本发明公开了一种水果面条及其制备方法,将面粉、火龙果、蛋清和水混合均匀,然后使用常规方法制备水果面条,本发明制备的面条营养均衡,容易使人增加食欲。

本发明属于食品领域,具体涉及的是一种水果面条及其制备方法。
背景技术
面条是人们日常生活的主食之一,目前人们所食用的面条,有小麦粉面条、杂粮面条,但是在面粉中掺入果汁还尚少,当今社会,人们对于饮食生活的质量要求越来越高,营养丰富的食品才能够满足人们对于营养、保健等多方面的需求,如人们饮食普遍存在钙、铁、钾、维生素A等营养成分不足,人群肥胖症、心血管病、癌症等慢性疾病发生率越来越高,而且逐向低龄化发展,因此需要一种营养均衡的面条。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的以上问题,提供一种水果面条及其制备方法,口味独特还营养均衡。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种水果面条,由以下重量份的原料组成:面粉、火龙果、蛋清和水。
一种如权利要求1所述的水果面条的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1)取新鲜的火龙果,将火龙果切好;
步骤2)用榨汁机将火龙果榨汁得火龙果汁,用滤网将火龙果汁进行过滤;
步骤3)将面粉、蛋清和火龙果汁混合均匀,并加入适量的水,然后进行搅拌,滚揉至面团表面光滑,得到初始面坯;
步骤4)将面坯通过常规方法置入压面机或挂面机加工制成面条。
作为优化的,所述步骤2的滤网的目数为70-80目。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的水果面条的制备方法简单,操作方便,利用火龙果汁改善面条口味,火龙果汁中富含维生素E、花青素、维生素C和水溶性膳食纤维,花青素不仅具有抗氧化、抗自由基、抗衰老的作用,还能提高对脑细胞变性的预防,抑制痴呆症的作用,水溶性膳食纤维具有减肥、降低血糖、润肠、预防大肠癌。
而且火龙果面条比较适合在夏天食用,清热去火,带着水果香的面条沁人心脾,食用起来具有良好的口感。

下面将结合实施例,来详细说明本发明。
实施例1
一种水果面条的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1)取新鲜的火龙果一只,将火龙果切好;
步骤2)用榨汁机将火龙果榨汁得火龙果汁,用目数为70的滤网将火龙果汁进行过滤;
步骤3)将50g的面粉、5g的蛋清和火龙果汁混合均匀,并加入适量的水,然后进行搅拌,滚揉至面团表面光滑,得到初始面坯;
步骤4)将面坯通过常规方法置入压面机制成面条。
实施例2
一种水果面条的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1)取新鲜的火龙果一只,将火龙果切好;
步骤2)用榨汁机将火龙果榨汁得火龙果汁,用目数为75的滤网将火龙果汁进行过滤;

步骤4)将面坯通过常规方法置入压面机制成面条。
实施例3
一种水果面条的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

步骤2)用榨汁机将火龙果榨汁得火龙果汁,用滤网将火龙果汁进行过滤;
步骤3)将面粉、蛋清和火龙果汁混合均匀,并加入适量的水,然后进行搅拌,滚揉至面团表面光滑,得到初始面坯;
步骤4)将面坯通过常规方法置入压面机或挂面机加工制成面条。
3.根据权利要求2所述的水果面条的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤2的滤网的目数为70-80目。
