背景技术:
随着社会的发展,现代人在忙碌工作之余,十分注重身体的锻炼,定期地参加运动或健身已经成为现代生活的一部分。然而在运动之后身体会损失各种盐分,需要适时补充各种盐分保证身体离子平衡,解除身体疲劳。此外,随着现代竞技运动的发展,运动员在高强度的训练后也需要快速有效的恢复。目前对运动性疲劳的预防与恢复大致有以下几种途径:(1)补充能量物质;(2)清除代谢产物如自由基、乳酸等;(3)使用强壮剂,如类固醇等。但有些药物在提高运动能力,缓解疲劳的同时,会给人体带来一定副作用。因此,寻找安全有效的抗运动性疲劳的食疗手段是运动医学领域的研究热点。运动饮料主要是为补充运动过程损失的体液、能量、电解质而设计的。国内早期的运动饮料有“健力宝”“红牛”等,最近几年上市的运动饮料有脉动(维生素)、佳得乐(高果糖玉米糖浆)等。
中医药学是我国文化的瑰宝,已有研究显示中药对于运动性疲劳具有较好的恢复作用。因此,可选择药食同源中药为原料,采用先进的加工工艺,并配伍营养成分,研发用于恢复体能的运动饮料。目前,国内市场尚无基于药食同源中药的运动型饮料上市。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种以黄芪、葛根、乌梅、木瓜、香薷为原料的抗疲劳饮料,该饮料产品具有抗疲劳、提神升阳、发汗解表等功效,可有效改善运动后的疲劳状态。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种黄芪复合抗疲劳饮料,每1000重量份饮料由以下重量份的原料制成:黄芪2.5~3.5份、葛根1.5~2.0份、乌梅1.0~1.5份、木瓜1.0~1.5份、香薷1.0~1.5份、罗汉果苷0.1~0.5份、羧甲基纤维素0.1~0.5份、白砂糖0.1~0.5份、余量为水。
上述原料中:黄芪补元阳、充腠理、治劳伤、长肌肉,善达表益卫、使阳气和利、充满流行、自然生津生血;乌梅敛肺除热,烦满,安心,止肢体痛;木瓜平肝舒筋,和胃化湿,用于湿痹拘挛,腰膝关节酸重疼痛;夏日运动后容易中暑,香薷发汗解表,和中利湿;葛根升阳解肌,透疹止泻,除烦止温。
一种黄芪复合抗疲劳饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)称量:按权利要求1所述重量份比例称取原料;
2)粉碎:将黄芪、葛根、乌梅、木瓜、香薷粉碎至粒径大小为2~4μm;
3)浸提:将切碎后的黄芪、葛根、乌梅、木瓜、香薷浸入热水中,浸提温度为85~90℃,浸提时间为25~35min;提取两次后合并滤液即得浸提液;
4)调配:将罗汉果苷、羧甲基纤维素、白砂糖用热水溶解后,与浸提液混合,然后用90℃水定容,搅拌均匀;
5)均质:将调配好的饮料放置在均质机中,在均值压力25MPa,温度60~70℃下均质;
6)精滤:将均质后的混合饮料先经200目双联过滤器过滤,再经硅藻过滤机精滤以除去其中的杂质及不溶物;
7)杀菌:调配好的黄芪复合饮料进行高温瞬时灭菌,灭菌温度为120~140℃,时间为5~10s;
8)灌装:采用真空灌装,真空度为0.04~0.05MPa,灌装温度控制在60~75℃,再冷却至常温即得成品。

1.一种黄芪复合抗疲劳饮料,其特征在于每1000重量份饮料由以下重量份的原料制成:黄芪2.5~3.5份、葛根1.5~2.0份、乌梅1.0~1.5份、木瓜1.0~1.5份、香薷1.0~1.5份、罗汉果苷0.1~0.5份、羧甲基纤维素0.1~0.5份、白砂糖0.1~0.5份、余量为水。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种黄芪复合抗疲劳饮料的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)称量:按权利要求1所述重量份比例称取原料;
(2)粉碎:将黄芪、葛根、乌梅、木瓜、香薷粉碎至粒径大小为2~4μm;
(3)浸提:将切碎后的黄芪、葛根、乌梅、木瓜、香薷浸入热水中,浸提温度为85~90℃,浸提时间为25~35min;提取两次后合并滤液即得浸提液;
(4)调配:将罗汉果苷、羧甲基纤维素、白砂糖用热水溶解后,与浸提液混合,然后用90℃水定容,搅拌均匀;
(5)均质:将调配好的饮料放置在均质机中,在均值压力25MPa,温度60~70℃下均质;
(6)精滤:将均质后的混合饮料先经200目双联过滤器过滤,再经硅藻过滤机精滤以除去其中的杂质及不溶物;
(7)杀菌:调配好的黄芪复合饮料进行高温瞬时灭菌,灭菌温度为120~140℃,时间为5~10s;
(8)灌装:采用真空灌装,真空度为0.04~0.05MPa,灌装温度控制在60~75℃,冷却至常温即得成品。
