5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的一种多功能食品代餐粉,其特征在于,其制备步骤为:将分别原料采用炒锅文火炒熟,粉碎后过80目网筛,加工成80目粉末,将各个药食原料粉末混入一起分装制得多功能食品代餐粉。
