1、一种保健花青素饮品,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:紫米8-12份、紫薯6-10份、紫葡萄15-22份、紫提子15-22份、李子15-22份、蓝莓15-22份、桑葚15-22份、紫甘蓝13-18份、茄子3-7份、紫玉米3-7份、蜂蜜5-10份;
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种保健花青素饮品,其特征在于,包括以下步骤制成:
(1)称取紫米8-12份、紫薯6-10份、紫甘蓝13-18份、茄子3-7份、紫玉米粒3-7份将其用水去皮、洗净,洗净后的原料加入6-12倍重量的水,加热大火熬煮1-3小时后,倒入搅拌机均匀搅拌,得杂粮混合物;
(2)将紫葡萄15-22份、紫提子15-22份、李子15-22份、蓝莓15-22份、桑葚15-22份,洗净后去皮、去核,直接放入搅拌机均匀搅拌后,过滤,得滤汁;
(3)将上述步骤(1)的杂粮混合物和步骤(2)的滤汁混合,加入蜂蜜5-10份,放入搅拌机均匀搅拌后,分装容器,灭菌密封,制成直接饮品形态(饮料或口服液),出厂销售;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保健花青素饮品,其特征在于,包括以下步骤制成:(1)称取紫米、紫薯、紫甘蓝、茄子、紫玉米粒将其用水去皮、洗净,洗净后的原料加入6-12倍重量的水,加热大火熬煮1-3小时后,倒入搅拌机均匀搅拌,得杂粮混合物;(2)将紫葡萄、紫提子、李子、蓝莓、桑葚,洗净后去皮、去核,直接放入搅拌机均匀搅拌后,过滤,得滤汁;(3)将上述步骤(1)的杂粮混合物和步骤(2)的滤汁混合,加入蜂蜜,放入搅拌机均匀搅拌后,分装容器,灭菌密封,制成直接饮品形态(饮料或口服液),出厂销售。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种保健花青素饮品,其特征在于:将紫米、紫薯、紫甘蓝、茄子、紫玉米粒、紫葡萄、紫提子、李子、蓝莓、桑葚洗净,去皮、去核;全部加工成粉装,干燥成速溶颗粒,按适当比例混合,烘干灭菌,将蜂蜜独立包装成小盒;统一制成固体速溶颗粒饮品包装,出厂销售。
