榆钱是榆树的翅果,因其外形圆薄如钱币,故而得名榆钱。当春风吹来第一缕绿色,金黄的榆钱就一串串地缀满了枝头,人们会趁鲜嫩采摘下来,做成各种美味佳肴。据测定,每100克榆钱含碳水化合物8.5克,蛋白质3.8克,脂肪1克,膳食纤维1.3克,矿物质3.5克,钙280毫克,磷100毫克,铁22毫克,维生素B1、B2各0.1毫克,烟酸1.4毫克等。榆钱的含铁量是菠菜的11倍,是西红柿的50倍。榆钱也是防病保健的良药,具有健脾和胃、安神助眠、止咳化痰、通淋、消除湿热等功效。为提高榆钱产品的附加值,需要对榆钱进行深加工,特别是以榆钱为原材料的健康饮料,因具有较高的营养价值和较高的保健价值,盛夏时节深受消费者喜爱。

本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种榆钱饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:榆钱汁55份、淮山药汁10份、薏苡仁汁5份、炒麦芽汁5份、低聚麦芽糖0.5份、果葡糖浆6份、山梨糖醇0.4份、酒石酸0.3份、果胶0.2份。其生产方法包括以下步骤:(1)将采集后的榆钱和水按照1∶8的质量比混合后在70℃的热水中超声浸提2-4小时,然后过滤,得到榆钱汁,备用;所述超声浸提条件为:超声频率15-18khz,功率1100-1200W;(2)将淮山药制成粉末状,并将淮山药粉末和水按照1∶10的质量比混合后在100℃的热水中超声浸提2-4小时,然后过滤,得到淮山药汁,备用;所述超声浸提条件为:超声频率15-18khz,功率1100-1200W;(3)将薏苡仁制成粉末状,并将薏苡仁粉末和水按照1∶4的质量比混合后在100℃的热水中超声浸提2-4小时,然后过滤,得到薏苡仁汁,备用;所述超声浸提条件为:超声频率15-18khz,功率1100-1200W;(4)将炒麦芽制成粉末状,并将炒麦芽粉末和水按照1∶4的质量比混合后在100℃的热水中超声浸提2-4小时,然后过滤,得到炒麦芽汁,备用;所述超声浸提条件为:超声频率15-18khz,功率1100-1200W;(5)按配比将各种原料混合、过滤、灌装、120℃-125℃杀菌6秒,制成成品,即得一种榆钱饮料。
上述中药的功效与作用是:淮山药:补中益肺,固肾止泻;薏苡仁:健脾利湿,清热排脓;炒麦芽:和中健胃,消积回乳,舒肝。
