Abstract
本发明涉及一种中药固体解酒饮料,包括以下原料配比:葛根40‑60份、枳椇子40‑60份、山楂16‑25份、枸杞16‑25份、白砂糖60‑80份、辅助料;所述辅助料包括牛磺酸、B族维生素以及柠檬酸,所述牛磺酸、B族维生素、柠檬酸的添加量分别为葛根、枳椇子、山楂、枸杞和白砂糖总量的0.1%、0.2%、0.5%‑1.0%;制备前述中药固体解酒饮料的方法,将葛根、枳椇子、山楂、枸杞,粉碎至粗粉加入多功能提取罐中经过煎煮回流、浓缩后,加入白砂糖、柠檬酸、牛磺酸、B族维生素造粒后,经过烘干、整粒制备为成品后,即可服用;本发明具有口感好、解酒保肝的优点。

技术领域
本发明属于保健饮料技术领域,具体涉及一种中药固体解酒饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
中国酒文化源远流长,广泛体现于古今社会商务、社交和政治活动中,近年来,随着我国社会发展快速发展,国内酒民也逐年增长,不健康饮酒给人的身心健康带来的伤害日益严重。尤其是醉酒,人体射入大量酒精,血液中的酒精能读超过一定的量,造成人体血管扩张、心率加快、头痛、恶心、呕吐,甚至出现大脑意识的狂躁或模糊、低血糖;胃酸分泌急剧增加、胃粘膜血管急剧扩张、充血、极性渗出伴黏膜水肿。并且,长期饮酒或导致肝脏损伤。
虽然目前市面上出现各种各样的解酒产品,但是部分解酒产品的主要成分为西药成分,而西药的副作用大;部分解酒产品为中药成分,但是这些解酒产品的解酒效果并不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足而提供一种口感好、解酒保肝的中药固体解酒饮料及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种中药固体解酒饮料,包括以下原料配比:葛根40-60份、枳椇子40-60份、山楂16-25份、枸杞16-25份、白砂糖60-80份、辅助料。
进一步,所述辅助料包括牛磺酸、B族维生素以及柠檬酸,所述牛磺酸、B族维生素、柠檬酸的添加量分别为葛根、枳椇子、山楂、枸杞和白砂糖总量的0.1%、0.2%、0.5%-1.0%。
所述中药固体解酒饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、提取,按份数取葛根、枳椇子、山楂、枸杞,粉碎至粗粉,加入多功能提取罐中,90-100℃煎煮回流提取两次,第一次加入8倍药材量水,回流2小时,第二次加入6倍药材量水,煎煮回流提取1.5小时,合并两次煎液,用真空抽入单循环浓缩罐中,在-0.09Mpa浓缩至相对密度为1.20-1.25(50℃)浸膏,收膏,得浸膏A,备用;
S2、白砂糖粉碎,按分数取白砂糖加入高效粉碎机中粉碎物料至80-100目,备用;
S3、柠檬酸溶液的制备,称取柠檬酸用适量的纯化水溶解为液体B,备用;
S4、造粒,将步骤S2中制得的白砂糖置入高效混合制粒机中,加入牛磺酸、B族维生素,开启高速混合机,开启横向搅拌低速启动1min,然后开启横向高速切刀3min左右,使物料充分搅拌均匀,再加入浸膏A和液体B,用切刀切成细小颗粒即可干燥;
S5、烘干,将湿颗粒置入沸腾干燥机中,开启开关,设置进风温度60-70℃,当出风温度达到60℃时,水分达到5.0%以下出料,制得初颗粒;
S6、整粒,安装摇摆颗粒剂尼龙筛网14目,将步骤S5制得的初颗粒进行整粒,得到成品;
S7、颗粒装罐,将步骤S6中制备得到的成品放入颗粒灌装机中,然后安装好复合膜,设定纵横温度120℃-140℃,开启装罐机装袋。
其中:
葛根,为豆科植物野葛或甘葛藤的干燥块根;葛根始载于《本经》(《神农本草经》),列为中品;葛根味甘、辛性凉,归脾、胃、肺经;葛根为“治胃虚消渴,伤风,伤暑,伤寒,解表邪,发寒热往来,湿虐。解中酒热毒,小儿痘疹初出要药”(《滇南本草》),可以解肌退热,发表透疹,用于外感发热,头痛项将,麻疹不透;也可以生津止渴,清热解毒,能“鼓舞胃气上行,生津液”,“主消渴,身大热,呕吐,诸痹,起阴气,解诸毒”(《本经》),用于内热消渴烦躁,皮肤干燥等;或大便不通,热寒烦迫,胀满,亦治大小便不通;此外,葛根“能治天行上气,呕逆,开胃下食,主解酒毒,止烦渴”(《药性论》),治服药过剂,心中闷乱,或饮酒过节,不能言语,手足不遂,精神恍惚等。葛根本身发汗力度强,能加速酒精代谢,使其以汗液的形式排泄掉;现代医学表明,葛根可以有效缓解心绞痛并改善心肌氧代谢、治疗原发性高血压、抗心肌缺血、抗心律失常、扩张血管、改善微循环、降血脂、降血糖、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗肿瘤、益智等;葛根味甘能解酒毒,故可治酒精伤中,恶心呕吐,脘腹痞满;
枳椇子,为鼠李科植物枳椇干燥成熟种子,本品性平味甘,无毒,入脾经。功效:利水消肿,解酒毒。本品能通透水道而消除水肿,善解酒毒,清胸膈之热,治酒醉,烦热之咳。据《滇南本草》载″(枳椇子)治一切左瘫右痪,风湿麻木,能解酒毒;或泡酒服之,亦能舒筋络。小儿服之,化虫,养脾。”枳椇子在解酒方面效果显著,民间素有“千杯不醉枳椇子的说法”,古代医书《医考方》载“枳椇子,解酒过于葛花,今后凡遇伤酒中酒者,宜用之”,《食疗本草》“昔有南人修舍用此木,误落一片入酒瓮中,酒化为水也”。现代医学研究也证明,枳椇子可加快乙醇代谢,降低酒后血醇浓度,增强肝脏乙醇脱氢酶活性,降低肝脏脂质过氧化风险,减少乙醇所致肝所伤,从而达到保肝、护肝的效果。此外,枳椇子能显著增加小鼠耐寒耐热、且能延长小鼠游泳时间,表明枳椇子能显著增加小鼠综合体能和抗御不良刺激的能力;
枸杞子,为茄科植物宁夏枸杞的成熟果实。枸杞子味甘性平,归肝、肺、肾经,功能养肝滋肾润肺,“能补益精诸不足,易颜色,变白,明目,安神,令人长寿”(《药性论》),“疗肝风血虚,眼赤痛痒昏翳”(《本草述》),主治肝肾亏虚,头晕目眩,目视不清,腰膝酸软,阳痿遗精,虚劳咳嗽,消渴引饮。现代医学表明,枸杞子具有增强免疫功能、提高抗x射线辐射、延缓衰老、抗肿瘤、降血脂与保肝、抗脂肪肝作用、抗遗传物质损伤、降血糖血压的作用,并对17种常见致病菌有较强抑制作用;
山楂,为蔷薇科植物山里红或山楂的成熟果实。山楂味酸、甘,性微温,归脾、胃、肝经。功能消食健胃,行气散积,“化食积,行结气,健胃宽膈,消血痞气块”(《日用本草》),“治寒湿腰痛,小肠气胀痛,消食快气”(《宝庆本草折衷》),可用于饮食积滞,脘腹胀痛,泄泻痢疾,血瘀痛经、闭经,产后腹痛、恶露不尽,疝气或睾丸肿痛,高血脂症。现代医学临床研究表明,山楂具有促进消化、保护心血系统、增强免疫力、降血压血脂、抗氧化、防癌的作用。
本发明以枳椇子、葛根共为君药,起解酒除烦、清热利湿、生津止渴的作用,用于缓解酒后头晕尿少、口渴身热、烦闷心乱等后遗症。据《食疗本草》载“昔有南人修舍用此木,误落一片入酒瓮中,酒化为水也”,民间素有“千杯不醉枳椇子的说法”可见枳椇子解酒效果显著;葛根本身发汗力度强,能加速酒精代谢,使其以汗液的形式排泄掉,故可与枳椇子相辅为用,增强其解酒效果。“酒者,水谷之精,熟谷之液也,其气剽悍,其入于胃中,则胃胀,气上逆,满于胸中。”(《灵枢.论勇》)故以山楂为臣药,负责健胃消食、行气散结;山楂与枳椇子、葛根君臣相伍,可快速消除引起机体不适的源泉,缓解不适症状;此外,因为肝脏是身体的化学工厂、解毒中心,任何外来的化学物质,都会在肝脏里面代谢,酒精会导致中毒性肝损害,无疑对肝脏伤害最大,此时佐以枸杞子“补益精诸不足”,抚慰受损的肝脏,达到保肝、护肝的作用。且枳椇子、葛根、山楂、枸杞子都有保肝护肝的作用,此时,四味中药君臣佐使共同作用,符合传统解酒思路;喝酒前饮用能够防止酒醉,酒醉后饮用可以缩短醒酒时间,并且对酒精中毒有缓解作用,具有良好的解酒保肝效果。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明中的配方中药及其剂量以枳椇子、葛根、山楂、枸杞子为基础方,辅料中添加白砂糖为辅料不仅口感好且增强解酒的效果,牛磺酸以缓解视觉疲劳并提高视觉作用,符合中医理论“肝开窍于目”,B族维生素可以补充长期醉酒引起的B族维生素缺失,并加快机体代谢,有助于酒精快速排出,增强解酒效果,VC可额外补充维生素C,并增加颗粒剂酸味,果味香精可增加颗粒剂香味,两者可使得颗粒剂风味更加饱满;
本发明采用对重要提纯、真空浓缩纯化的处理工艺,增加中药的有效成分浓度,利于中药材用量的控制;并造粒、烘干后,包装成袋装的食品,便于食用人员的携带和实用。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部份实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种中药固体解酒饮料,包括以下原料配比:葛根40份、枳椇子40份、山楂25份、枸杞25份、白砂糖60份、辅助料。
本实施例中,所述辅助料包括牛磺酸、B族维生素以及柠檬酸,所述牛磺酸、B族维生素、柠檬酸的添加量分别为葛根、枳椇子、山楂、枸杞和白砂糖总量的0.1%、0.2%、0.5%。
所述中药固体解酒饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:

S5、烘干,将湿颗粒置入沸腾干燥机中,开启开关,设置进风温度60-70℃,当出风温度达到60℃时,水分达到5.0%以下出料,制得初颗粒;
S6、整粒,安装摇摆颗粒剂尼龙筛网14目,将步骤S5制得的初颗粒进行整粒,得到成品;
S7、颗粒装罐,将步骤S6中制备得到的成品放入颗粒灌装机中,然后安装好复合膜,设定纵横温度120℃-140℃,开启装罐机装袋,每袋为10g或20g。
实施例2
本实施例为基于实施例1的另一中实施方式,本实施例与实施例1的区别在于原料配比不同。
一种中药固体解酒饮料,包括以下原料配比:葛根60份、枳椇子60份、山楂16份、枸杞16份、白砂糖80份、辅助料。
本实施例中,所述辅助料包括牛磺酸、B族维生素以及柠檬酸,所述牛磺酸、B族维生素、柠檬酸的添加量分别为葛根、枳椇子、山楂、枸杞和白砂糖总量的0.1%、0.2%、1%。
实施例3
本实施例为基于实施例1的另一中实施方式,本实施例与实施例1的区别在于原料配比不同。
一种中药固体解酒饮料,包括以下原料配比:葛根50份、枳椇子50份、山楂20份、枸杞20份、白砂糖70份、辅助料。
本实施例中,所述辅助料包括牛磺酸、B族维生素以及柠檬酸,所述牛磺酸、B族维生素、柠檬酸的添加量分别为葛根、枳椇子、山楂、枸杞和白砂糖总量的0.1%、0.2%、0.8%。
实施例4
本实施例为基于实施例1的另一中实施方式,本实施例与实施例1的区别在于原料配比不同。
一种中药固体解酒饮料,包括以下原料配比:葛根55份、枳椇子45份、山楂24份、枸杞18份、白砂糖65份、辅助料。
本实施例中,所述辅助料包括牛磺酸、B族维生素以及柠檬酸,所述牛磺酸、B族维生素、柠檬酸的添加量分别为葛根、枳椇子、山楂、枸杞和白砂糖总量的0.1%、0.2%、0.9%。
实施例5
本实施例为基于实施例1的另一中实施方式,本实施例与实施例1的区别在于原料配比不同。
一种中药固体解酒饮料,包括以下原料配比:葛根45份、枳椇子55份、山楂19份、枸杞23份、白砂糖75份、辅助料。
本实施例中,所述辅助料包括牛磺酸、B族维生素以及柠檬酸,所述牛磺酸、B族维生素、柠檬酸的添加量分别为葛根、枳椇子、山楂、枸杞和白砂糖总量的0.1%、0.2%、0.6%。
试验说明:
寻找155名志愿者,其中5人作为不饮用中药固体饮料的对照组,150名志愿者服用按实施例1-实施例5制备中药固体饮料,每个实施例1对应30名志愿者,每名志愿者均在饮酒前将20g的中药固体饮料溶于200ml的热水中口服,志愿者在饮酒(可为38°、42°、45°、52°的白酒)30min后,头脑清晰,未出现头痛、恶心的情况,并且思路清晰,相对于未引用中药固体解酒饮料5名志愿者,酒味甚小。

Claims (3)
1.一种中药固体解酒饮料,其特征在于,包括以下原料配比:葛根40-60份、枳椇子40-60份、山楂16-25份、枸杞16-25份、白砂糖60-80份、辅助料。
2.一种中药固体解酒饮料,其特征在:所述辅助料包括牛磺酸、B族维生素以及柠檬酸,所述牛磺酸、B族维生素、柠檬酸的添加量分别为葛根、枳椇子、山楂、枸杞和白砂糖总量的0.1%、0.2%、0.5%-1.0%。
3.如权利要求2所述中药固体解酒饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、提取,按份数取葛根、枳椇子、山楂、枸杞,粉碎至粗粉,加入多功能提取罐中,90-100℃煎煮回流提取两次,第一次加入8倍药材量水,回流2小时,第二次加入6倍药材量水,煎煮回流提取1.5小时,合并两次煎液,用真空抽入单循环浓缩罐中,在-0.09Mpa浓缩至相对密度为1.20-1.25(50℃)浸膏,收膏,得浸膏A,备用;
S2、白砂糖粉碎,按分数取白砂糖加入高效粉碎机中粉碎物料至80-100目,备用;
S3、柠檬酸溶液的制备,称取柠檬酸用适量的纯化水溶解为液体B,备用;
S4、造粒,将步骤S2中制得的白砂糖置入高效混合制粒机中,加入牛磺酸、B族维生素,开启高速混合机,开启横向搅拌低速启动1min,然后开启横向高速切刀3min左右,使物料充分搅拌均匀,再加入浸膏A和液体B,用切刀切成细小颗粒即可干燥;
S5、烘干,将湿颗粒置入沸腾干燥机中,开启开关,设置进风温度60-70℃,当出风温度达到60℃时,水分达到5.0%以下出料,制得初颗粒;
S6、整粒,安装摇摆颗粒剂尼龙筛网14目,将步骤S5制得的初颗粒进行整粒,得到成品;
S7、颗粒装罐,将步骤S6中制备得到的成品放入颗粒灌装机中,然后安装好复合膜,设定纵横温度120℃-140℃,开启装罐机装袋。
