本发明属于植物饮料技术领域,具体涉及一种解酒饮料。
背景技术
目前我国已成为世界上最大的白酒生产和消费国,在许多场合人们离不开酒,酒可以给人们带来热情、兴奋、吉祥甚至灵感,酒文化已经渗透于我们的工作、生活等各个方面。但饮酒时常给人带来胃肠不适、恶心呕吐、心神烦乱、头晕目眩等不舒适症状,甚至因过量饮酒而经常引发各种意外,给社会和人体健康带来各种隐患。人们饮酒后,乙醇会很快通过胃和小肠的毛细血管进入血液。一般情况下,饮酒者血液中乙醇的浓度在30-45分钟内将达到最大值,随后逐渐降低。当血液中乙醇的浓度超过1000mg/L时,就可能引起明显的乙醇中毒。摄入体内的乙醇除少量未被代谢而通过呼吸和尿液直接排出外,大部分乙醇需被氧化分解。在乙醇的代谢过程中,乙醇脱氢酶起着至关重要的作用,它主要分布在肝脏,在胃肠道及其他组织中也有少量分布。乙醇通过血液流到肝脏后,首先被乙醇脱氢酶氧化为乙醛,然后在其他酶的作用下,乙醛迅速转化为乙酸,并最终被分解为二氧化碳和水。在整个乙醇氧化分解过程中,还会产生大量的热。因此,人们一旦饮酒过量,除了感到头痛、头晕、疲乏、易激动、恶心等反应外,还会感到浑身发热、干渴、咽喉难受,极易上火。长期过量饮酒,还会加重肝脏负担,严种损伤肝脏,造成脂肪肝等疾病。为解决饮酒带来的各种不舒适症状,人们进行了许多研究和探索,近年来出现了许多利用中草药研制的解酒、醒酒的饮料、冲剂等产品的报导,如目前市场上的解酒产品“海王金樽”;公开号CN1371732A公开的一种解酒饮料,它由葛根、牡蛎、山楂、山药、山楂、白扁豆、百合、赤小豆、青果、莲子、桑椹、薏苡仁、甘草、砂仁、金银花、罗汉果、鲜芦根、鲜白茅根、陈皮、生姜、白术、大枣等加工而成;公开号为CN1448166A的解酒护肝冲剂,其申请中采用葛根、枳椇子、陈皮、山楂、玉米须、山楂等原料制成;公开号为CN1391935A的速效解酒醒酒护肝灵,其申请中采用葛花、赤豆花、蔓菁子、葛根、牡蛎、佛手、代代花、蜡梅花、合欢花等原料制成;专利号为:200410046898.2的一种“葛根解酒饮料及其生产工艺”;专利号为:200510017392.3的“一种解酒保肝中药制剂”;专利号为:03139074.9的“解酒灵”。目前出现的一些解酒专利,重点都放在解酒毒方面,有的专利产品也具有保肝功能,而在同时兼顾解酒毒、清热败火和促进肝脏解毒方面功能较弱。如:其它一些用于解酒的专利产品和非专利产品也是如此。由于人体是十分精密复杂的,人们一旦过量饮酒或长期饮酒,除醉酒外,还会产生其它一系列不良反应。这就需要综合快速地解决人们一旦过量饮酒引发的诸多人体不良反应。
现有的专利产品和非专利产品共同存在的问题:一是解酒效果不理想、二是剂型多局限于固体制剂。针对这一问题,本发明的目的是提供一种解酒保肝组合物,它均衡兼顾了解酒保肝、清热败火和促进肝脏解毒方面的功能,能有效减缓人们一旦饮酒过量,或酒精中毒引起的头痛、头晕、呕吐、干渴、易上火、胃难受等不良症状,对肝脏具有明显保护作用。
发明内容
为实现上述目的本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种解酒饮料,其特征在于:该饮料由以下重量百分比计的组分组成:
中药液 20%~70%
β-环糊精 0~0.50%
白砂糖 3%~15%
柠檬酸 0.05%~0.60%
黄原胶 0.05%~0.50%
余量为水。
所述中药液,其特征在于:该中药液由以下重量配比的组分经水煎煮提取过滤浓缩(浓缩至60℃下相对密度1.3)制得:枸杞15-20份、金银花15-20份、四籽马蓝15-20份、葛根20-25份、枳椇子20-25份。
本发明的解酒饮料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)调配:将所述中药液预热到50~60℃,加入混合好的白砂糖与黄原胶,迅速搅拌使其溶解;再依次加入适量纯净水溶解的β-环糊精和柠檬酸,搅拌15~30min使混合均匀,加水定量;
(2)均质、脱气:将调配好的料液用高压均质机在压力为20~25MPa、温度为60~70℃的条件下均质2遍;然后对料液进行真空脱气,脱气压力控制在0.065~0.075MPa;
(3)杀菌、热灌装、冷却:将脱气后的料液泵入超高温瞬时灭菌机中灭菌,条件为130℃,3~5秒;然后趁热灌装(温度高于90℃)、封口、倒罐,迅速冷却,即得成品。
本发明不局限于上述制备方法,它还可用本领域技术人员已知的一切先进生产工艺、设备和方法加工制得。
本发明主要原料的功效和作用为:
枸杞,滋补肝肾,益精明目。现代医学研究证明,枸杞具有抗肝损伤的作用。
四籽马蓝俗称狗肝菜,具有清热解毒、凉血、生津、利尿作用。《岭南采药录》记载:其具有散热功效。凡热气盛,肝火盛服之。《南宁市药物志》记载其功效:凉血,解毒,平肝,明目。
葛根有“解酒醒脾”之功效,是传统中药最具代表性的解酒植物。
枳椇子为鼠李科拐枣植物枳椇的种子,也是民间常用的解酒毒、除烦止呕、利二便的中药材。现代医学研究证明,枳椇子的乙酸乙酯活性提取部位是用于治疗酒醉、烦热、口渴、呕吐之症关键所在。
金银花具有祛风散热,明目退翳的功效。
本发明所述的原辅料为符合国家标准和规定的药用辅料和食品添加剂。本发明的主要特点是:提供了一种具有解酒保肝作用的、经济方便、味道适宜的饮料。本发明能有效减缓人们一旦饮酒过量,或酒精中毒引起的头痛、心悸、呼吸困难、干渴、易上火、四肢乏力、胃难受等不良症状,对肝脏具有明显保护作用。
为证明一种解酒饮料的实际功效,我们精心选定了平均酒量约为200毫升的男性志愿人员30人,分为2组进行对比实验,一组为对照组,一组为试验组。实验地点为广西玉林市,二组人员年龄在25-38岁之间,插开搭配,每人平均一小时内喝下300毫升北京市生产的56°红星二锅头白酒,各组每人比平常一般性醉酒多喝下100毫升。酒后,对照组喝等量的白开水,试验组均服用实施例1解酒饮料500毫升。

该中药液由以下重量配比的组分经水煎煮提取过滤浓缩制得:枸杞20份、金银花20份、四籽马蓝20份、葛根25份、枳椇子25份。
本发明的解酒饮料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)调配:将所述中药液预热到50~60℃,加入混合好的白砂糖与黄原胶,迅速搅拌使其溶解;再依次加入适量纯净水溶解的β-环糊精和柠檬酸,搅拌15~30min使混合均匀,加水定量;
(2)均质、脱气:将调配好的料液用高压均质机在压力为20~25MPa、温度为60~70℃的条件下均质2遍;然后对料液进行真空脱气,脱气压力控制在0.065~0.075MPa;
(3)杀菌、热灌装、冷却:将脱气后的料液泵入超高温瞬时灭菌机中灭菌,条件为130℃,3~5秒;然后趁热灌装(温度高于90℃)、封口、倒罐,迅速冷却,即得成品。
实施例二、
一种解酒饮料,其特征在于:该饮料由以下重量百分比计的组分组成:
中药液 20%
β-环糊精 0%
白砂糖 3%
柠檬酸 0.05%
黄原胶 0.05%
余量为水。
该中药液由以下重量配比的组分经水煎煮提取过滤浓缩(浓缩至60℃下相对密度1.3)制得:枸杞15份、金银花15份、四籽马蓝15份、葛根20份、枳椇子20份。
本实施例的解酒饮料制法同实施例一。
实施例三、
一种解酒饮料,其特征在于:该饮料由以下重量百分比计的组分组成:
中药液 50%
β-环糊精 0.25%
白砂糖 13%
柠檬酸 0.5%
黄原胶 0.4%
余量为水。
该中药液由以下重量配比的组分经水煎煮提取过滤浓缩(浓缩至60℃下相对密度1.3)制得:枸杞18份、金银花18份、四籽马蓝16份、葛根22份、枳椇子23份。
本实施例的解酒饮料制法同实施例一。
实施例四、
一种解酒饮料,其特征在于:该饮料由以下重量百分比计的组分组成:
中药液 70%
β-环糊精 0.3%
白砂糖 15%
柠檬酸 0.5%
黄原胶 0.5%
余量为水。
该中药液由以下重量配比的组分经水煎煮提取过滤浓缩(浓缩至60℃下相对密度1.3)制得:枸杞18份、金银花18份、四籽马蓝16份、葛根22份、枳椇子23份。
本实施例的解酒饮料制法同实施例一。

1.一种解酒饮料,其特征在于:该饮料由以下重量百分比计的组分组成:
中药液20%~70%
β-环糊精0~0.50%
白砂糖3%~15%
柠檬酸0.05%~0.60%
黄原胶0.05%~0.50%
余量为水。
所述中药液,其特征在于:该中药液由以下重量配比的组分经水煎煮提取过滤浓缩(浓缩至60℃下相对密度1.3)制得:枸杞15-20份、金银花15-20份、四籽马蓝15-20份、葛根20-25份、枳椇子20-25份。
2.如权利要求1所述的解酒饮料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述中药液预热到50~60℃,加入混合好的白砂糖与黄原胶,迅速搅拌使其溶解;
(2)再依次加入适量纯净水溶解的β-环糊精和柠檬酸,搅拌15~30min使混合均匀,加水定量;
(3)均质、脱气:将调配好的料液用高压均质机在压力为20~25MPa、温度为60~70℃的条件下均质2遍;然后对料液进行真空脱气,脱气压力控制在0.065~0.075MPa;
(6)杀菌、热灌装、冷却:将脱气后的料液泵入超高温瞬时灭菌机中灭菌,条件为130℃,3~5秒;然后趁热灌装(温度高于90℃)、封口、倒罐,迅速冷却,即得成品。
