背景技术
普通面粉主要是由小麦面粉制成,是我国北方大部分地区的主食,南方地区的人也经常做成各类面制品食用。具相关统计,面粉的销售总额逐年上升。众所周知,普通面粉碳水化合物含量高,经常食用面制品容易造成肥胖,特别是对于一些不能进食高碳水化合物的人群,如癫痫特殊患者、肥胖和三高人群,对于他们来说,无疑是缺少了品尝各类面制品的人生乐趣。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种桑叶面粉,本发明不仅营养丰富,还具有特殊的保健功效,易被人体吸收,适合各年龄段人群食用。
本发明提出了一种桑叶面粉,其原料按重量份包括:50-60份中筋面粉、20-30份玉米面、20-28份小麦粉、12-20份南瓜粉、8-15份薏苡仁、10-16份黑豆、15-25份桑叶、10-15份紫苏叶、6-10份茯苓。
优选地,其原料按重量份包括:52-58份中筋面粉、22-28份玉米面、22-26份小麦粉、14-18份南瓜粉、10-13份薏苡仁、12-14份黑豆、17-22份桑叶、11-14份紫苏叶、7-9份茯苓。
优选地,其原料按重量份包括:55份中筋面粉、25份玉米面、24份小麦粉、16份南瓜粉、12份薏苡仁、13份黑豆、20份桑叶、13份紫苏叶、8份茯苓。
优选地,所述桑叶面粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将中筋面粉、玉米面、小麦粉、南瓜粉混合,置于0.4-1kw的微波条件下熟化12-16min,得到预制料A;将薏苡仁、黑豆干燥粉碎混合,过100-120目筛,文火炒制12-18min,得到预制料B;将桑叶、紫苏叶、茯苓分别干燥粉碎,过80-100目筛,混合,得到预制料C;将预制料A、预制料B、预制料C混合均匀,即可得到桑叶面粉。
本发明的有益效果:本发明所述的桑叶面粉,其中,桑叶具有疏散风热、清肺润燥、清肝明目的功效,可用于风热感冒、肺热燥咳、头晕头痛、目赤昏花;紫苏叶具有解表散寒、行气和胃的功效,用于风寒感冒、咳嗽呕恶、妊娠呕吐、鱼蟹中毒;茯苓具有利水渗湿、健脾宁心的功效,用于水肿尿少、痰饮眩悸、脾虚食少、便溏泄泻、心神不安、惊悸失眠;薏苡仁味甘、淡,性微寒,归脾、胃、肺经,具有利水渗湿、祛湿除痹、健脾止泻、清热排脓的功效,用于小便不利、水肿、脚气、湿痹拘挛、湿温初起以及脾虚泄泻、肺痈、肠痈等;黑豆味甘性平,具有高蛋白、低热量的特性,黑豆基本不含胆固醇,只含植物固醇,而植物固醇不被人体吸收利用,又有抑制人体吸收胆固醇、降低胆固醇在血液中含量的作用。本发明以中筋面粉、玉米面、小麦粉、南瓜粉作为主原料,添加了桑叶以及紫苏叶、茯苓、薏苡仁、黑豆等药食同源等物质,使得本发明不仅营养丰富,还具有特殊的保健功效,本发明易被人体吸收,适合各年龄段人群食用。

将中筋面粉、玉米面、小麦粉、南瓜粉混合,置于0.4kw的微波条件下熟化16min,得到预制料A;将薏苡仁、黑豆干燥粉碎混合,过100目筛,文火炒制18min,得到预制料B;将桑叶、紫苏叶、茯苓分别干燥粉碎,过80目筛,混合,得到预制料C;将预制料A、预制料B、预制料C混合均匀,即可得到桑叶面粉。
