Abstract
本发明涉及食品领域,具体为一种含艾考糊精的中药解酒功能性饮料饮料。本发明的含艾考糊精的中药解酒功能性饮料包含艾考糊精,葛根提取物,葛花提取物,枸杞提取物,白砂糖,食用盐,辅助料,水。本发明的含艾考糊精的电解质饮料解酒效果好,安全,质量稳定性好,具有甜度低、口感好、保湿性好、不易结晶的优点,可在肠道中持续水解,有延长人体供能、强化机体耐力和作功能力的功效。

技术领域
本发明属食品领域,具体而言,主要涉及一种含艾考糊精的中药解酒功能性饮料饮料。
技术背景
随着人们生活水平的提高,以及商业、社交活动频发,饮酒过度是人们经常会遇到的问题,这会对个人的肝脏、脾胃、中枢神经等都造成很大危害。乙醇进入体内后通过胃肠道吸收,仅有2%-10%由呼吸道、尿液和汗腺以原形排出,其余98%-90%在肝脏内氧化(很少在肝外代谢);经肝脏代谢的乙醇约80%通过乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)转化为乙醛,约20%通过微粒体乙醇氧化酶转化为乙醛,乙醛再经过乙醛脱氢酶(ALDH)转化为乙酸,进入三羧酸循环,氧化成二氧化碳和水。乙醛的生成可刺激肾上腺激素、去甲肾上腺素等的分泌,从而引起面红耳赤、心率加快、皮肤温高等症状。酒精可以抑制抗利尿激素的产生,导致尿液增多,酒中的水又增加了尿液来源。排尿的同时人体内水分、电解质会造成相应程度的流失。
不管是肝脏代谢还是线粒体代谢,都需要能量的提供。现在市面上的解酒产品质量及疗效参次不齐,供能不持久或机理不明确。葡萄糖等作为能量供给可引起迅速的血糖与血压升高,变性淀粉、抗性糊精、低聚果糖等葡聚糖虽然可作为持续供能原料,但结构不确定,质量稳定性无法保证。
艾考糊精是由淀粉水解精制而成的一种葡聚糖,通过α(1-4)和少于 10%α(1-6)糖苷键连接,平均分子量为25000~34000道尔顿,具有良好的水溶性、安全性和生物相容性。以艾考糊精为原料的药物制剂已在36个国家和地区批准上市,可代替葡萄糖作为新一代的腹膜透析液渗透剂,具有低代谢产物、高超滤作用的特点,可有效改善代谢紊乱、降低胰岛素抵抗,对糖尿病人、心血管患者友好。
艾考糊精是一种多聚糖,具有低甜度、低热量、低渗透压的特性。它本身不能参与非酶糖基化反应,其代谢终产物为麦芽糊精,亦很难参与糖基化反应。相同时间内腹膜对艾考糊精的吸收率是葡萄糖的1/4,即人体对艾考糊精的吸收率低;但艾考糊精可在肠道中持续水解,有延长人体供能、强化机体耐力和作功能力的功效。
葛根,别名:葛条、粉葛、甘葛、葛藤。性凉,味甘、辛。功能主治:解表退热,生津、透疹,升阳止泻。用于外感发热头痛、高血压颈项强痛、口渴、消渴、麻疹不透、热痢、泄泻。《本草纲目》载:葛根,性凉、气平、味甘,具清热、降火、排毒诸功效。现代医学研究表明:葛根中的异黄酮类化合物葛根素对高血压、高血脂、高血糖和心脑血管疾病有一定疗效。
葛花,别名葛条花,其性甘、平,归胃经。《本草纲目》记载,葛花能“解酒醒脾”,故民间历史素有“千杯不醉葛藤花”之说。同时葛花具有清热解毒,分解酒精,健胃、护肝等功效。用于酒醉烦渴,解酒醒脾。治伤酒发热烦渴,不思饮食,呕逆吐酸,吐血,肠风下血。
枸杞,又称枸杞子、红耳坠,味甘性平,归肝、肺、肾经,功能为养肝滋肾润肺。枸杞药食同源的历史悠久,是驰名中外的名贵中药材,早在《神农本草经》中就被列为上品,记载:“枸杞久服能坚筋骨、耐寒暑,轻身不老,乃中药中之上品。”《本草纲目》记载“枸杞子甘平而润,性滋补……能补肾、润肺、生精、益气,此乃平补之药。”现代医学表明,枸杞子具有增强免疫,抗辐射,延缓衰老,抗肿瘤,降血脂血糖血压与保肝等功效。
发明内容
基于上述问题,本发明提供一种含艾考糊精的中药解酒功能性饮料,可维持人体疲劳时的血糖水平,避免血液浓缩和血液中乳酸的大量产生,迅速增加机体耐力和作功能力,提高工作效率;克服人体经过大量体力消耗和长时间剧烈运动后出现的盗汗、脱水等症状。对因能源储备过量消耗而出现的血糖降低、体温升高、脑功能紊乱等一系列生理上的变化,具有良好的作用。
本发明的一种含艾考糊精的中药解酒功能性饮料,其特征在于,所述解酒电解质饮料包含艾考糊精、葛根及葛花提取物和辅料。
进一步的,所述饮料包括以下组分:艾考糊精,葛根提取物,葛花提取物,枸杞提取物,白砂糖,食用盐,辅助料,水。
进一步的,所述饮料包括以下原料组分:艾考糊精0.1-20g/L,葛根5-15g/L,葛花1-15g/L,枸杞1-20g/L,白砂糖40-120/L,食用盐1-10/L,辅助料,其余为水。
进一步的,所述辅助料包括牛磺酸、氯化钾、烟酸、柠檬酸、以及柠檬酸钠。
进一步的,所述辅助料包括牛磺酸0.05-0.5 g/L、氯化钾0.02-0.5 g/L、烟酸5-100 mg/L、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠适量。
本发明的含艾考糊精的中药解酒功能性饮料的制备方法为:
取一定量的葛根、葛花、枸杞,粉碎至粗粉,加入多功能提取罐中,90-105℃建筑回流提取两次,第一次加入10倍药材量水,回流1~2小时,第二次加入8倍药材量水,回流1~2小时。合并两次煎液,用200目筛网过滤,制成中药剂。
中药剂中依次加入艾考糊精、白砂糖、食用盐、氯化钾,搅拌至溶解。再加入烟酸、牛磺酸搅拌至溶解。加饮用水至全量定容,用柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠调节pH值为3.8~7.5。UHT杀菌后灌装,封口后包装。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
实施例1:
一种含艾考糊精的解酒电解质饮料I型,包括以下原料配比:艾考糊精1 g/L,葛根5g/L,葛花1g/L,枸杞1g/L,白砂糖50g/L,食用盐2g/L,辅助料(牛磺酸0.1 g/L、氯化钾0.02 g/L、烟酸 10mg/L),其余为水。用适量柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠调节pH为6.0~7.0。
按上述比例取一定量的葛根、葛花、枸杞,粉碎至粗粉,加入多功能提取罐中,90-105℃建筑回流提取两次,第一次加入10倍药材量水,回流1~2小时,第二次加入8倍药材量水,回流1~2小时。合并两次煎液,用200目筛网过滤,制成中药剂。
中药剂中依次加入艾考糊精、白砂糖、食用盐、氯化钾,搅拌至溶解。再加入烟酸、牛磺酸搅拌至溶解。加饮用水至全量定容,用柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠调节pH值为3.8~7.5。UHT杀菌后灌装,封口后包装得。
实施例2:
一种含艾考糊精的解酒电解质饮料II型,包括以下原料配比:艾考糊精20 g/L,葛根15g/L,葛根15 g/L,枸杞20 g/L,白砂糖100 g/L,食用盐9 g/L,辅助料(牛磺酸0.5 g/L、氯化钾0.5 g/L、烟酸 100mg/L),其余为水。用适量柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠调节pH为6.0~7.0。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3:
一种含艾考糊精的解酒电解质饮料III型,包括以下原料配比:艾考糊精10 g/L,葛根6g/L,葛花6 g/L,枸杞6 g/L,白砂糖40 g/L,食用盐4 g/L,辅助料(牛磺酸0.1 g/L、氯化钾0.2 g/L、烟酸 50 mg/L),其余为水。用适量柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠调节pH为6.0~7.0。
制备方法同实施例1。
为了进一步表明本发明提供的解酒饮料的性能,进行解酒试验。
1实验材料
1 .1动物
ICR小鼠,清洁级,18-22g,雄性。
1 .2药物与试剂
海王金樽口服液;本发明实施例1-3制备的含艾考糊精的解酒电解质饮料I型、II型、III型;56度白酒。
2实验方法
2 .1分组
空白组:未醉酒
对照组:给予生理盐水灌胃
阳性药组:给予海王金樽口服液灌胃
Y1组:给予实施例1所得含艾考糊精的解酒电解质饮料I型样品灌胃
Y2组:给予实施例2所得含艾考糊精的解酒电解质饮料II型样品灌胃
Y3组:给予实施例3所得得含艾考糊精的解酒电解质饮料III型样品灌胃
2 .2小鼠解酒试验
取60只小鼠,雄性。在实验室饲养3d后,随机分成六组,每组10只。实验前禁食一夜(12h)。空白组、对照组均用生理盐水按0.1ml/10g体重灌服;阳性组按0.1ml/10g体重灌服海王金樽口服液;Y1、Y2、Y3组分别按0.1ml/10g体重灌服本发明的解酒电解质饮料I型、II型、III型。30min后,空白组每只小鼠以0.15ml/10g体重用蒸馏水灌服,其他组小鼠均以56度白酒以0.15ml/10g体重灌服。记录各组小白鼠翻正反射消失及恢复的时间,并在灌胃后30、60、90、120、180、240min 6个时间点对小鼠进行眼眶取血。采用乙醇脱氢酶法测定小鼠血中乙醇浓度。
3实验结果
3.1小鼠耐酒精试验结果(见表1)

注:小鼠正反反射消失,证明小鼠醉酒,醉酒率指醉酒的小鼠只数与该组小鼠只数之比;醉酒时间指的是醉酒小鼠被灌服白酒到出现正反反射消失的时间;醒酒时间指的是正反反射消失到重新恢复的时间,以平均值±标准差表示。
由表1可见,在6个受试样品组中,阳性组、Y1、Y2、Y3组小鼠的醒酒时间均比对照组短, Y1、Y2、Y3组醒酒时间均比阳性组短,可见,Y1、Y2、Y3组醒酒效果明显。
3 .2对小鼠血清乙醇含量的影响
试验结果如图1所示。
由图1可知,在同一时间点,阳性组和Y1、Y2、Y3组小鼠血清乙醇含量均低于对照组,Y1组的解酒效果与阳性组相当,Y2、Y3组的解酒效果比阳性组解酒效果好。可见,Y1、Y2、Y3组醒酒效果明显。
药理试验结果表明,本发明的含艾考糊精的电解质饮料解酒效果明显,安全,质量稳定性好,具有甜度低、口感好、保湿性好、不易结晶的优点,可在肠道中持续水解,有延长人体供能、强化机体耐力和作功能力的功效。

1.一种含艾考糊精的中药解酒功能性饮料,其特征在于,所述解酒电解质饮料包含艾考糊精、葛根及葛花提取物和辅料。
2.如权利要求1所述的含艾考糊精的中药解酒功能性饮料,其特征在于,所述解酒电解质饮料包括以下组分:艾考糊精,葛根提取物,葛花提取物,枸杞提取物,白砂糖,食用盐,辅助料,水。
3.如权利要求1所述的含艾考糊精的中药解酒功能性饮料,其特征在于,所述解酒电解质饮料包括以下原料组分:艾考糊精0.1-20g/L,葛根5-15g/L,葛花1-15g/L,枸杞1-20g/L,白砂糖40-120/L,食用盐1-10/L,辅助料,其余为水。
4.如权利要求2所述的含艾考糊精的中药解酒功能性饮料,其特征在于,所述辅助料包括牛磺酸、氯化钾、烟酸、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠。
5.如权利要求4所述的含艾考糊精的解酒电解质饮料,其特征在于,所述辅助料包括牛磺酸0.05-0.5 g/L、氯化钾0.02-0.5 g/L、烟酸5-100 mg/L、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠适量。
6.如权利要求1-5所述的含艾考糊精的中药解酒功能性饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤为:取葛根、葛花、枸杞,粉碎至粗粉,加入多功能提取罐中,90-105℃回流提取两次,第一次加入10倍药材量水,回流1~2小时,第二次加入8倍药材量水,回流1~2小时;合并两次煎液,用200目筛网过滤,制成中药剂;
