Abstract
本发明提供了一种手机后盖PVD渐变色镀膜工艺,其能保证手机后盖的渐变色镀膜,保证美观度。选择基板材料后利用膜设计软件设计颜色膜程序,之后将程序换算单位输入真空镀膜机固定程序文件夹中,镀膜机中放入需要的蒸镀材料和特制修正板,之后将基本材料放入到机器伞叶上,启动真空镀膜机运行程序镀膜,之后在基板材料的真空蒸镀面上丝印黑色油墨,烤干后曝光显影,所述特制修正板具体为将原来均匀的若干块修正板进行破坏,从而减少蒸镀材料的物理膜厚来实现颜色的渐变性。

技术领域
本发明涉及镀膜的技术领域,具体为一种手机后盖PVD渐变色镀膜工艺。
背景技术
手机后盖需要设置渐变色,现有的镀膜工艺只能进行单独颜色的镀膜,不适合渐变色镀膜需求。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种手机后盖PVD渐变色镀膜工艺,其能保证手机后盖的渐变色镀膜,保证美观度。
一种手机后盖PVD渐变色镀膜工艺,其特征在于:选择基板材料后利用膜设计软件设计颜色膜程序,之后将程序换算单位输入真空镀膜机固定程序文件夹中,镀膜机中放入需要的蒸镀材料和特制修正板,之后将基本材料放入到机器伞叶上,启动真空镀膜机运行程序镀膜,之后在基板材料的真空蒸镀面上丝印黑色油墨,烤干后曝光显影,所述特制修正板具体为将原来均匀的若干块修正板进行破坏,从而减少蒸镀材料的物理膜厚来实现颜色的渐变性。
其进一步特征在于:对修正板的破坏具体为在修正板的其中一段表面包覆带有褶皱的耐高温包覆层,从而减少蒸镀材料的物理膜厚;
所述黑色油墨具体为专用黑色快干型油墨;
丝印的印刷网版选择250目的聚酯网版,丝印网版的张力为24N~26N。
采用本发明后,由于对修正板进行破坏,通过减少蒸镀材料的物理膜厚度来实现颜色的渐变性,蒸镀完成后,在基板材料的真空蒸镀面上丝印黑色油墨,烤干后曝光显影获得渐变色的手机后盖,其能保证手机后盖的渐变色镀膜,保证美观度。
具体实施方式
一种手机后盖PVD渐变色镀膜工艺,其特征在于:选择基板材料后利用膜设计软件设计颜色膜程序,之后将程序换算单位输入真空镀膜机固定程序文件夹中,镀膜机中放入需要的蒸镀材料和特制修正板,之后将基本材料放入到机器伞叶上,启动真空镀膜机运行程序镀膜,之后在基板材料的真空蒸镀面上丝印黑色油墨,烤干后曝光显影,特制修正板具体为将原来均匀的若干块修正板进行破坏,从而减少蒸镀材料的物理膜厚来实现颜色的渐变性。

黑色油墨具体为专用黑色快干型油墨;
丝印的印刷网版选择250目的聚酯网版,丝印网版的张力为24N~26N。
具体实施时,基板材料具体为PC与PMMA复合板材料,镀膜时第一层为TiO2膜、第二层为SiO2膜、第三层为TiO2膜、第四层为SiO2膜、第五层为TiO2膜、第六层为SiO2膜、第七层为SiO2膜,镀膜时四块修正板的每块修正板的一段表面包覆带有褶皱的耐高温锡纸或铝箔,完成镀膜后的基板材料的真空蒸镀面上丝印黑色油墨,黑色油墨具体为专用黑色快干型油墨,丝印的印刷网版选择250目的聚酯网版,丝印网版的张力为25N,之后烤干后曝光显影获得符合设计要求的带有渐变色的手机后盖。

1.一种手机后盖PVD渐变色镀膜工艺,其特征在于:选择基板材料后利用膜设计软件设计颜色膜程序,之后将程序换算单位输入真空镀膜机固定程序文件夹中,镀膜机中放入需要的蒸镀材料和特制修正板,之后将基本材料放入到机器伞叶上,启动真空镀膜机运行程序镀膜,之后在基板材料的真空蒸镀面上丝印黑色油墨,烤干后曝光显影,所述特制修正板具体为将原来均匀的若干块修正板进行破坏,从而减少蒸镀材料的物理膜厚来实现颜色的渐变性。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种手机后盖PVD渐变色镀膜工艺,其特征在于:对修正板的破坏具体为在修正板的其中一段表面包覆带有褶皱的耐高温包覆层,从而减少蒸镀材料的物理膜厚。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种手机后盖PVD渐变色镀膜工艺,其特征在于:所述黑色油墨具体为专用黑色快干型油墨。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种手机后盖PVD渐变色镀膜工艺,其特征在于:丝印的印刷网版选择250目的聚酯网版,丝印网版的张力为24N~26N。
