Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种用于平面无尘喷砂的喷砂器喷嘴,它包括一个可与喷砂软管相连的管套,以及一个类似于扩散器的外扩形旋转喷头,该喷头被一个端板所覆盖,端板上有倾斜的开口以使喷头在喷砂材料作用下得以旋转。
对于平面无尘喷砂,喷砂器通常带有一安装于喷嘴上的罩盖以遮挡被喷砂面并带有吸吮喷出材料及尘屑的装置,喷头上还安装有文杜里(venturi)喷嘴以使被喷砂材料按锥形喷向并磨擦被喷砂表面。喷头在被喷砂面上按条带路径移动。为使喷头在不应用外加电机情况下仍可旋转,在DE2834869 C2中公开了一种喷嘴,其端板上采用倾斜开口以使扩散器外扩喷头由于磨料与空气的混合物的喷出而受驱动旋转。这种结构的缺点是当需要调整被喷表面上喷砂带之宽度和/或喷磨效果时,必须提供和贮存若干个不同的具有适当开口的端板。
因此本发明的目的是对相应于权利要求1的前序部分中所述的一种喷嘴进行改进,使得喷磨清除操作具有更高的适应性。
本发明通过在每个开口上再增加一个可旋转的喷管而使上述问题得以解决。
根据本发明,在喷磨清除操作中,位于端板上的喷管能被调整到最有效的位置。通过径向调整喷管,喷砂带的宽度可增加或缩小;通过切向调整喷管,喷砂的方向可以加以改变。根据需喷磨材料性质和污染程度的不同,通过调整喷管可以取得最好的适应性。例如当一个硬的污垢层需被喷砂清除时可以调整出一个对喷砂面较合适的喷砂强度。
端板上喷管之轴承可以有不同的结构形式,但最好使喷管在端板上的球铰支承下可活动。于是可在各开口边缘安装一具有用于球铰的球铰杯的管座。此外,球铰上最好带有将喷管固定在某一调节好的回转位置的固定装置。

图3为图1所示喷嘴的中心剖面图,为更清楚地表示,图中被剖切的喷管处于一已移动的位置。
图2所示用于平面无尘喷砂的喷砂器喷嘴大体上包括一个带有用于连接软管2的装置的管套1。在其前部装有一个类似于扩散器的外扩形喷头3。喷头3上还装有可更换的端板4,它与喷头间的连接可采用螺钉或类似的紧固装置。此外,还包括在图中没有表示出的安装在喷嘴上的带吸吮装置的罩盖。
如图3所示,锥形喷头上有一外管套5,它通过滚珠轴承6可转动地安装在管套1上。由磨砂或其它颗粒及运载气流组成的喷出材料通过软管2进入喷头3。安装在喷头3前开口上的端板4上拥有4个倾斜的如钻孔般的开口7,它们按同一旋转方向横向地设置于端板4之上。这些倾斜开口7的轴线方向保证了喷头3的旋转按图2箭头方向所示进行得以实现。特别如图3所示管座8安装在每个开口7的边缘上。每个管座8形成一个喷管9的支撑件。为实现转动联接,每个喷管9上均带有球铰10,该球铰能在位于管座8上的球铰杯11中转动。
调整螺母12使得喷管9得以固定在其已调节好的位置上。图2更清楚地示出位于开口7上的管座8以与相应开口7相同的倾斜位置而固定。另一方面,喷管9能分别独立地通过球铰10加以调整。
位于喷头3上的喷管9的数量以及端板4上的旋转轴承均可有不同形式。例如,可以用较简单的旋转轴承取代球铰,其中轴承颈可设置在喷管9上,旋转轴承位于管座8相应钻孔或开口7中。相对于圆盘形端板4的中心线而言,轴承的转轴可位于不同的方位,例如可处于倾斜位置,但也可使转轴位于径向或切向位置。开口7除圆筒形外还可有其他形式。
Claims (4)
1、用于平面无尘喷砂的喷嘴包括可与软管(2)相连的管套(1),扩散器形的扩张旋转喷头(3),该喷头由端板(4)所覆盖,端板(4)上设有倾斜的开口(7)以便使喷头(3)可在喷砂材料的作用下得以旋转,其特征在于,每个开口(7)上装有一个可旋转的喷管(9)。
2、按权利要求1的喷嘴,其特征在于,喷管(9)通过球铰(10)安装在端板上。
3、按权利要求2的喷嘴,其特征在于,在每个开口(7)的边缘均有管座,形成球铰(10)的球铰杯(11)。
4、按权利要求1至3的喷嘴,其特征在于,球铰(10)带有固定装置用以将喷管(9)固定于已调整好的位置上。
