本发明公开了一种养胃保健饮料及其制备方法,属于保健饮料技术领域,按重量份计,其制备原料包括以下成分:白术30‑40份、莲子5‑10份、茯苓6‑12份、菜菔子5‑10份、生姜2‑6份、藿香5‑12份、维生素4‑8份、蜂蜜3‑10份、防腐剂0.1‑0.5份,本发明具有健脾利湿,养胃护胃,和中止呕,促进消化的功效,是一种符合卫生、安全且性价比高的养胃保健品。

本发明属于保健饮料加工技术领域,特别涉及一种养胃保健饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
中国酒文化历史悠久,酒的种类很多,适量饮酒可以舒筋活血、消除疲劳。而在日常生活和工作中,人们常因社交、礼仪或工作需要而饮酒过量,轻者头痛、头昏、呕吐、胃痛不适;严重者可引发酒精中毒甚至危及生命。研究表明,长期过量饮酒可导致酒精肝、胃溃疡并伤害神经系统。研究调查表明,心脑血管病人在饮酒后会引起中风、偏瘫等疾病。因此,采取有效的措施将酒精化解并排出体外,从而降低酒精对人体的伤害至关重要。
胃居于中焦,主要功能是对饮食物进行消化吸收,把营养包括各种微量元素输送到全身的脏器组织,从而维持正常的生理功能,是人体健康长寿的根本保证。
目前,日益增长的生活工作压力使人们体力脑力透支,随着生活水平的提高,人们对于健康的要求越来越高,常常借助于食品和药品减轻疲劳,提高免疫力,提高睡眠质量,因此人们需要更多的功能性保健饮料,尤其是对饮食习惯不良的人,如饮食中肉食比例偏高,饮食和作息不规律,饮酒过度等人群,市场上急需一种养胃保健的饮料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对上述存在的问题,本发明提供了一种养胃保健饮料及其制备方法,本发明具有促进消化,且能在短时间内醒酒,养胃护胃的功效。
本发明的技术方案为:
一种养胃保健饮料,按重量份计,其制备原料包括以下成分:白术30-40份、莲子5-10份、茯苓6-12份、菜菔子5-10份、生姜2-6份、藿香5-12份、维生素4-8份、蜂蜜3-10份、防腐剂0.1-0.5份。
优选的,一种养胃保健饮料,按重量份计,其制备原料包括以下成分:白术35份、莲子6份、茯苓8份、菜菔子7份、生姜4份、藿香9份、维生素6份、蜂蜜4份、防腐剂0.4份。
优选的,一种养胃保健饮料,所述防腐剂为选自山梨酸钾和苯甲酸钠中的一种或两种。
优选的,一种养胃保健饮料,所述维生素选自维生素A、维生素B、维生素C和维生素E中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述的一种养胃保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)按重量份配比准备好原料;
2)将白术、莲子、茯苓、菜菔子、生姜和藿香进行粉碎,并加入水熬煮,过滤,得到提取液;
3)将步骤2)获取的提取液和维生素均匀混合,再加入蜂蜜和防腐剂,均匀搅拌,可得养胃保健饮料;
4)将步骤3)所得的保健饮料降至室温,灭菌,灌装。
优选的,一种养胃保健饮料的制备方法,以上所述步骤2)加水熬煮的温度为80~100℃,熬煮的时间为30~90分钟。
优选的,一种养胃保健饮料的制备方法,以上所述步骤4)的灭菌的温度为60~80℃的环境中进行灭菌。
上述技术方案中:
白术:拉丁学名:Atractylodes macrocephala,别名桴蓟,于术,冬白术,淅术,杨桴,吴术,片术、苍术等,属于菊科、苍术属多年生草本植物。喜凉爽气候,以根茎入药,具有多项药用功能。主要分布于四川、云南、贵州等山区湿地,白术具有健脾益气,燥湿利水,止汗,安胎的功效,用于脾虚食少,腹胀泄泻,痰饮眩悸,水肿,自汗,胎动不安,《医学启源》记载:“除湿益燥,和中益气,温中,去脾胃中湿,除胃热,强脾胃,进饮食,安胎。
莲子:别名藕实、水芝丹、莲实、莲蓬子、莲肉,为睡莲科植物莲Nelumbo nuciferaGaertn的干燥成熟种子,分布于我国南北各省,具有补脾止泻,止带,益肾涩精,养心安神之功效,常用于脾虚泄泻,带下,遗精,心悸失眠。
茯苓:别名茯苓个、茯苓皮、茯苓块,用于水肿尿少,痰饮眩悸,脾虚食少,便溏泄泻,心神不安,惊悸失眠。
菜菔子:拉丁学名Semen Raphani,别名萝卜子、芦菔子、萝白子、菜头子,为十字花科植物萝卜Raphanus sativus L的干燥成熟种子,种子呈类卵圆形或椭圆形,稍扁。表面黄棕色、白色、红棕色或灰棕色。一端有深棕色圆形种脐,一侧有数条纵沟。种皮薄而脆,子叶2,黄白色,有油性。气微,味淡、微苦辛。入药部位:植物的干燥成熟种子,性味:辛、甘,平,归经:归肺、脾、胃经,功效:消食除胀,降气化痰,主治:用于饮食停滞,脘腹胀痛,大便秘结,积滞泻痢,痰壅喘咳。
生姜:别名有姜根、百辣云、勾装指、因地辛、炎凉小子、鲜生姜、蜜炙姜,姜的根茎(干姜)、栓皮(姜皮)、叶(姜叶)均可入药,生姜在中医药学里具有发散、止呕、止咳和解酒等功效。
藿香:学名:Agastache rugosa(Fisch. et Mey.)O. Ktze.;拉丁学名 Agastacherugosa (Fisch. et Mey.) O. Ktze,又名:合香、苍告、山茴香等,属唇形目,唇形科多年生草本植物,茎直立,高0.5-1.5m,四棱形,粗达7-8mm,叶心状卵形至长圆状披针形,花冠淡紫蓝色,长约8mm,成熟小坚果卵状长圆形,长约1.8mm,宽约1.1mm,花期6-9月,果期9-11月,性味与归经辛,微温。归脾、胃、肺经,功能与主治:芳香化浊,和中止呕,发表解暑。用于湿浊中阻,脘痞呕吐,暑湿表证,湿温初起,发热倦怠,胸闷不舒,寒湿闭暑,腹痛吐泻,鼻渊头痛。藿香还有杀菌功能,口含一叶可除口臭,预防传染病,并能用作防腐剂。夏季用藿香煮粥或泡茶饮服,对暑湿重症,脾胃湿阻,脘腹胀满,肢体重困,恶心呕吐有效。藿香是高钙、高胡萝卜素食品,每100g嫩叶含水分72g、蛋白质8.6g、脂肪1.7g、碳水化合物10g、胡萝卜素6.38mg、维生素B1 0.1mg、维生素B20.38mg、尼克酸1.2mg、维生素C23mg、钙580mg、磷104mg、铁28.5mg、全草含芳香挥发油0.5%、油中主要为甲基胡椒酚(约占80%)、柠檬烯、α-蒎烯和β-蒎烯、对伞花烃、芳樟醇、I-丁香烯等,对多种致病性真菌,都有一定的抑制作用,芳香挥发油是制造多种中成药的原料。
维生素:维生素是人和动物为维持正常的生理功能而必须从食物中获得的一类微量有机物质,在人体生长、代谢、发育过程中发挥着重要的作用。维生素既不参与构成人体细胞,也不为人体提供能量。
蜂蜜:蜂蜜是蜜蜂从开花植物的花中采得的花蜜在蜂巢中酿制的蜜,蜜蜂从植物的花中采取含水量约为75%的花蜜或分泌物,存入自己第二个胃中,在体内多种转化的作用下,经过15天左右反复酝酿各种维生素、矿物质和氨基酸丰富到一定的数值时,同时把花蜜中的多糖转变成人体可直接吸收的单糖葡萄糖、果糖,水分含量少于23%存贮到巢洞中,用蜂蜡密封,蜂蜜是糖的过饱和溶液,低温时会产生结晶,生成结晶的是葡萄糖,不产生结晶的部分主要是果糖,蜂蜜味甘、性平,归脾、肺、心、胃、大肠经。具有滋阴润燥、补虚润肺、解毒、解酒以及调和诸药的作用。常用于肺燥咳嗽、体虚、肠燥便秘、口疮、水火烫伤、胃脘疼痛。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明中白术补气健脾,燥湿利水,作为君药;莲子,补脾止泻,益肾涩清,暖胃;茯苓,健脾利湿;菜菔子,入脾、胃、肺经,能消食除胀,功效显著;生姜,祛风、解表、和胃、温经止痛;藿香,化湿行气,和中止呕,维生素,维生素是能为人体提供一类微量有机物质,在人体生长、代谢、发育过程中发挥着重要的作用;蜂蜜可解酒养胃,调和诸药和调味的作用,在这组分当中,以白术作为君药,莲子,菜菔子作为臣药,茯苓、藿香作为佐药,蜂蜜和生姜作为使药,本发明具有健脾利湿,消食除胀,发表解暑,和中止呕,滋阴润燥,补虚润肺,解毒,解酒,养胃护胃以及促进消化等功效,而且以上的配方均为无毒副作用的中药,是一种符合卫生、安全且性价比高的养胃保健品。

下面举具体的例子对本发明做进一步说明:
实施例1
一种养胃保健饮料,按重量份计,其制备原料包括以下成分:白术30份、莲子9份、茯苓12份、菜菔子5份、生姜4份、藿香10份、维生素4份、蜂蜜7份、防腐剂0.5份。
一种养胃保健饮料,所述防腐剂为山梨酸钾。
一种养胃保健饮料,所述维生素为维生素A、维生素B和维生素C。
所述的一种养胃保健饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按重量份配比准备好原料;
2)将白术、莲子、茯苓、菜菔子、生姜和藿香进行粉碎,并加入水熬煮,加水熬煮的温度为80℃,熬煮的时间为90分钟,过滤,得到提取液;
3)将步骤2)获取的提取液和维生素A、维生素B和维生素C均匀混合,再加入蜂蜜和山梨酸钾,均匀搅拌,可得养胃保健饮料;
4)将步骤3)所得的保健饮料降至室温,灭菌,灭菌的温度为80℃的环境中进行灭菌,灌装。
实施例2
一种养胃保健饮料,按重量份计,其制备原料包括以下成分:白术38份、莲子5份、茯苓8份、菜菔子7份、生姜2份、藿香9份、维生素6份、蜂蜜3份、防腐剂0.3份。
一种养胃保健饮料,所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。
一种养胃保健饮料,所述维生素为维生素B、维生素C和维生素E。
所述的一种养胃保健饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按重量份配比准备好原料;
2)将白术、莲子、茯苓、菜菔子、生姜和藿香进行粉碎,并加入水熬煮,加水熬煮的温度为90℃,熬煮的时间为60分钟,过滤,得到提取液;
3)将步骤2)获取的提取液和维生素B、维生素C和维生素E均匀混合,再加入蜂蜜和苯甲酸钠,均匀搅拌,可得养胃保健饮料;
4)将步骤3)所得的保健饮料降至室温,灭菌,灭菌的温度为75℃的环境中进行灭菌,灌装。
实施例3
一种养胃保健饮料,按重量份计,其制备原料包括以下成分:白术40份、莲子10份、茯苓6份、菜菔子10份、生姜6份、藿香5份、维生素8份、蜂蜜10份、防腐剂0.1份。
一种养胃保健饮料,所述防腐剂为为山梨酸钾和苯甲酸钠。
一种养胃保健饮料,所述维生素选自为维生素A,维生素B、维生素C和维生素E。
所述的一种养胃保健饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
2)将白术、莲子、茯苓、菜菔子、生姜、藿香进行粉碎,并加入水熬煮,加水熬煮的温度为100℃,熬煮的时间为30分钟,过滤,得到提取液;
3)将步骤2)获取的提取液和维生素A,维生素B、维生素C以及维生素E均匀混合,再加入蜂蜜、山梨酸钾和苯甲酸钠,均匀搅拌,可得养胃保健饮料;
4)将步骤3)所得的保健饮料降至室温,灭菌,灭菌的温度为60℃的环境中进行灭菌,灌装。
临床治疗效果:
试验对象:50名患者:男性28人,女性22人,年龄25~60岁,其中男性表现症状为失眠,潮热盗汗,四肢不温,身体虚弱,厌食,腹痛吐泻,手颤,遗精,心悸失眠,消瘦;女性表现症状为四肢不温,经常盗汗,尿频,脾虚食少,消化不好,腹胀泄泻,呕吐,心神不安;所有患者每日服用本发明实施例1至实施例3中任一种养胃保健饮料2瓶,早晚各一瓶,连续服用2个月后,观察患者症状改善情况,所有志愿者在试验期间正常饮食,不改变原来的饮食习惯。
本养胃保健饮料的疗效评判标准为:
有效:男性患者的睡眠质量提高,盗汗情况好转,呕吐现现象消失,饭量明显增大,气色明显红润,消瘦状态有所好转,手颤和遗精情况得到改善,自身免疫得到了很大的提高;女性患者腹胀和呕吐现象消失,盗汗和尿频以及消化功能均有所好转,畏寒现象减轻。
无效:患者症状无任何缓解。
对试食者的前后身体情况变化进行对比,结果50名患者中,46名患者症状有好转,其中男性患者26人,男性患者20人,有效率达92.00%。

1)按重量份配比准备好原料;
2)将白术、莲子、茯苓、菜菔子、生姜和藿香进行粉碎,并加入水熬煮,过滤,得到提取液;
3)将步骤2)获取的提取液和维生素均匀混合,再加入蜂蜜和防腐剂,均匀搅拌,可得养胃保健饮料;
4)将步骤3)所得的保健饮料降至室温,灭菌,灌装。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种养胃保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤2)加水熬煮的温度为80~100℃,熬煮的时间为30~90分钟。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种养胃保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤4)的灭菌的温度为60~80℃的环境中进行灭菌。
