湿热质人有两个麻烦,首先是体内的热气使皮肤容易生疮长痘,其次是淤积在皮肤中的湿气使痘痘不容易痊愈。湿热质人如果不善加管理,就不仅是生疮长痘了,身体会向病理转化,容易出现皮肤、泌尿生殖、肝胆系统一类的疾病。湿热的一般表现为:肢体沉重,发热多在午后明显,舌苔黄腻。具体表现因湿热所在不同的部位而有差别,通常,皮肉关节、五脏六腑是湿热蓄积的地方,在皮肉则为湿疹或疔疱;在关节筋脉则局部肿痛。但通常所说的湿热多指湿热深入脏腑,特别是脾胃的湿热,可见脘闷腹满,恶心厌食,便溏稀,尿短赤,脉濡数;其它如肝胆湿热表现为肝区胀痛,口苦食欲差,或身目发黄,或发热怕冷交替;膀胱湿热见尿频、尿急,涩少而痛,色黄浊;大肠湿热见腹痛腹泻,甚至里急后重,泻下脓血便,肛门灼热、口渴。
导致湿热的因素有很多,饮食过于肥甘厚味、嗜好烟酒、过食生冷、不喜运动、情绪抑郁、常年居住于潮湿的环境、淋雨涉水等,都是导致湿热内蕴的元凶。针对湿热体质养生调理的方法,可以通过中药来调理,但是中药味苦,难以下咽,部分中药服用前还需要先熬制,不能即食,所以很多人难以坚持,半途而废,达不到治疗的目的。
通过检索,发现如下对湿热调理的研究,CN102631479B公开了一种改善湿热体质的中药组合物、制剂及其制备方法,包括漏芦10~40份、菊花10~40份、甘草2~10份、三颗针10~20份、紫花地丁20~50份、黄芪10~40份、白术10~30份、茯苓10~30份、陈皮10~30份、黄连2~10份;CN104208287B公开了一种用于调理人体中下焦湿热证的中药制剂,包括绿茶10-20份,苦瓜5-10份,决明子1-5份、银杏1-5份;但是上述研究均属于中药领域。CN100486447C公开了一种祛湿凉茶,包括鸡骨草6-25、木棉花8-25、田基黄10-25、土茵陈5-25、灯盏菜4-25、蔗糖10-30,但是蔗糖含量较高,长期饮用容易使人体摄入过多糖分,并且糖尿病人群无法服用。
综上所述,如何改善调理湿热体质的产品,使产品方便即食,提高产品的有效率已成为目前亟待解决的问题。

针对上述现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种用于调理湿热体质的澄明芦根茶及其制备方法,以解决背景技术中提出的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明提供一种用于调理湿热体质的澄明芦根茶,由如下重量份配比的原料组成:决明子15-25份,菊花3-8份,蒲公英0.5-2份,白茅根10-20份,芦根3-8份,木糖醇10-20份,淡竹叶5-15份,马齿苋3-8份,枳具子5-15份,甘草2-6份,槐花3-8份,薄荷3-8份。

本发明还提供了一种用于调理湿热体质的澄明芦根茶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)原料前处理:挑选优质决明子、菊花、蒲公英、白茅根、芦根、淡竹叶、马齿苋、枳具子、甘草、槐花和薄荷,除去杂质,洗净;
2)提取液制备:按上述重量份称取决明子、马齿苋和枳具子,浸泡24h,分别向决明子、马齿苋和枳具子加入重量为原料二倍的蒸馏水,进行煎煮至水量为初始加入量的三分之一获得煎煮液;再次重复两遍煎煮后将三次煎煮所得煎煮液进行混合,分别获取决明子提取液、马齿苋提取液和枳具子提取液;
3)干燥灭菌和粉碎:按上述重量份称取菊花、蒲公英、白茅根、芦根、淡竹叶、甘草、槐花和薄荷,分别依次经红外干燥灭菌和微波干燥灭菌,干燥温度均不超过60℃,干燥灭菌后进行粉碎,粉碎后各组分的粒径范围均为16~20目;
4)混合:将步骤3)制备的各组分的粉碎物进行混合,混合后加入步骤2)制备的决明子提取液、马齿苋提取液和枳具子提取液,同时加入按上述重量份称取的木糖醇,搅拌均匀,在30-35℃温度下自然风干至混合物的湿度为60-70%;

菊花:菊花能入药治病,久服或饮菊花茶能令人长寿。宋代诗人苏辙:“南阳白菊有奇功,潭上居人多老翁”。菊花味甘、苦,微寒。功能主治:散风清热,平肝明目。用于风热感冒,头痛眩晕,目赤肿痛,眼目昏花。
蒲公英:生蒲公英富含维生素A、维生素C及钾,也含有铁、钙、维生素B2、维生素B1、镁、维生素B6、叶酸及铜。蒲公英植物体中含有蒲公英醇、蒲公英素、胆碱、有机酸、菊糖等多种健康营养成分。性味甘,微苦,寒。归肝、胃经。有利尿、缓泻、退黄疸、利胆等功效。治热毒、痈肿、疮疡、内痈、目赤肿痛、湿热、黄疸、小便淋沥涩痛、疔疮肿毒,乳痈,瘰疬,牙痛,目赤,咽痛,肺痈,肠痈,湿热黄疸,热淋涩痛。治急性乳腺炎,淋巴腺炎,瘰疬,疔毒疮肿,急性结膜炎,感冒发热,急性扁桃体炎,急性支气管炎,胃炎,肝炎,胆囊炎,尿路感染等。蒲公英可生吃、炒食、做汤,是药食兼用的植物。
白茅根:气微,味微甜。以条粗、色白、味甜者为佳,主治:凉血止血,清热解毒。用于吐血,尿血,热淋,水肿,黄疸,小便不利,热病烦渴,胃热呕哕,咳嗽。
芦根:性味:甘,寒。归经:归肺经、胃经。功效:清热生津,除烦,止呕,利尿。主治:用于热病烦渴、胃热呕吐、肺热咳嗽、肺痈吐脓、热淋涩痛。
木糖醇:木糖醇是从白桦树、橡树、玉米芯、甘蔗渣等植物原料中提取出来的一种甜味剂,在自然界中,木糖醇的分布范围很广,广泛存在于各种水果、蔬菜、谷类之中,但含量很低。商品木糖醇是将玉米芯、甘蔗渣等农业作物进行深加工而制得的,是一种天然、健康的甜味剂。木糖醇是人体糖类代谢的中间体,在体内缺少胰岛素影响糖代谢情况下,无须胰岛素促进,木糖醇也能透过细胞膜,被组织吸收利用,促进肝糖元合成,供细胞以营养和能量,且不会引起血糖值升高,是最适合糖尿病患者食用的营养性的食糖代替品。
淡竹叶:性味甘淡,能清心、利尿、祛烦躁,具有清热除烦,利尿通淋的功效,对于牙龈肿痛、口腔炎等也有良好的疗效,民间多用其茎叶制作夏日消暑的凉茶饮用。
马齿苋:马齿苋生食、烹食均可,柔软的茎可像菠菜一样烹制。马齿苋茎顶部的叶子很柔软,可以像豆瓣菜一样烹食,可用来做汤或用于做沙司、蛋黄酱和炖菜。性味酸,寒。具有清热解毒,凉血止血,止痢的功效。主治:热毒血痢,痈肿疔疮,湿疹,丹毒,蛇虫咬伤,便血,痔血,崩漏下血。
枳具子:枳具子为鼠李科植物枳具带有肉质果柄的果实或种子,性平,味甘,功能主治:止渴除烦,消湿热,解酒毒。用于中酒毒、烦渴呕逆、二便不利。
甘草:性味:甘,平,归心、肺、脾、胃经,功能主治:补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药。用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性。
槐花:食用可用于制作槐花荆芥饮、槐菊茶、大黄槐花蜜饮、马齿苋槐花粥、地榆槐花蜜饮、两地槐花粥和槐花清蒸鱼等。槐花可入药,有去毒之效,槐花味苦,性平,无毒,具有清热、凉血、止血、降压的功效。还可以驱虫、治咽炎。槐花能增强毛细血管的抵抗力,减少血管通透性,可使脆性血管恢复弹性的功能,从而降血脂和防止血管硬化。
薄荷:薄荷具有医用和食用双重功能,主要食用部位为茎和叶,也可榨汁服。在食用上,薄荷既可作为调味剂,又可作香料,还可配酒、冲茶等。入药可治感冒发热喉痛,头痛,目赤痛,肌肉疼痛,皮肤风疹搔痒,麻疹不透等症,此外对痈、疽、疥、癣、漆疮亦有效。薄荷含有薄荷醇,该物质可清新口气并具有多种药性,可缓解腹痛、胆囊问题如痉挛,还具有防腐杀菌、利尿、化痰、健胃和助消化等功效,小剂量食用有助于睡眠。

(1)本发明用于调理湿热体质的澄明芦根茶采用了清热化湿的决明子、菊花、蒲公英和芦根,还采用了清热利湿的淡竹叶、马齿苋、白茅根、枳具子、甘草、槐花和薄荷,原料科学合理配伍,清热祛湿效果显著,有效率高。
(2)本发明用于调理湿热体质的澄明芦根茶制备方法简单,易操作,根据原料特性,一部分采用煎煮方式获取提取液,一部分采用粉碎方式处理,充分获取原料有效成分,最后制成的澄明芦根茶饮用时用沸水冲泡,可保证有效成分的充分溶出。
(3)本发明用于调理湿热体质的澄明芦根茶加入了木糖醇来调节口感,使产品口感更佳,易于消费者接受,能够坚持长期服用以达到调理湿热体质的效果;并且木糖醇是一种天然健康的甜味剂,长期服用也不会引起血糖值升高,糖尿病人群也可以服用。

临床案例:
为了验证本发明澄明芦根茶对湿热体质的调理作用,选择自2017年9月至2019年7月博医源中医门诊部进行的中医体质辨识中,属于湿热体质者60例,其中男38例,女22例;年龄最小15岁,最大56岁,平均年龄31岁;病程1~7年,平均2.6年。请湿热体质者填写如表1所示《中医体质分类与判定表》,湿热体质判定得分≥34分者15例,得分在30~33分范围内者27例,在27~29分范围内者13例,在23~26分范围内者5例。

干预方法:
服用实施例5的澄明芦根茶每日1袋,体质判定得分≥34分者可以每日2袋,开水泡服。2个月后观察效果。
效果判定标准:
显效:临床症状基本消失或明显改善,症状积分减少≥70%。有效:临床症状有所好转,症状积分减少<70%且≥30%。无效:临床症状无明显改善甚或加重,症状积分减少<30%。
干预结果:
显效15例,有效40例,无效5例,总有效率为90.9%。

3.如权利要求1所述的一种用于调理湿热体质的澄明芦根茶,其特征在于,由如下重量份配比的原料组成:决明子20份,菊花5份,蒲公英1份,白茅根15份,芦根5份,木糖醇15份,淡竹叶10份,马齿苋5份,枳具子10份,甘草4份,槐花5份,薄荷5份。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种用于调理湿热体质的澄明芦根茶,其特征在于,所述芦根为鲜芦根,所述甘草为生甘草。
5.一种如权利要求1至4任意一项所述的澄明芦根茶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)原料前处理:挑选优质决明子、菊花、蒲公英、白茅根、芦根、淡竹叶、马齿苋、枳具子、甘草、槐花和薄荷,除去杂质,洗净;
2)提取液制备:按上述重量份称取决明子、马齿苋和枳具子,浸泡24h,分别向决明子、马齿苋和枳具子加入重量为原料二倍的蒸馏水,进行煎煮至水量为初始加入量的三分之一获得煎煮液;再次重复两遍煎煮后将三次煎煮所得煎煮液进行混合,分别获取决明子提取液、马齿苋提取液和枳具子提取液;
3)干燥灭菌和粉碎:按上述重量份称取菊花、蒲公英、白茅根、芦根、淡竹叶、甘草、槐花和薄荷,分别依次经红外干燥灭菌和微波干燥灭菌,干燥温度均不超过60℃,干燥灭菌后进行粉碎,粉碎后各组分的粒径范围均为16~20目;
4)混合:将步骤3)制备的各组分的粉碎物进行混合,混合后加入步骤2)制备的决明子提取液、马齿苋提取液和枳具子提取液,同时加入按上述重量份称取的木糖醇,搅拌均匀,在30-35℃温度下自然风干至混合物的湿度为60-70%;
5)烘干:将步骤4)所得物在35℃下加热干燥5h,然后以1℃/min升温至50℃,在50℃温度下加热干燥3h,再以2℃/min升温至65℃,在65℃温度条件下加热干燥1h;
6)分装:将步骤5)所得物按照5g每包的规格装入三角茶包,即得该澄明芦根茶。
