辣木叶混合物提取液350-400份、食用明胶4-10份、蔗糖11-15份、干红葡萄酒1300-1600份、微量元素2-2.5份。

c、将最终萃取物与食用明胶、蔗糖、干红葡萄酒、微量元素混合静置一周,即得。

尽管上文对本发明的具体实施方式给予了详细描述和说明,但是应该指明的是,我们可以依据本发明的构想对上述实施方式进行各种等效改变和修改,其所产生的功能作用仍未超出说明书所涵盖的精神时,均应在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (6)
1.萃取辣木制作的红酒,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:
辣木叶混合物提取液350-400份、食用明胶4-10份、蔗糖11-15份、干红葡萄酒1300-1600份、微量元素2-2.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的萃取辣木制作的红酒,其特征在于,所述的辣木叶混合物提取液由以下重量份原料组成:
辣木叶22-28份、桂圆10-15份、迎山红6-9份、益母草2-5份、无花果3-6份、蝉翼藤2-5份、梅花草1-3份、乌梅2-6份、柿饼1-5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的萃取辣木制作的红酒,其特征在于,所述的微量元素由以下重量成份组成:
铁0.1-0.2%、锌0.3-05%、铜0.01-0.02%、锰0.05-0.09%、铬0.006-0.009%、硒0.002-0.003%、钼0.003-0.006%、钴0.00001-0.00002%、氟0.03-0.05%、钙30-35%、余量为钾。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述萃取辣木制作的红酒的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a、按重量份称取辣木叶、桂圆、迎山红、益母草、无花果、蝉翼藤、梅花草、乌梅、柿饼分别粉碎后混合,将混合物送入超临界流体萃取仪中,以二氧化碳为介质进行超临界流体萃取3-5小时,从分离器中得到萃取物I;
b、再将萃取物I,以二氧化碳与浓度3%无水乙醇的混合物为介质进行超临界流体萃取5-6小时,从分离器中得到最终萃取物提取液;
c、将最终萃取物与食用明胶、蔗糖、干红葡萄酒、微量元素混合静置一周,即得。
5.根据权利要求4所述的萃取辣木制作的红酒的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤a中萃取条件如下:萃取压力33Mpa、萃取温度41℃、分离器压力10Mpa、分离器温度62℃。
6.据权利要求4所述的萃取辣木制作的红酒的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤b然中萃取条件如下:萃取压力38Mpa、萃取温度45℃、分离器压力12Mpa、分离器温度58℃。
