眠之苦,红枣是天然的美容食品,还可益气健脾,促进气血生化循环和抗衰老。
枸杞补肾益精,养肝明目,补血安神,生津止渴,润肺止咳,治肝肾阴亏,腰膝酸软,头晕,目眩,目昏多泪,虚劳咳嗽,消渴,遗精。
低聚果糖能明显改善肠道内微生物种群比例,它是肠内双歧杆菌的活化增殖因子,可减少和抑制肠内腐败物质的产生,抑制有害细菌的生长,调节肠道内平衡;能促进微量元素铁、钙的吸收与利用,以防止骨质疏松症;可减少肝脏毒素,能在肠中生成抗癌的有机酸,有显著的防癌功能;且口味纯正香甜可口,具有类似脂肪的香味和爽口的滑腻感。
本发明的中的各原料,经本发明的工艺处理后,其中的营养物质更容易被人体吸收,口味香甜醇厚,富含蛋白质以及各种微量元素、矿物质,包括第七大营养素——膳食纤维。所以能增强人体免疫力,改善人体机能。

以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明中涉及到的百分号“%”,若未特别说明,是指质量百分比;但溶液的百分比,除另有规定外,是指溶液100ml中含有溶质若干克;液体之间的百分比,是指20℃时容量的比例。
实施例1
将葡萄皮100kg干燥粉碎细度达30目以上;将葡萄籽50kg干燥粉碎细度达200目以上;将大枣50kg洗净去核,加总水量10%的水打磨成浆;将油莎豆400kg洗净,加总水量65%的水打磨成浆;将制得的大枣和油莎豆的浆液混合上火熬制,先用武火,待浆液沸腾后转中小火,不断搅拌,熬至水还有浆液总重量的40%;将无花果300kg、桑葚100kg、枸杞50kg分别洗净,香梨洗净去核50kg,一起加总水量25%的水(分母是水的总量)打碎成浆,制得的浆液和葡萄皮、籽制得的粉料加入已经熬制的大枣和油莎豆浆中,继续熬制水分减少到浆液总重量的20%变稠后加入低聚果糖,再熬制黏稠成膏状,冷却后装瓶即得到益体膏成品。
本发明中所用原料均为本领域生产中常用原料,均可从市场中得到,且对于生产结果不会产生影响;本发明中所采用的各种设备,均为本领域生产工艺中使用的常规设备,且各设备的操作、参数等均按照常规操作进行,并无特别之处。

1.一种油莎豆和无花果等制作的益体膏,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
油莎豆30-80份,无花果25-65份,葡萄皮5-15份,葡萄籽5-10份,香梨5-10份,桑葚10-15份,大枣5-10份,枸杞5-10份,低聚果糖5-15份,水65-265份。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的一种油莎豆和无花果等制作的益体膏的制备方法,其特征在01于:包括如下步骤:
(1)将葡萄皮干燥粉碎达30目以上;
(2)将葡萄籽进行干燥粉碎达200目以上;
(3)将大枣洗净去核,加水5-25份打磨成浆;
(4)将油莎豆洗净,加水40-150份磨成浆;
(5)将步骤(3)、(4)制得的浆液按配比混合上火熬制,先用武火,待浆液沸腾后中小火,不断搅拌,熬至出稠;
(6)将无花果、桑葚、枸杞分别洗净,将香梨洗净去核,一起按配比加水20-90份磨成浆;
(7),将上述步骤(1)、(2)得到的粉料按配比和步骤(6)制得的浆液加入到步骤(5)的混合物中,继续熬制水分减少变稠后按配比加入低聚果糖,再熬制黏稠成膏状,冷却即可。
