本发明属于茶饮品技术领域,具体涉及一种野生葛根/葛花茶及其制备方法。
背景技术
中国有几千年的酿酒及饮酒史,酒已成为“中国文化”的一部分,无论大宴小宴,客人和主人往往会小酌一杯,以增加酒席气氛。然而研究表明,长期饮酒会导致精神障碍、胃溃疡、脂肪肝等疾病,特别是近年来我国酗酒和酒精中毒日益增多,严重影响到人们身体健康和家庭、社会的稳定,醉酒还可能造成交通事故或影响治安,因此有必要开发一种能迅速戒酒的食物或者药物。
总之,要想达到解酒的功效,就必须从降低饮酒人血液中乙醇及其代谢产物的浓度入手,兼顾减轻乙醇对肝脏的刺激和损伤,这样才能够真正起到解酒保肝的功效。目前西方国家开发的解酒产品以化学合成物质为主,而我国由于具有悠久的中医药历史,研究和开发的解决产品则侧重于采用天然植物为原料。采用化学合成物质来进行解酒虽然效果比较显著,但是副作用较大,容易对肝脏以及肠胃造成较大的损伤,目前市面上较长使用的解酒西药主要是由美国精神科学有限公司制造的安体普复合片,其主要成分是维生素C、维生素B2、维生素B6、谷氨酸、丁二酸、反丁烯二酸、硫基丙氨酸、硫辛酸等,然而该药成本相当昂贵,而且市面上假药、仿药众多,不易鉴别,并且有研究表明,长期服用该种药物对身体副作用较大,容易引起肝脏及肠胃的相关疾病,并且会产生用药依赖性。

本发明的第一目的在于提供一种野生葛根/葛花茶,旨在解决现有技术中采用化学合成物质来解解酒对人体副作用大、容易损伤肝脏和肠胃的问题。

所述的野生葛根/葛花茶,由以下重量份数的原料制成:野生葛根/葛花30份,燕麦皮10份,荞麦10份、决明子5份、山楂10份。
上述野生葛根/葛花茶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按比例取野生葛根/葛花,清洗干净,若取的是葛根,则将葛根去皮;
(2)若步骤(1)取的是野生葛根,则将去皮后野生葛根切制成葛根颗粒;若步骤(1)取的是野生葛花,则进行步骤(3);
(3)将步骤(2)所得的葛根颗粒或步骤(1)洗净后的野生葛花烘干至10%的含水量;
(4)按比例取燕麦皮、荞麦份、决明子和山楂,并将其粉碎呈粉末状;
(5)将步骤(2)烘干后所得的葛根颗粒/野生葛花及步骤(4)所得的粉末状燕麦皮、荞麦份、决明子和山楂一起放入炒锅中进行搅拌煨制,直至温度达到120~180度,以葛根颗粒/野生葛花微黄为止,倒出得混合物;
(6)将混合物中的燕麦皮、荞麦份、决明子和山楂筛出,得野生葛根/葛花茶;
(7)将步骤(6)所得的野生葛根/葛花茶进行真空包装,保藏。
本发明的野生葛根/葛花茶中,各原料的功效及作用如下:
野生葛根:为豆科植物野生葛或甘葛藤的干燥根;秋、冬二季采挖,野生葛根趁鲜切成厚片或小块,干燥;主治为解肌退热、生津、透疹,升阳止泻;用于外感发热头痛,项背强痛,口渴、消渴,麻疹不透,热痢、泄泻,高血压劲项强痛;对人体疗效最好的是养肝、解酒。
野生葛花:治头晕,憎寒,壮热,解酒醒脾,酒痢,饮食不思,胸膈饱胀,发呃,呕吐酸痰,酒毒伤胃,吐血,呕血,消热。
决明子:为豆科植物决明或小决明的干燥成熟种子;秋季采收成熟果实,晒干,打下种子,除去杂质;主治为清热明目,润肠通便;用于目赤涩痛,羞明多泪,头痛眩晕,目暗不明,大便秘结。
山楂:为蔷薇科植物山里红或山楂的干燥成熟果实;秋季果实成熟时采收,切片,干燥;主治消食健胃,行气散瘀;用于肉食积滞,胃脘胀满,泻痢腹痛,瘀血经闭,产后瘀阻,心腹刺痛,疝气疼痛,高脂血症;焦山楂消食导滞作用增强;用于肉食积滞,泻痢不爽。
燕麦皮、荞麦:含有丰富的蛋白质、维生素,固有降血脂、软化血管、降低血糖的功效,特别是通过高温煨制后,具有很浓的芳香味道,使人口感极佳。
发明的有益效果:本发明野生葛根/葛花茶基于中医药理论,以整体观念和辩证施治原则从降低饮酒人血液中乙醇及其代谢产物的浓度入手,兼顾减轻乙醇对肝脏的刺激和损伤,经由反复摸索实践而得出,其各组成原料搭配合理,有利于身体吸收,具有解酒保肝、降压消脂以及美容养颜的功效;同时,本发明各组成原料均采用既是食品又是中药材的物质,完全可当食品使用,安全无副作用,特别是在酒后服用本品,可减少酒精吸收,加速酒精代谢,辅以降压消脂功能,可预防醉酒及酒精中毒,见效快,具有广泛的应用前景。
另外,本发明野生葛根/葛花茶含有葛根素和黄酮类等营养物质,容易冲泡分解,汤色金黄透亮,口感芳香醇厚,对人体具有很高的养生价值。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1:本实施例的野生葛根/葛花茶,由以下重量份数的原料制成:野生葛根/葛花30份,燕麦皮10份,荞麦10份、决明子5份、山楂10份。
本实施例的野生葛根/葛花茶制备方法包括一下步骤:
(1)按比例取野生葛根/葛花,清洗干净,若取的是葛根,则将葛根去皮;
(2)若步骤(1)取的是野生葛根,则将去皮后野生葛根切制成葛根颗粒;若步骤(1)取的是野生葛花,则进行步骤(3);
(3)将步骤(2)所得的葛根颗粒或步骤(1)洗净后的野生葛花烘干至10%的含水量;
(4)按比例取燕麦皮、荞麦份、决明子和山楂,并将其粉碎呈粉末状;
(5)将步骤(2)烘干后所得的葛根颗粒/野生葛花及步骤(4)所得的粉末状燕麦皮、荞麦份、决明子和山楂一起放入炒锅中进行搅拌煨制,直至温度达到120~180度,以葛根颗粒/野生葛花微黄为止,倒出得混合物;
(6)将混合物中的燕麦皮、荞麦份、决明子和山楂筛出,得野生葛根/葛花茶;
(7)将步骤(6)所得的野生葛根/葛花茶进行真空包装,保藏。
实施例2:本实施例的野生葛根/葛花茶,由以下重量份数的原料制成:野生葛根/葛花1份,燕麦皮1份,荞麦1份、决明子1份、山楂1份。
本实施例的野生葛根/葛花茶的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3:本实施例的野生葛根/葛花茶,由以下重量份数的原料制成:野生葛根/葛花50份,燕麦皮20份,荞麦20份、决明子10份、山楂20份。
本实施例的野生葛根/葛花茶的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例4,本发明野生葛根/葛花茶具有解酒保肝的功效考察。
选择体重基本相当、年龄在20-35岁之间并且处于醉酒状态下的男性80名,再观察状态下随机分为四组。
空白对照组:设醉酒男性20名,正常静坐,不给服用任何解酒产品。
阳性对照组:设醉酒男性20命,正常静坐,服用美国精神科学有限公司制造出来的ru21安体普复合片2片。
试验组1:设醉酒男性20命,正常静坐,服用本实施例1配方的野生葛根茶冲泡出来的茶水(饮用量约为六百毫升)。
试验组2:设醉酒男性20命,正常静坐,服用本实施例1配方的野生葛花茶冲泡出来的茶水(饮用量约为六百毫升)
两小时后使用呼气酒精含量测试器(交警专用)来测试醉酒男性的呼吸,其中该呼气酒精测试器(交警专用)的规格为三档酒精浓度含量提示,可以用LED灯直观显示,第一档:安全(绿灯),低于0.02%BAC(0.10mg/1BRAC);第二档:警示(黄灯):0.02% BAC(0.10mg/1BRAC)至0.05% BAC(0.25mg/1BRAC);第三档:危险(红灯);高于0.05% BAC(0.25mg/1BRAC)。疗效的判定标准如表1所示,功效考察结果如表2所示。

由表1和表2可知,本发明野生葛根/葛花茶具有解酒保肝的功效。
实施例5,本发明野生葛根/葛花茶具有降压降脂的功效考察。
提供的本发明野生葛根茶和野生葛花茶的临床疗效进行统计,选取300名高血压、高血脂和高血糖的病例,其中男性200例,女性200例;年龄在20-40岁的为100例,均分为两组,分别定义为试验组1和试验组2;年龄在40-60岁的为100例,均分为两组,分别定义为试验组3和试验组4;年龄在60岁以上的为100例子,均分为两组,分别定义为试验组5和试验组6。试验组1、试验组3、试验组5每天服用本实施例1配方的野生葛根茶冲泡出来的茶水六千毫升,试验组2、试验组4、试验组6每天服用本实施例1配方的野生葛花茶冲泡出来的茶水六千毫升,三个月后检查疗效,疗效结果如表3所示。

其中:好转是指血压、血糖和血脂均逐渐降低,病情得到缓和;显效是指血压、血糖和血脂均均降至正常范围,病症完全消除;治愈是指血压、血糖和血脂均降至正常范围,病症完全消除,病情未发生反复。
由表2可知,本发明野生葛根/葛花茶具有具有降压降脂的功效
实施例6,本发明野生葛根/葛花茶具有美容养颜的功效考察。
病例1:河南郑州金水区李女士,45岁,皮肤黯黄、粗糙松弛,眼角多细纹。每日服用本实施例1配方的野生葛根茶冲泡出来的茶水六千毫升,连续服用半个月后,面部有轻微光泽,气色明显好转;连续服用一个月后,眼角细纹变浅,肤色右光泽,黯黑减轻;连续服用三个月后,面部有光泽,皮肤变紧致,有弹性;连续服用半年后,皮肤有光泽,皮肤紧致有弹性,眼角细纹明显减少。
病例2:河南南阳市王女士,38岁,皮肤黯黄、粗糙松弛。每日服用本实施例1配方的野生葛花茶冲泡出来的茶水六千毫升,连续服用半个月后,面部有轻微光泽;连续服用三个月后,面部有光泽,皮肤较紧致;连续服用半年后,皮肤有光泽,皮肤紧致有弹性。
由病例1和病例2可知,本发明野生葛根/葛花茶具有美容养颜的功效。
Claims (6)
1.野生葛根/葛花茶,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:野生葛根/葛花1~50份,燕麦皮1~20份,荞麦1~20份、决明子1~10份、山楂1~20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的野生葛根/葛花茶,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:野生葛根/葛花30份,燕麦皮10份,荞麦10份、决明子5份、山楂10份。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的野生葛根/葛花茶的制备方法:其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)按比例取野生葛根/葛花,清洗干净,若取的是葛根,则将葛根去皮;
(2)若步骤(1)取的是野生葛根,则将去皮后野生葛根切制成葛根颗粒;若步骤(1)取的是野生葛花,则进行步骤(3);
(3)将步骤(2)所得的葛根颗粒或步骤(1)洗净后的野生葛花烘干至10%的含水量;
(4)按比例取燕麦皮、荞麦份、决明子和山楂,并将其粉碎呈粉末状;
(5)将步骤(2)烘干后所得的葛根颗粒/野生葛花及步骤(4)所得的粉末状燕麦皮、荞麦份、决明子和山楂一起放入炒锅中进行搅拌煨制,直至温度达到120~180度,以葛根颗粒/野生葛花微黄为止,倒出得混合物;
(6)将混合物中的燕麦皮、荞麦份、决明子和山楂筛出,得野生葛根/葛花茶;
(7)将步骤(6)所得的野生葛根/葛花茶进行真空包装,保藏。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的野生葛根/葛花茶在制备保肝解酒饮品中的应用。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的野生葛根/葛花茶再制备降压消脂饮品中的应用。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的野生葛根/葛花茶在制备养颜美体饮品中的应用。
