本发明涉及复合营养粉技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种复合营养粉。
背景技术
随着社会发展,人民生活水平的提高,国民慢性病形势日趋严重,目前高血压患者超过2亿,每年增加1000万人,糖尿病患者9240万,其中1亿4千万的人血糖还在增高,心脑血管疾病超过2亿人,占我国每年总死亡人数的1/3,每年死亡人数960万中,不到1000万中,慢病的比例占到了83.3%,意味着我们一方面努力的改善自己的生活,另一方面说明全民族在用不好的生活方式慢性自杀。“健康中国2030”规划纲要中提到,到2030年具体实现主要健康危险因素得到有效控制,全民健康素养大幅提高,健康生活方式得到全面普及。由于日常生活中,人们很难多样化摄入多种营养元素,存在品种不全,营养不均衡的为问题,很难全方位的摄取到多种营养元素,因此根据国家规划战略,研发此营养粉,辅助以期在“健康中国2030”的宏伟规划中发挥其作用。
目前市场上营养补充类产品很多,大多数是几种产品的混合,还有一部分是针对特定人群的营养强化。因此该类产品的局限性是配方单一。
CN101243876A公开了一种保健营养粉,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:红枣50-70%、核桃25-45%、莲子2-10%、黑芝麻1-5%制成,加工方法为:红枣去核、煮熟、烘干、核桃仁烘干、黑芝麻炒熟,将以上四种物质混合均匀并研磨成粉即可。改产品配方相对单一、营养不全面。
CN102860456A公开一种补血营养粉,其按以下重量份数原料制成:燕麦20-40份、枸杞20-40份、薯蓣20-40份、黑芝麻20-4-份、红豆20-40份、阿胶4-8份、生物防腐剂0.1-0.3份。加工方法是将原辅料低温烘焙熟后磨粉而成。改产品口感风味较差、成分相对单一。
