Abstract

Description
本发明涉及洗涤剂组合物的用途,其用于清洗制造或包装装置或用于制造或包装疏水性化妆品或医药组合物的任何其它构件。本发明还涉及此类洗涤剂组合物本身。
制造和包装装置和用于制造或包装化妆品或医药品的任何其它构件一般借助于具有湍流的动态系统来清洗。这些动态系统尤其包括“就地清洗”(clean in place;CIP)、在强力搅拌下浸泡、使用洗涤球在闭合电路中洗涤、在洗涤器中清洗和在洗涤柜中清洗。
这些清洗系统需要特定无泡洗涤剂以避免归因于系统中所产生的湍流而形成泡沫。一般来说,这些洗涤剂具有极高碱性并且因此含有大量碱性氢氧化物以及表面活性剂和螯合剂和防絮凝剂。
欧洲专利EP 1 200 544描述了例如一种用于在制造或包装医药品或化妆品期间去除含颜料的残留物的碱性洗涤剂。这种洗涤剂含有表面活性剂,尤其非离子表面活性剂,如烷氧基化脂肪醇、烷基聚葡糖苷和/或烷氧基化脂肪胺,和作为络合剂的聚天冬氨酸和葡糖酸的组合或其盐。然而,这种洗涤剂无法从产品和包装设备去除强疏水性残留物,代表了目前的主要不足之处,所述不足之处归因于以下事实:化妆品,例如粉底、睫毛膏和唇膏疏水性增加并且富含颜料,尤其氧化物,诸如氧化钛。
文献WO 99/53003 A1公开了一种用于去除粘着于地面表面、厨房墙壁和仪器的氧化油渍的洗涤剂组合物,其含有基于氧化胺的非离子型表面活性剂。这一文献教示,氧化胺改进去垢力并同时充当亦包含于洗涤剂组合物中的水不溶性有机溶剂的增溶剂。然而,这一文献还教示,当氧化胺类表面活性剂的含量低于20wt%时,去垢力不足以去除氧化油渍或持久的变性油渍。
因此,需要新型洗涤剂,其会有效清洗在制造化妆品和医药品中遇到的强疏水性的含颜料或非含颜料的残留物。
难能可贵的是,申请者已基于多项调查研究研发出了一种满足这些需求的新颖洗涤剂组合物。
更难能可贵的是,申请者已发现这些不足之处可通过使用如下洗涤剂组合物得到解决,所述洗涤剂组合物是基于非离子型表面活性剂、辅助表面活性剂和有机碱性剂的组合,所述组合是根据其有效去除制造和包装化妆品和医药组合物中通常遇到的广泛范围的疏水性残留物的能力而特定选择的。这些残留物可例如为成品,如粉底、防晒剂、唇膏、睫毛膏、牙膏等;半成品,如粉底基底、霜等;或原料,例如凝胶和硅酮、挥发性或非挥发性原料、含有改性粘土,如锂皂石和其衍生物的原料。
因此,本发明涉及洗涤剂组合物的用途,其用于从制造和包装装置或用于制造或包装化妆品或医药组合物的任何其它构件的表面去除含颜料或非含颜料的疏水性残留物,所述洗涤剂组合物包含:
-选自烷氧基化脂肪醇的非离子型表面活性剂,
-选自氧化胺、烷基硫酸盐和烷基磺酸盐的非芳香族辅助表面活性剂,和
-选自氨基醇,不包括单乙醇胺的有机碱性剂,
所述非芳香族辅助表面活性剂相对于组合物的总重量,以1-15wt%的量包含于洗涤剂组合物中。
非离子型表面活性剂、辅助表面活性剂和有机碱性剂的这一特定组合确实能够从制造和包装设备并且从用于制造或包装化妆品或医药组合物的任何其它构件有效去除甚至极具疏水性的含颜料或非含颜料的残留物。这一其它构件尤其包括包装生产线的由不锈钢制成的槽、刮刀、传输和抽吸管、传输和抽吸泵、加料嘴和填充嘴。
与现有技术中所用的洗涤剂相比,基于这一特定组合的洗涤剂的根据本发明的用途使得能够去除各种不同残留物,如粉底、唇膏、防水睫毛膏、牙膏和极具疏水性的含颜料的原料,如改性粘土,锂皂石和其衍生物,尤其膨润土。
选自烷氧基化脂肪醇的烷氧基化非离子型表面活性剂可以是数种烷氧基化脂肪醇的混合物。此类混合物可含有例如乙氧基化、丙氧基化、丁氧基化和任选地,戊氧基化脂肪醇。优选地,烷氧基化脂肪醇为烷氧基化C5-C11支链脂肪醇。因此,本发明的优选非离子型表面活性剂含有乙氧基化、丙氧基化、丁氧基化和任选地,戊氧基化C5-C11支链脂肪醇的混合物。在这一类型的表面活性剂中,短支链赋予高临界胶束浓度(critical micellarconcentration;CMC),由此限制在低剂量下形成胶束(对于去垢力,表面活性剂的可用性);由环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷和尤其环氧丁烷以及任选的环氧戊烷的单元组成的亲水性部分赋予表面活性剂极其明显的消泡效果。此外,作为环氧丁烷存在的结果,位阻参与这一表面活性剂在碱性介质中的稳定化。这些表面活性剂兼具强润湿力和极弱发泡效果并且为可生物降解的。特别适用于本发明的非离子表面活性剂的实例为由巴斯夫(BASF)公司(德国路德维希港(Ludwigshafen,Germany))以名称 LF出售的烷氧基化脂肪醇,尤其 LF 305、 LF 120和 LF 711。
烷氧基化非离子型表面活性剂宜相对于组合物的总重量,以3-20wt%、优选5-15wt%、更优选5-10wt%并且甚至更优选约10wt%的量包含于洗涤剂组合物中。
非芳香族辅助表面活性剂选自氧化胺、烷基硫酸盐和烷基磺酸盐。氧化胺尤其包括C10-C16烷基二甲基氧化胺。优选的氧化胺为N,N-二甲基癸基氧化胺,其由例如斯泰潘(Stepan)公司(法国沃雷普的斯泰潘欧洲公司(Stepan Europe,Voreppe,France))以名称 DO40市售。对于烷基硫酸盐和烷基磺酸盐,其可尤其为钠、钾或铵的硫酸盐和磺酸盐,优选硫酸钠和磺酸钠。烷基硫酸盐尤其包括C6-C10烷基硫酸盐。优选的烷基硫酸盐为以名称0585/U(亨斯迈(Huntsman))出售的2-乙基己基硫酸盐。烷基磺酸盐尤其C6-C8烷基磺酸盐。此类商用烷基磺酸盐的实例为由斯泰潘公司(法国沃雷普的斯泰潘欧洲公司)出售的 PAS-7S。
非芳香族辅助表面活性剂相对于组合物的重量,以1-15wt%、优选3-10wt%、更优选3-6wt%并且甚至更优选约6wt%的量包含于洗涤剂组合物中。
使用选自氨基醇,不包括单乙醇胺的有机碱性剂具有提供储备碱度而不会使对腐蚀敏感或具有强碳酸化倾向的材料劣化的优点。优选地,氨基醇选自三乙醇胺和2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇;更优选地,氨基醇为三乙醇胺。
选自氨基醇的有机碱性剂宜相对于组合物的总重量,以5-50wt%、优选10-40wt%并且甚至更优选15-30wt%的量包含于洗涤剂组合物中。
根据本发明使用的洗涤剂组合物可另外包括芳香族助水溶剂。这一芳香族助水溶剂可选自例如二甲苯磺酸盐、甲苯磺酸盐和异丙苯磺酸盐。磺酸盐可尤其为磺酸钠、磺酸钾或磺酸铵,优选磺酸钠。二甲苯磺酸盐为优选的,因为其使得能够通过HPLC监测洗涤剂尤其在冲洗水中的浓度。本领域技术人员将已知如何调整芳香族助水溶剂的量,其尤其取决于所用有机碱性剂和烷氧基化非离子表面活性剂的量。
根据本发明使用的洗涤剂组合物可另外包括碱性氢氧化物。优选地,洗涤剂组合物包含相对于洗涤剂组合物的总重量,低于5wt%、优选低于3wt%并且甚至更优选低于2wt%的碱性氢氧化物。碱性氢氧化物可尤其选自氢氧化钠和氢氧化钾。
根据本发明使用的洗涤剂组合物可另外包括其它佐剂,例如第三溶剂,如丙二醇或乙二醇;和/或防絮凝剂。所述防絮凝剂可为例如膦酸和其碱性盐(膦酸盐),例如1-羟基乙烷-1,1-二膦酸、胺基三亚甲基膦酸、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸、膦酸丁烷三甲酸、二亚乙基三胺五亚甲基膦酸;或基于丙烯酸或其碱性金属盐的均聚物、共聚物或三元共聚物(聚丙烯酸盐)。
即用洗涤剂组合物的pH一般为7-13,优选8-12。
在一特定实施例中,洗涤剂组合物不含聚天冬氨酸或葡糖酸或其盐中的一种。
在根据本发明的用途中,洗涤剂组合物宜在40-85℃、优选55-70℃、更优选60-70℃并且更优选约65℃的温度下使用。
根据本发明的用途的一优选实施例,洗涤剂组合物用于具有湍流的动态清洗系统中。具有湍流的动态清洗系统宜选自就地清洗、在搅拌下浸泡、用洗涤球在闭合电路中洗涤、在洗涤器中清洗和在洗涤柜中清洗。
本发明还涉及用于如上文所述的根据本发明的用途中的洗涤剂组合物。这一组合物可呈使用前待用水稀释的浓缩物形式,优选软化的、去矿物质的或渗透性的或呈即用溶液形式。
本发明现将借助于本发明的非限制性实施例实例来描述。

实施例
针对数种洗涤剂组合物去除制造化妆品中通常遇到的不同残留物的能力对其进行评估。
A.所测试的洗涤剂组合物
A.1.具有氧化胺的组合物
制备和测试九种洗涤剂组合物,其包括六种根据本发明的洗涤剂组合物(C4-C9)。还测试现有技术的两种组合物。
表1给出这些九种组合物的组成,其它两种组合物分别为KOPHANIOS CIP MAXI PP(法国海勒米斯(Hellemmes,France)的Laboratoires Anios)专利申请EP 1 200 544的实例3的洗涤剂。

A.2.具有烷基硫酸盐或烷基磺酸盐的组合物
制备九种洗涤剂组合物(C10-C18),其包括六种根据本发明的洗涤剂组合物(C14-C18),其中辅助表面活性剂为烷基硫酸盐或烷基磺酸盐。表2给出这些组合物中的每一种的组成。

B.性能测试
1)测试方案
根据以下测试方案用组合物C1-C19、Kophanios CIP MAXI PP(KCMPP)和专利申请EP 1 200 544的实例3的洗涤剂在软化水中的5%v/v稀释液进行这些性能测试。
负载物:体积为200mL的316L不锈钢烧杯。
1)沉积烧杯内壁上待去除的产品的均一层。
2)在环境空气中干燥10分钟。
3)用所测试的洗涤剂溶液填充烧杯到四分之三。
4)借助于磁力搅拌器上的磁棒在65±5℃的温度下搅拌溶液30分钟。
通过目测评估(剩余产品、痕迹、光泽度……)来对去垢力进行定量。
2)测试结果
性能测试清楚地展现出,仅含有非离子型表面活性剂、辅助表面活性剂和有机碱性剂的特定组成的洗涤剂组合物实现对所测试的所有残留物的令人满意的去除。下表3和4概述结果。

图1-4中再现的照片显示组合物C7的清洗性能优于KOPHANIOS CIP MAXI PP。对于所有测试的残留物,组合物C7明显要比参照产品KOPHANIOS CIP MAXI PP表现更好,并且组合物C9展现出与组合物C7的性能相同水平的性能。
Claims (17)
1.一种洗涤剂组合物的用途,其用于从制造或包装装置或用于制造或包装化妆品或医药组合物的任何其它构件去除可能含有颜料的疏水性残留物,所述洗涤剂组合物包含:
选自烷氧基化脂肪醇的非离子型表面活性剂,
选自氧化胺、烷基硫酸盐和烷基磺酸盐的非芳香族辅助表面活性剂,和
选自氨基醇,不包括单乙醇胺的有机碱性剂,
所述非芳香族辅助表面活性剂相对于所述组合物的总重量,以1-15wt%的量包含于所述洗涤剂组合物中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其特征在于所述非离子型表面活性剂为含有乙氧基化、丙氧基化、丁氧基化和任选地,戊氧基化脂肪醇的烷氧基化脂肪醇的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用途,其特征在于所述非芳香族辅助表面活性剂选自氧化胺、烷基硫酸盐和烷基磺酸盐。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用途,其特征在于所述非芳香族辅助表面活性剂为氧化胺,优选N,N-二甲基C10-C16烷基氧化胺,更优选N,N-二甲基癸基氧化胺。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的用途,其特征在于选自胺醇的所述有机碱性剂为三乙醇胺。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的用途,其特征在于所述洗涤剂组合物另外包括芳香族助水溶剂。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的用途,其特征在于所述洗涤剂组合物包含相对于所述洗涤剂组合物的总重量,低于5wt%的碱性氢氧化物。
8.根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的用途,其特征在于所述洗涤剂组合物在40-85℃的温度下使用。
9.根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的用途,其中所述洗涤剂组合物用于具有湍流的动态清洗系统中。
10.根据权利要求9所述的用途,其中所述具有湍流的动态清洗系统选自就地清洗、在搅拌下浸泡、用洗涤球在闭合电路中洗涤、在洗涤器中清洗和在洗涤柜中清洗。
11.一种洗涤剂组合物,其包含:
选自烷氧基化脂肪醇的非离子型表面活性剂,
选自氧化胺、烷基硫酸盐和烷基磺酸盐的非芳香族辅助表面活性剂,和
选自氨基醇,不包括单乙醇胺的有机碱性剂,
所述非芳香族辅助表面活性剂相对于所述组合物的总重量,以1-15wt%的量包含于所述洗涤剂组合物中。
12.根据权利要求11所述的洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于所述非离子型表面活性剂为含有乙氧基化、丙氧基化、丁氧基化和任选地,戊氧基化脂肪醇的烷氧基化脂肪醇的混合物。
13.根据权利要求11或12所述的洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于所述非芳香族辅助表面活性剂选自氧化胺、烷基硫酸盐和烷基磺酸盐。
14.根据权利要求13所述的洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于所述非芳香族辅助表面活性剂为氧化胺、N,N-二甲基C10-C16烷基氧化胺,优选N,N-二甲基癸基氧化胺。
15.根据权利要求11-14中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于选自所述氨基醇的所述有机碱性剂为三乙醇胺。
16.根据权利要求11-15中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于所述洗涤剂组合物另外包括芳香族助水溶剂。
17.根据权利要求11-16中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于所述洗涤剂组合物包含相对于所述洗涤剂组合物的总重量,低于5wt%的碱性氢氧化物。
