复合植物胚乳粉24%、大麦粉24%、麦芽糊精20.57%、燕麦粉12%、聚葡萄糖4%、甜叶菊0.09%、山药3.34%、薏米3.34%、葛根3.34%、桑叶1.66%、茯苓1.66%、黄精1.66%、人参0.34%。
优选的,所述营养补充餐粉是由上述各组分在120-130℃低温炒制、磨粉混合所得,粉粒径为230-300目。
优选的,所述营养补充餐粉在两餐之间冲调食用,每次33-37g。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明中采用复合植物胚乳粉、大麦粉、麦芽糊精、燕麦粉为主料的配方,复合植物胚乳粉具有丰富的天然营养素;大麦粉、麦芽糊精含有大量的多糖类和钙、铁等对人体有益的微量元素及矿物质,能促进人体正常的物质代谢;燕麦粉具有微甜,溶解性好;此配方的营养补充餐粉具有营养丰富,口感好的优点。
2.本发明中采用在主料中添加聚葡萄糖、甜叶菊、山药、薏米、葛根、桑叶、茯苓、黄精、人参的配方,聚葡萄糖可以补充人体所需的水溶性膳食纤维;甜叶菊、茯苓具有降血糖的功效;山药、薏米、桑叶、葛根、人参具有调节气血,补充元气的作用,此配方的营养补充餐粉具有通过提供复合营养成分,提高人体综合机能,增强体质,滋养强壮的优点。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
实施例1
营养补充餐粉按重量占比包括以下组分:
复合植物胚乳粉25%、大麦粉25%、麦芽糊精18%、燕麦粉12%、聚葡萄糖5%、甜叶菊0.05%、山药3%、薏米3%、葛根2%、桑叶3%、茯苓2.5%、黄精1%、人参0.45%;
将各组分按重量比在120℃低温炒制、磨粉、混合均匀,混合物过300目筛,其中未通过筛目的部分用超级粉碎机反复粉碎,过筛直至全部通过筛目,得营养补充餐粉。
实施例2
本实施例的营养补充餐粉制作方法同实施例1,不同的是营养补充餐粉按重量占比包括以下组分:
复合植物胚乳粉22%、大麦粉22%、麦芽糊精22%、燕麦粉15%、聚葡萄糖3%、甜叶菊0.1%、山药5%、薏米3.5%、葛根3%、桑叶1%、茯苓1%、黄精2%、人参0.4%。
实施例3
本实施例的营养补充餐粉制作方法同实施例1,不同的是营养补充餐粉按重量占比包括以下组分:
复合植物胚乳粉24%、大麦粉24%、麦芽糊精20.57%、燕麦粉12%、聚葡萄糖4%、甜叶菊0.09%、山药3.34%、薏米3.34%、葛根3.34%、桑叶1.66%、茯苓1.66%、黄精1.66%、人参0.34%。
实施例配方试验研究
1.研究对象:研究对象符合WTO (1999)糖尿病诊断标准、自愿、意识清楚、具备正常交流能力,目前正接受药物治疗且病情相对稳定、无严重并发症的2型糖尿病患者100例,其中男52例,女48例;年龄40-65岁;病程6个月到15年;随机分为对照组和研究组,每组50例。经统计学分析,两组在年龄、性别、病程上无显著性差异。
2.研究方法:研究期间,患者每人摄入的总热量均统一监督管理。试验组在两餐之间补充实施例1-3配方的营养补充餐粉,用水调和食用,一日3次,一次35g;对照组在两餐之间补充普通水溶性膳食纤维,一日3次,一次35g,试验周期15 d。两组患者试验期间保持各自的药物治疗方案不变,所有患者进食前测血糖,进食后静坐,2h后再次测血糖。
3.统计方法:数据采用SPSS19.0版本进行统计学分析。统计方法采用t检验,多组间比较用方差分析,P<0.05表示差异有统计学意义。
4.研究结果见下表所示:实施例比对照组结果优,综合考虑实施例1-3配方的测试结果,试验数据显示实施例3配方的营养补充餐粉对调节血糖更有帮助。

Claims (6)
1.一种糖尿病患者的营养补充餐粉,其特征在于,所述营养补充餐粉包括以下组分:复合植物胚乳粉、大麦粉、麦芽糊精、燕麦粉、聚葡萄糖、甜叶菊、山药、薏米、葛根、桑叶、茯苓、黄精、人参。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种糖尿病患者的营养补充餐粉,其特征在于,所述营养补充餐粉按重量占比包括以下组分:
复合植物胚乳粉20-25%、大麦粉20-25%、麦芽糊精18-22%、燕麦粉10-15%、聚葡萄糖2-5%、甜叶菊0.05-0.1%、山药2-5%、薏米2-5%、葛根2-5%、桑叶1-3%、茯苓1-3%、黄精1-3%、人参0.2-0.5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种糖尿病患者的营养补充餐粉,其特征在于,所述营养补充餐粉按重量占比包括以下组分:
复合植物胚乳粉23-25%、大麦粉23-25%、麦芽糊精20-22%、燕麦粉11-15%、聚葡萄糖3-5%、甜叶菊0.07-0.1%、山药3-5%、薏米3-5%、葛根3-5%、桑叶1.5-3%、茯苓1.5-3%、黄精1.5-3%、人参0.3-0.5%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种糖尿病患者的营养补充餐粉,其特征在于,所述营养补充餐粉按重量占比包括以下组分:
复合植物胚乳粉24%、大麦粉24%、麦芽糊精20.57%、燕麦粉12%、聚葡萄糖4%、甜叶菊0.09%、山药3.34%、薏米3.34%、葛根3.34%、桑叶1.66%、茯苓1.66%、黄精1.66%、人参0.34%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种糖尿病患者的营养补充餐粉,其特征在于,所述营养补充餐粉是由上述各组分在120-130℃低温炒制、磨粉混合所得,粉粒径为230-300目。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种糖尿病患者的营养补充餐粉,其特征在于,所述营养补充餐粉在两餐之间冲调食用,每次33-37g。
