本发明公开了一种中药饮料。
背景技术
香菇是一种著名的食用菌,营养丰富且味美;香菇又是一种载入中国药典的药用菌,它具有健脾开胃,保肝安眠,降低胆固醇和血压;并有良好地抗癌防癌作用,目前日本和国内的福州梅峰制药厂均采用香菇制成注射液,用于治疗患癌病人,但是香菇的根不好吃,产地的菇农都用来喂猪或倒掉,造成很大的浪费。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种中药饮料,能够在不添加任何色素和添加剂的情况下,达到色、香、味俱佳,并能胜过市场上的多种著名饮料,也是一种完全符合“绿色食品”要求的天然高档功能型饮料,并具有成本低、利润高的优点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种中药饮料,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:香菇1-5%,枸杞子1-5%,山楂2-4%,红枣5-13%,玛古15-20%,蜂蜜8-10%,无花果5-7%。
有益效果:通过本方法制备的产品,能够在不添加任何色素和添加剂的情况下,达到色、香、味俱佳,并能胜过市场上的多种著名饮料,也是一种完全符合“绿色食品”要求的天然高档功能型饮料,并具有成本低、利润高的优点。

一种中药饮料,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:3%香菇,3%枸杞子,3%山楂,9%红枣,17%玛古,9%蜂蜜,6%无花果,此时中药饮料成本低且味道极好。
