背景技术
海南砂仁中药材为姜科植物海南砂仁Amomum longiligular T.L.Wu的果实。夏、秋果实成熟时摘收,晒干或低温干燥。有特异香气,味辛、微苦。海南砂仁中药材是国家卫生健康委员会发布的药食同源物品之一,具有较高的药用价值。海南砂仁性味:辛、温;归经:脾、胃。功效主治:理气开胃、醒脾消食。治脾虚运化失常、脘腹胀满、饮食不香、纳呆食少、食积于胃、消化不良、不欲饮食、面黄肌瘦等。中医认为,砂仁主要作用于人体的胃、肾和脾,能够行气调味,和胃醒脾。现代研究结果表明砂仁挥发油和水提物均有较好的促进肠蠕动作用,为以砂仁为原料开发保健食品提供了科学依据。

为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种以海南砂仁为原料制造的方便实用、有益于人体健康的液体饮料。本发明充分海南砂仁的药食同源特性,再和药食同源的药材高良姜、龙眼肉、陈皮、枸杞子、甘草、茯苓、山楂、山药、蜂蜜等复配,提供一种美味可口,饮用方便,无化学添加剂,又充分发挥海南砂仁等药食同源药材众多保健功效的天然植物饮料。

本发明提供上述海南砂仁植物饮料的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(1)将海南砂仁、高良姜破碎;
(2)将除水、白砂糖、蜂蜜外的原材料混合,加入水,浸泡后加热煮沸提取,过滤,得滤液1和滤渣;
(3)将滤渣加入水中,加入煮沸提取,过滤,得滤液2;
(4)将滤液1和滤液2混合;
(5)将混合后的滤液离心分离杂质,得到饮料原液;
(6)将白砂糖溶于4~8倍重量的热水中,得到糖水混合物;
(7)将步骤(5)制备的饮料原液、步骤(6)制备的糖水混合物、蜂蜜与20~80重量份的水充分混合过滤后收集滤液。

高良姜功能主治:温胃散寒,消食止痛。功效与作用:有祛寒、健胃和镇痛作用。又体外试验对溶血性链球菌等有抗菌作用。
陈皮陈皮味辛、苦,性温,具有行气健脾、降逆止呕、燥湿化痰的功效。对消化系统的作用:陈皮所含挥发油,对胃肠道有温和的刺激作用,可促进消化液的分泌,排除肠管内积气,显示了芳香健胃和驱风下气的效用。
龙眼肉龙眼肉营养丰富,具有补心益脾,养血安神,强魄健体之功效,临床上多用于气血不足,心悸怔忡,健忘失眠,血虚萎黄等;龙眼核具有止血、定痛、理气化湿和降血糖作用,常用于创伤出血、疝气、狐臭的治疗。

甘草用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性。
茯苓为多孔菌科真菌茯苓Poria cocos(Schw.)Wolf的干燥菌核。性味:味甘、淡,性平;归经:归心、肺、脾、肾经;功效:利水渗湿,健脾,宁心。主治:用于水肿尿少,痰饮眩悸,脾虚食少,便溏泄泻,心神不安,惊悸失眠。《本草正》:茯苓能利窍去湿,利窍则开心益智,导浊生津;去湿则逐水燥脾,补中健胃;袪惊痫,厚肠脏,治痰之本,助药之降。
山楂性味:酸甘,微温;归经:入脾、胃、肝经。功能主治:消食积,散瘀血,驱绦虫。消食健胃,行气散瘀。用于肉食积滞、胃烷胀满、泻痢腹痛、瘀血经闭、产后瘀阻、心腹刺痛、疝气疼痛、高血脂症。《日用本草》:化食积,行结气,健胃宽膈,消血痞气块。
山药性味:甘,平;归经:入肺、脾、肾经;功能主治:健脾,补肺,固肾,益精。治脾虚泄泻,久痢,虚劳咳嗽,消渴,遗精、带下,小便频数。补脾养胃,生津益肺,补肾涩精。用于脾虚食少、久泻不止、肺虚喘咳、肾虚遗精、带下、尿频、虚热消渴。麸炒山药补脾健胃。用于脾虚食少,泄泻便溏,白带过多。《纲目》:益肾气,健脾胃,止泄痢,化痰涎,润皮毛。
蜂蜜促进心脑和血管功能,能促使肝细胞再生,对脂肪肝的形成有一定的抑制作用,消除疲劳,增强对疾病的抵抗力。
诸药合伍,起到温脾、暖胃、安神、健脑以及明目的功效。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:本发明不但是一种可口又食用方便的天然植物饮料,同时兼顾高良姜、龙眼肉、陈皮、枸杞子、甘草、茯苓、山楂、山药、蜂蜜等药材的功效,起到温脾、暖胃、安神、健脑以及明目功效,具一定的营养保健功能的普通饮料。
具体实施方式
以下的实施例便于更好地理解本发明,但并不限定本发明。下述实施例中的实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。下述实施例中所用的试验材料,如无特殊说明,均为市售。
本发明的海南砂仁植物饮料由以下重量份数的各原料制备组成:
白砂糖1~10份、蜂蜜1~8份、海南砂仁0.1~5份、龙眼肉0.5~5份、山药0.5~5份、陈皮0.1~3份、山楂0.3~3份、茯苓0.1~2.5份、高良姜0.2~2份、枸杞子0.2~2份、甘草0.3~0.5份、柠檬酸0.01~0.15份。
上述海南砂仁植物饮料的制备方法为:
(A)将海南砂仁、高良姜、破碎至20~80目;
(B)将除水、白砂糖、蜂蜜外的原材料放入提取罐中,加入药材总重量的6~15倍量水中,浸泡一小时,加热煮沸提取1~2小时,冷却过滤,得滤液1及滤渣;
(C)将滤渣加入药材总重量的4~8倍量水,加热煮沸提取1~2小时,冷却过滤,得滤液2及滤渣;
(D)将滤液1和滤液2混合;
(E)将混合后的滤液置于高速离心机离心分离杂质,得饮料原液;
(F)先将水加热,然后将白砂糖溶于4~8倍重量的热水中,得到糖水混合物;
(G)将饮料原液、糖水混合物、蜂蜜及食品添加剂与20~80重量份的水充分混合过滤后进行收集滤液;食品添加剂具体为:柠檬酸。
(H)进行分装与高温灭菌。
实施例1
一种含海南砂仁的植物饮料,由以下重量份数的各原料制备组成:
白砂糖4份、蜂蜜4份、海南砂仁3份、龙眼肉2份、山药2份、陈皮2份、山楂0.5份、茯苓0.5份、高良姜0.5份、枸杞子0.5份、甘草0.3份、柠檬酸0.01份。
上述含海南砂仁的植物饮料的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(A)将海南砂仁、高良姜、破碎至50目;
(B)将除水、白砂糖、蜂蜜外的原材料放入提取罐中加入药材总重量10倍量水中,浸泡一小时,加热煮沸提取1.5小时,冷却过滤,得滤液1及滤渣;
(C)将滤渣加入药材总重量6倍量水加热煮沸提取1.5小时,冷却过滤,得滤液2及滤渣;
(D)将滤液1和滤液2混合;
(E)将混合后的滤液置于高速离心机离心分离杂质,得饮料原液;
(F)先将水加热,然后将白砂糖溶于4倍重量的热水中,得到糖水混合物;
(G)将饮料原液、糖水混合物、蜂蜜及食品添加剂与20重量份的水充分混合过滤后进行收集;
(H)进行分装与高温灭菌。
实施例2
一种含海南砂仁的植物饮料,由以下重量份数的各原料制备组成:
白砂糖6份、蜂蜜6份、海南砂仁5份、龙眼肉5份、山药5份、陈皮3份、山楂3份、茯苓2.5份、高良姜2份、枸杞子2份、甘草0.5份、柠檬酸0.01份。
上述含海南砂仁的植物饮料的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(A)将海南砂仁、高良姜、破碎至20目;
(B)将除水、白砂糖、蜂蜜外的原材料放入提取罐中,加入药材总重量15倍量水中,浸泡一小时,加热煮沸提取2小时,冷却过滤,得滤液1及滤渣;
(C)将滤渣加入药材总重量4倍量水加热煮沸提取1小时,冷却过滤,得滤液2及滤渣;
(D)将滤液1和滤液2混合;
(E)将混合后的滤液置于高速离心机离心分离杂质,得饮料原液;
(F)先将水加热,然后将白砂糖溶于4倍重量的热水中,得糖水混合物;
(G)将饮料原液、糖水混合物、蜂蜜及食品添加剂与30重量份的水充分混合过滤后进行收集;
(H)进行分装与高温灭菌。
实施例3
一种含海南砂仁植物饮料,由以下重量份数的各原料制备组成:
白砂糖8份、蜂蜜5份、海南砂仁4份、龙眼肉3份、山药3份、陈皮1份、山楂1份、茯苓1份、高良姜1份、枸杞子1份、甘草0.5份、柠檬酸0.15份。
上述含海南砂仁植物饮料的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(A)将海南砂仁、高良姜、破碎至80目;
(B)将除水、白砂糖、蜂蜜外的原材料放入提取罐中,加入药材总重量6倍量水中,浸泡一小时,加热煮沸提取1小时,冷却过滤,得滤液1及滤渣;
(C)将滤渣加入药材总重量8倍量水加热煮沸提取2小时,冷却过滤,得滤液2及滤渣;
(D)将滤液1和滤液2混合;
(E)将混合后的滤液置于高速离心机离心分离杂质,得饮料原液;
(F)先将水加热,然后将白砂糖溶于6倍重量的热水中,得糖水混合物;
(G)将饮料原液、糖水混合物、蜂蜜及食品添加剂与50重量份的水充分混合过滤后进行收集;
(H)进行分装与高温灭菌。
实施例4
一种含海南砂仁植物饮料,由以下重量份数的各原料制备组成:
白砂糖10份、蜂蜜8份、海南砂仁2份、龙眼肉1份、山药1份、陈皮0.5份、山楂2份、茯苓2份、高良姜1.5份、枸杞子1.5份、甘草0.4份、柠檬酸0.1份。
上述含海南砂仁植物饮料的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(A)将海南砂仁、高良姜、破碎至80目;
(B)将除水、白砂糖、蜂蜜外的原材料放入提取罐中,加入药材总重量8倍量水中,浸泡一小时,加热煮沸提取1小时,冷却过滤,得滤液1及滤渣;
(C)将滤渣加入药材总重量5倍量水加热煮沸提取2小时,冷却过滤,得滤液2及滤渣;
(D)将滤液1和滤液2混合;
(E)将混合后的滤液置于高速离心机离心分离杂质,得饮料原液;
(F)先将水加热,然后将白砂糖溶于7倍重量的热水中,得糖水混合物;
(G)将饮料原液、糖水混合物、蜂蜜及食品添加剂与60重量份的水充分混合过滤后进行收集;
(H)进行分装与高温灭菌。
实施例5
一种含海南砂仁植物饮料,由以下重量份数的各原料制备组成:
白砂糖1份、蜂蜜1份、海南砂仁0.1份、龙眼肉0.5份、山药0.5份、陈皮0.1份、山楂0.3份、茯苓0.1份、高良姜0.2份、枸杞子0.2份、甘草0.3份、柠檬酸0.03份。
上述含海南砂仁植物饮料的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(A)将海南砂仁、高良姜、破碎至80目;
(B)将除水、白砂糖、蜂蜜外的原材料放入提取罐中,加入药材总重量12倍量水中,浸泡一小时,加热煮沸提取2小时,冷却过滤,得滤液1及滤渣;
(C)将滤渣加入药材总重量7倍量水加热煮沸提取2小时,冷却过滤,得滤液2及滤渣;
(D)将滤液1和滤液2混合;
(E)将混合后的滤液置于高速离心机离心分离杂质,得饮料原液;
(F)先将水加热,然后将白砂糖溶于8倍重量的热水中,得糖水混合物;
(G)将饮料原液、糖水混合物、蜂蜜及食品添加剂与80重量份的水充分混合过滤后进行收集;
(H)进行分装与高温灭菌。

Claims (7)
1.一种海南砂仁植物饮料,其特征在于:所述饮料包括下述质量份数的各组分:白砂糖1~10份、蜂蜜1~8份、海南砂仁0.1~5份、龙眼肉0.5~5份、山药0.5~5份、陈皮0.1~3份、山楂0.3~3份、茯苓0.1~2.5份、高良姜0.2~2份、枸杞子0.2~2份、甘草0.3~0.5份、柠檬酸0.01~0.15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的海南砂仁植物饮料,其特征在于:所述饮料包括下述质量份数的各组分:白砂糖4份、蜂蜜4份、海南砂仁3份、龙眼肉2份、山药2份、陈皮2份、山楂0.5份、茯苓0.5份、高良姜0.5份、枸杞子0.5份、甘草0.3份、柠檬酸0.01份。

4.根据权利要求1所述的海南砂仁植物饮料,其特征在于:所述饮料包括下述质量份数的各组分:白砂糖8份、蜂蜜5份、海南砂仁4份、龙眼肉3份、山药3份、陈皮1份、山楂1份、茯苓1份、高良姜1份、枸杞子1份、甘草0.5份、柠檬酸0.15份。
5.权利要求1~4任一项所述的海南砂仁植物饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括下述步骤:
(1)将海南砂仁、高良姜破碎;
(2)将除水、白砂糖、蜂蜜外的原材料混合,加入水,浸泡后加热煮沸提取,过滤,得滤液1和滤渣;
(3)将滤渣加入水中,加入煮沸提取,过滤,得滤液2;
(4)将滤液1和滤液2混合;
(5)将混合后的滤液离心分离杂质,得到饮料原液;
(6)将白砂糖溶于4~8倍重量的热水中,得到糖水混合物;
(7)将步骤(5)制备的饮料原液、步骤(6)制备的糖水混合物、蜂蜜与20~80重量份的水充分混合过滤后收集滤液。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,加入原材料总重量6~15倍的水。
7.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中,将滤渣加入原材料总重量4~8倍的水中。
