红枣,甘,温。归脾、胃、心经。补中益气,养血安神。用于脾虚食少,乏力便溏,妇人脏躁。
红糖,甘甜,温润,无毒。入肝、脾经。润心肺,和中助脾,缓肝气,解酒毒,补血,破瘀,用于心腹热胀,口干欲饮,咽喉肿疼,肺热咳嗽,心肺及大小肠热。
