(2)将黄酒喷洒在鸡肉上,再与葱末、豆腐渣、蓝莓叶一起在锅中,加水用大火煮1.5-2小时后,捞出鸡肉,将鸡肉与人参、石膏、粳米一起放入瓦锅内,加入营养添加剂、步骤1的中药提取液和少量的水,武火煮沸后用文火煮,直至鸡肉煮烂,过滤取鸡汤;
(3)将铁皮石斛碾成粉,混合川贝粉、荠菜、香菇丝、苦瓜汁及蜂蜜冻干粉一起在打浆机内,加入适量的水,打成浓浆汁;;
(4)将梨子、杨桃榨成果汁,将果汁与步骤2的鸡汤、步骤3的浓浆汁混匀,而后进行灌装。
