车辆开始运行时一般需解除停车制动,停车时需进行停车制动。但实践中经常会发生车辆开始运行但未解除停车制动,这样会使车辆的刹车盘加速磨损和刹车片发热后变硬。还会发生停车时未进行停车制动,这样当车辆停在坡道上时易发生事故。另外,当车辆需临时停车时,车辆的选挡换向阀尚挂在前进挡上,这时也需要车辆进行停车制动,否则当车辆在坡道上时也易发生事故。

本发明的目的是提供一种车辆的刹车盘不会加速磨损、刹车片不会变硬且不会发生事故的车辆的停车制动控制系统。

本发明的积极效果是:(1)由于车辆开始运行时,驾驶员会将选挡换向阀挂在前进挡上,同时踩下气油门的油门踏板使车辆开始前进,这样可使双压阀的两个进气口同时具有压力,压力气体可进入气控液压阀的气控口,使气控液压阀的进油口与执行口相通,动力原件中的压力油进入停车制动油缸,停车制动器的动片与静片分离,停车制动自动解除。因而车辆的刹车盘不会加速磨损,刹车片也不会发热后变硬。(2)由于停车时,车辆挂在空挡上,这时没有压力气体进入双压阀的第一进气口,也没有压力气体可通过双压阀进入气控液压阀的控制口K口,气控液压阀的进液口与执行口不相通,动力原件中的压力油不能进入停车制动油缸,停车制动器的动片与静片结合,车辆自动具有停车制动。因而车辆停在坡道上时就不会发生事故。(3)当车辆需临时停车时,车辆还挂在前进挡上,双压阀的第一进气口具有压力,但驾驶员未踩下气油门的油门踏板,压力传感器的压力为零,此时车轮转速也为零,双压阀的第二进气口不具有压力,气控液压阀的进气口与执行口不相通,动力原件中的压力油不能进入停车制动油缸,停车制动器的动片与静片结合,车辆自动具有停车制动。因而车辆停在坡道上时就不会发生事故。

还包括动力原件(3)、气控液压阀(4)、气包(5)、选挡换向阀(6)、选挡气缸(7)、梭阀(8)、双压阀(9)、气油门(10)、油门气缸(11)、压力传感器(12)、控制器(13)、电磁阀(14)和转速传感器(15),所述气油门(10)具有油门踏板(10-1),所述选挡换向阀(6)的进气口P口与气包(5)连通,选挡换向阀(6)的执行口A口通过两气通道分别与选挡气缸(7)的无杆腔和梭阀(8)的A口连通,选挡换向阀(6)的执行口B口通过两气通道分别与选挡气缸(7)的有杆腔和梭阀(8)的C口连通,梭阀(8)的B口与双压阀(9)的第一进气口P1口连通,双压阀(9)的执行口A口与气控液压阀(4)的气控口K口连通,气控液压阀(4)的进液口P口与动力原件(3)连通,气控液压阀(4)的执行口A口与停车制动油缸(1)的有杆腔连通,所述电磁阀(14)的进气口P口与气包(5)连通,电磁阀(14)的执行口A口与双压阀(9)第二进气口P2口连通,电磁阀(14)与控制器(13)电连接,所述气油门(10)的进气口P口与气包(5)连通,气油门(10)的执行口A口通过两气通道分别与油门气缸(11)的有杆腔和压力传感器(12)的气控口K口连通,油门气缸(11)的活塞杆与发动机的油门拉杆固定连接,所述压力传感器(12)和转速传感器(15)均与控制器(13)电连接,且转速传感器(15)连接在车辆的轮胎处,控制器(13)设定当转速传感器(15)的转速大于0或压力传感器(12)的压力大于0时由控制器(13)控制电磁阀(14)得电;
选挡气缸(7)的活塞杆与车辆的挡位操作阀的拉杆固定连接,通过操作选挡换向阀(6)使选挡气缸(7)动作,使车辆的挡位在前进挡、后退挡或空挡上;
当车辆需开始运行时,驾驶员操作选挡换向阀(6),使选挡换向阀(6)挂在前进挡上,这时选挡换向阀(6)的进气口P口与执行口A口相通,气包(5)中的压力气体通过选挡换向阀(6)后进入选挡气缸(7)的无杆腔,压力气体同时通过梭阀(8)的A口进入双压阀(9)的第一进气口P1口,驾驶员这时会踩下气油门(10)的油门踏板(10-1)使车辆开始前进,这样气包(5)中的压力气体经气油门(10)到压力传感器(12)的气控口K口,压力传感器(12)的气控口K口也具有压力,压力传感器(12)的压力大于0,控制器(13)控制电磁阀(14)得电,电磁阀(14)的进气口P口与执行口A口相通,气包(5)中的压力气体通过电磁阀(14)进入双压阀(9)的第二进气口P2,由于双压阀(9)的第一进气口P1口和第二进气口P2口均有压力气体,因此压力气体可通过双压阀(9)的执行口A口进入气控液压阀(4)的控制口K口,使气控液压阀(4)的进液口P口与执行口A口相通,动力原件(3)中的压力油通过气控液压阀(4)进入停车制动油缸(1)的有杆腔,使停车制动油缸(1)克服弹簧的阻力由活塞杆带动停车制动器(2)的动片与静片分离,这样停车制动自动解除。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的停车制动控制系统,其特征在于:所述动力原件(3)为蓄能器。
