本发明涉及内装保持医疗用器具的保持部件、可进行杀菌且能够在杀菌的状态下进行运输的医疗用器具容器。
背景技术
因为医疗用器具被要求进行杀菌,所以在用于杀菌的包装体中收纳医疗用器具,利用蒸汽、电子束、辐射、等离子体、环氧乙烷气体等实施杀菌处理。上述用于杀菌的包装体由可通过蒸汽及环氧乙烷气体等气体但不可通过细菌的纸或无纺布等透气性基材进行包装,封入被杀菌物,施行杀菌处理。
例如,在US2004/0022674A1(专利文献1)中,已经提出一种可杀菌且能够进行无菌运输的医疗用器具容器。

发明内容
发明所要解决的技术问题
专利文献1的医疗用器具容器是在上部开口的容器内设置保持医疗用器具的保持部件,将医疗用器具保持于该保持部件,开口部由透气且不透菌的盖体进行密封,进而将该密封的容器整体用包装材料进行包装。
然而,专利文献1所记载的医疗用器具容器虽然在杀菌后运往制药公司及医疗机构等,但为了在运输目的地利用医疗用器具,通常需要在杀菌环境下移除包装材料的包装,进而除去密封容器开口部的盖体这样的作业,非常耗时。特别是在灌装机内填装药剂等时候,因为通过自动化工序进行灌装,所以在上述工序中移除包装材料的包装非常不容易。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种医疗器具用容器,其能够容易地移除包装,大幅减少在运输目的地即制药公司及医疗机构等进行开封的时间。此外,还在于提供一种医疗器具用容器,其在药液等的灌装机内的自动化工序中,也能够容易地移除包装。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的发明人反复进行深入研究。其结果为,完成了下面的发明。
(1)一种容器,在上部具有开口部的容器内内装至少保持一个医疗用器具的保持部件,其开口部由不透气膜密封。
(2)如(1)所述的容器,其特征在于,容器、医疗用器具、保持部件、以及不透气膜进行过杀菌。
(3)如(1)或(2)所述的容器,其特征在于,不透气膜由能够进行气体/蒸汽杀菌或辐射杀菌的薄膜与不透气膜形成,能够杀菌的薄膜位于与容器相接的一侧。
(4)如(1)~(3)中任一项所述的容器,对能够杀菌的薄膜与不透气膜之间进行杀菌。
发明的效果
根据本发明的医疗用器具容器,能够容易地移除包装,能够大幅减少在运输目的地即制药公司及医疗机构等进行开封的时间。
此外,在药液等的灌装机内的自动化工序中能够容易地移除包装。
而且,根据本发明的医疗用器具容器,在收纳于该容器的医疗用器具的使用地不需要再次进行杀菌处理。
由此,在向医疗用器具、例如小瓶内灌装药液的自动灌装工序中能够进行有效的药液等的灌装,此外,也能够在该药液灌装后容易地将橡胶塞塞入小瓶及进行其它的医疗用器具的自动塞入。除此以外,在利用杀菌用气体对容器外表进行杀菌时,利用不透气膜,不让杀菌用气体通过至容器内,使容器内的医疗器具及其保持部件不会暴露于气体下。
需要说明的是,在由不透气膜覆盖容器整体的情况下,能够在容器的外侧也进行了杀菌的状态下运往使用地。

具体实施方式
[第一实施方式]
图1~图7表示本发明的医疗用器具容器1的第一实施方式。如图1~图3以及例如如图7所示,第一实施方式的医疗用器具容器1具有:上部开口的容器主体2、内装于容器主体2中的医疗用器具保持部件4、以及对容器主体2上部的开口部进行密封的不透气膜3。
如图1及图2所示,容器主体2是俯视形状为大致长方形的笼(箱)形状,具有:在上部的开口部设置的环状且向外侧延伸而形成的环状凸缘部22、以及在距离环状凸缘部22规定长度的底面侧的位置上环状设置的台阶部23。需要说明的是,容器主体2的俯视形状除了如图所示的大致长方形以外,也可以为多边形、圆形、椭圆形。另外,容器主体2由合成树脂、金属、上述各种混合体形成。
不透气膜3利用热熔敷等对容器主体2的环状凸缘部22可剥离地进行密封,而封住容器主体2上部的开口部。不透气膜3优选由不透过气体、水蒸气、细菌等的不透气膜、以及位于与容器主体2相接的一侧并层压的可杀菌的薄膜形成。需要说明的是,可杀菌的薄膜利用热熔敷等对容器主体2的环状凸缘部22可剥离地进行密封,进而由不透气膜3覆盖容器整体,使之真空,由此,也能够包装容器主体2,对开口部进行密封。可杀菌的薄膜虽然可透过气体、水蒸气等杀菌用气体类,但细菌不可透过,例如由高密度聚乙烯或其它的聚合物纤维构成。
作为可杀菌的薄膜,可以使用杜邦公司生产的Tyvek(注册商标)等,作为不透气膜,可以使用聚偏二氯乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的薄膜等。
内装于容器主体2中的医疗用器具保持部件4在容器主体2的内部以单体、或如图7所示以多个堆叠的状态进行载置。如图3(A)~(B)所示,保持部件4具有板状的基板部41、以及从该基板部41向下方突出的多个筒状部42。需要说明的是,基板部41的形状除了如图所示的大致长方形以外,也可以是圆形、椭圆形、多边形。另外,筒状部42的设置数及与相邻的筒状部42的间隔虽未特别限定,但优选与相邻的各筒状部42为大概等间隔而设置。如此,不但可设置多个筒状部42,而且在收纳长条的医疗用器具的情况下,能够防止其与相邻的医疗用器具接触。筒状部42具有在基板部41一侧开口的上端开口部44、以及在下方开口的下端开口部43,上端开口部44与下端开口部43连通。
如图4(A)、(B)所示,筒状部42在规定长度的下端的内侧面设有环状凸部48。例如,在作为医疗用器具而将活塞61收纳于筒状部42的内部时,由于所述环状凸部48,活塞61不可通过,而以悬挂的状态保持。环状凸部48可以环状地连续,也可以不连续,另外,筒状部42的内侧面也可以随着筒状部42向上或向下而成为小径的锥形状。此外,环状凸部48只要筒状部42的规定长度的下端(环状凸部48的下端部)的内径小于保持部件的上端开口部即可。
图4(B)表示将活塞61从筒状部42的上端开口部放入,前端第一个肋部611通过环状凸部48,第二个肋部612不可通过环状凸部48地卡住,以悬挂的状态保持的状态。
如图3(A)~(C)所示,保持部件4具有在其周缘部从基板部41向下方突出的侧支柱45,此外,在保持部件4的中央部具有从基板部41向下方突出的中心支柱46。侧支柱45以及中心支柱46比筒状部42长,使收纳于筒状部42的医疗用器具(未图示)不会与容器主体2的底面或积存于底面的水分、或与以保持部件4堆叠的状态相邻的保持部件4接触。
如图5(A)~(D)所示,侧支柱45由从基板部41至规定长度的台座部451、以及从台座部至下端的连结部452构成,台座部451具有从基板部41侧向台座部451形成有凹陷的连结孔47(在堆叠保持部件4的情况下,将在上方配置的保持部件4的侧支柱45的连结部452的前端进行收纳的凹陷)。台座部451除了圆柱形状以外,也可以为椭圆柱、棱柱。
如图5(A)、(B)的例子所示,连结支柱部452可以采用剖面为十字形的棱柱、剖面为放射状地向三个方向延伸的形状的棱柱等。
如图5(C)的例子所示,从台座部451至规定长度为圆柱状,既可以从圆柱部至下端为大致圆锥状,也可以从台座部451至下端为圆锥状。另外,所述台座部451也可以为棱柱与角锥的组合。
如图5(D)的例子所示,连结支柱部452从台座部451至规定长度为圆柱状,从圆柱部至下端由比圆柱部的直径细的三根杆构成。另外,也可以从台座部451至下端为杆状,杆只要是一根以上,可以为任意根杆。利用上述的结构,杀菌处理时杀菌流体等可以到达整体,能够完成良好的杀菌。
如图3(A)~(C)所示,中心支柱46位于保持部件4的中央部,虽然在本例子中设置了两根,但也可以设置单数三根以上。中心支柱46的形状既可以与侧支柱45的形状相同,也可以如图6(a)、(b)的例子所示,从基板部41至下端为剖面是十字形的棱柱、或其它剖面为放射状地向三个方向延伸的形状的棱柱、圆柱、椭圆柱等形状(在图6(a)、(b)的例子所示的形状的情况下,不必设置连结孔47)。
基板部41、筒状部42、侧支柱45以及中心支柱46优选一体成型。因为通过一体成型,可以避免在各部件的接合部的间隙残留细菌这样的问题。
为了堆叠保持部件4,将侧支柱45的连结支柱部452的下端收纳在位于已经载置的保持部件4的侧支柱45的基端部上的连结孔47中(在针对中心支柱46设置连结孔47的结构的情况下,也可以相同地进行)。通过依次、重复上述过程,如图7所示,可以成为堆叠的状态。另外,通过形成上述结构,可以减小保持部件4的侧支柱45以及中心支柱46的下端面与容器底部21或连结孔47的接触面积,对于接触部分也能够进行充分的杀菌处理。此外,通过形成上述的保持部件4的结构,在堆叠保持部件4的情况下,也能够进行可靠的杀菌处理,可以一次对大量的医疗用器具进行杀菌处理。
[第二实施方式]
第二实施方式的医疗用器具容器1将所述的第一实施方式的医疗用器具容器1的保持部件4变更为图8及图9所示的保持部件4,其它则与第一实施方式的医疗用器具容器1相同地构成。
如图8(A)、(B)以及图9(A)、(B)所示,内装于容器主体2中的医疗用器具保持部件4具有:板状的基板部41、以及从该基板部41向下方突出的多个筒状部42。在第二实施方式中,如图8(A)及图9(A)、(B)所示,从筒状部42的外侧至相邻的筒状部42的外侧,延伸设置有板状的支板49。另外,在筒状部42的基端部(基板41侧)设有在筒状部42的内侧的径向延伸的环状凸缘部421。
如图9(A)、(B)所示,在筒状部42的周围设置向下方突出的卡止突起50。卡止突起50由柱状的脚部502以及向筒状部42突出的卡止爪501构成。在本例中,虽然在各筒状部42的周围分别设置了三个卡止突起50,但不限于此,既可以是两个,也可以是四个以上。在卡止突起50的基端部与筒状部42之间设有大致长方形的贯通口51。贯通口51的形状未被限定,可以是三角形、椭圆形、圆形、多边形等。贯通口51的位置不限于卡止突起50的基端部与筒状部42之间,只要在筒状部42的附近即可。通过设置贯通口51,杀菌流体在本发明的容器内很好地扩散。其它的结构则与第一实施方式的保持部件4相同。
通过形成如图8及图9所示的保持部件4的结构,即使在堆叠保持部件4的情况下,也能够进行可靠的杀菌处理,能够一次对大量的医疗用器具进行杀菌处理。
根据图9(A)~(C),作为医疗用器具的例子,说明覆盖橡胶塞(未图示)的盖部62向保持部件4收纳的方式,该盖部62用于防止用来密封医药品容器等的口部而安装的橡胶塞脱落。盖部62由从顶面621以及从该顶面621的下表面侧圆筒状地突出的裙部622构成。当将裙部622的下部朝着筒状部42使盖部62移动时,裙部622下部的外缘与卡止突起50的卡止爪501抵接,当进一步塞入盖部62时,卡止突起50发生弹性变形,盖部可以通过,盖部62的下表面与筒状部42的环状凸缘部421抵接,裙部622的下部收纳在筒状部42的内部,并且顶面621通过卡止爪501,由此,卡止突起50恢复弹性,从而使卡止爪501覆盖顶面的上部,由此将盖部62收纳并保持于保持部件4。
另外,该保持部件4也适用于将封住医药品容器等的口部的橡胶塞(未图示)等保持。除此之外,也适用于将内置了橡胶塞的盖部62保持。
[第三实施方式]
第三实施方式的医疗用器具容器1将所述的第一实施方式的医疗用器具容器1的保持部件4变更为图10及图11所示的保持部件4,其它则与第一实施方式的医疗用器具容器1相同地构成。
如图10及图11所示,在筒状部42的下端部的内侧面设有环状凸部48。
在筒状部42的内侧面配置有多个剖面为大致长方形的板状的护垫423。在图11(A)、(B)中,虽然等间隔地配置了四个护垫,但不限于此,只要是两个以上即可,也不必等间隔。另外,形状除了剖面为长方形以外,也可以是圆形、椭圆形、多边形等。此外,不限于板状,也可以如圆顶形状那样具有厚度。在筒状部42设有多个通气孔424。通气孔424的形状虽然除了如图所示的大致长方形以外,还可以为圆形、椭圆形、多边形等,但优选孔连接至基板部41。这是为了使杀菌流体等很好地扩散。其它的结构则与第一实施方式的保持部件4相同。此外,通过形成上述保持部件4的结构,即使在堆叠保持部件4的情况下,也能够进行可靠的杀菌处理,能够一次对大量的医疗用器具进行杀菌处理。
保持部件4特别适用于保持像小瓶63那样的医疗用器具,利用护垫423,除了防止小瓶63摇晃以外,还在小瓶63与筒状部42之间确保间隙,由此,能够使杀菌流体等很好地扩散。另外,所述通气孔424也同样地使杀菌流体等很好地扩散。
针对在图10及图11所示的保持部件4中收纳作为医疗用器具的例子的小瓶63的方法进行说明。当将小瓶63由底侧向筒状部42上方的开口部(基板部41一侧)放入时,小瓶63底面的周缘部与环状凸部48抵接,小瓶的侧面与护垫423抵接,由此,小瓶收纳并保持在保持部件4中。
[第四实施方式]
第四实施方式的医疗用器具容器1将所述的第一实施方式的医疗用器具容器1的保持部件4变更为图12(A)、(B)所示的保持部件4,将图1及图2所示的容器主体2变更为图14所示的容器主体2,其它则与第一实施方式的医疗用器具容器1相同地构成。
如图12及图13所示,内装于容器主体2中的医疗用器具保持部件4具有板状的基板部41、以及从该基板部41向上方突出的多个筒状部42。在与筒状部42相邻的筒状部42之间设置板状的支板49。侧支柱45及中心支柱46长于第一实施方式。在本实施方式中,也是为了能够使用于注射器64等医疗用器具中而构成的。
如图14所示,容器主体2为比第一实施方式的容器主体深(有高度)的结构。在本实施方式中,也是为了能够在注射器64等长条医疗用器具中使用而构成的。其它的结构则与第一实施方式的保持部件4相同。此外,通过形成上述保持部件4的结构,即使在堆叠保持部件4的情况下,也能够进行可靠的杀菌处理,能够一次对大量的医疗用器具进行杀菌处理。
针对在图12~图14所示的保持部件4中收纳作为医疗用器具的例子的注射器64的方法进行说明。注射器64由大致筒状的注射器主体641以及在其基端部642设置的凸缘642构成。凸缘642是从注射器主体641的后端整周在垂直方向突出而形成的圆环状的圆盘部。
当将注射器64从前端放入筒状部42上方的开口部时,注射器64的基端部642的圆环状的圆盘部与筒状部42的上端抵接,在悬挂的状态下被保持。
需要说明的是,如前所述,第一实施方式~第四实施方式所示的各保持部件4当然可以堆叠同一形状的保持部件4,但也可以任意组合、堆叠不同形状的保持部件4。例如,可以诸如在第一实施方式(图3(A)~(C)等)所示的保持部件4之上堆叠第二实施方式(图8(A)~(B)等)所示的保持部件4,进一步在其上堆叠第三实施方式(图10等)所示的保持部件4。
根据本发明的容器1,不限于只是活塞或只是小瓶这样的同类医疗用器具的内装,例如,可以内装小瓶与盖部、或注射器与活塞这样的不同种类的医疗用器具。
本发明的医疗用器具容器1虽然可以安装如下方式进行制造,但不限于此。首先,在保持部件4中收纳医疗用器具,将保持部件4内装于容器主体2中,在容器主体2的开口部密封可杀菌的薄膜后,在杀菌装置内进行杀菌处理。之后,在干净的环境下,对可杀菌的薄膜重叠密封已完成杀菌的不透气膜3。这样制造出的医疗用器具容器1在杀菌装置内对医疗用器具容器1的外侧进行杀菌处理后进行包装,运往制药公司及医疗机构等。

Claims (4)

1.一种容器,其特征在于,
在上部具有开口部的容器内内装有至少保持一个医疗用器具的保持部件,所述开口部由不透气膜进行密封。
2.如权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,
容器、医疗用器具、保持部件、不透气膜进行过杀菌。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的容器,其特征在于,
不透气膜由能够进行气体/蒸汽杀菌或辐射杀菌的薄膜和不透气膜构成,所述杀菌薄膜位于与容器相接的一侧。
4.如权利要求1~3中任一项所述的容器,其特征在于,
能够蒸汽杀菌的薄膜与不透气膜之间进行了杀菌。
