本发明公开了一种阳离子纤维混纺纱的纺纱及染色方法,包括以下步骤:(1)混纺纱制备;(2)预处理;(3)水洗;(4)染色。与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明的阳离子纤维与棉混纺纱条干均匀、单强 CV 值小、毛羽少,染色后混纺纱的色泽鲜艳、手感柔和、透气性好;本发明的预处理工序使用的酶可以去掉纱线中的浆料和污渍,同时使混纺纱本身得到很好的舒解,既有利于改善混纺纱的手感,又有利于染料的渗透和吸收;染色后的皂洗可保证混纺纱的色相准确,色泽更加鲜艳、牢度好、不沾色。连续性水洗可减少操作员工的重复劳动和节省时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及纱线染整领域,特别是一种阳离子纤维混纺纱的纺纱及染色方法。
背景技术
阳离子纤维是相对不昂贵的,而且兼备理想的品质例如舒适、保暖和容易制成范围广泛的颜色、图案和质地。因此阳离子纤维广泛用于各种各样的家用和商用物品。包括例如地毯、毛织物材料、室内装潢和衣服。用阳离子纤维制造的地毯是住宅应用和商业应用的普遍地板覆盖物。
阳离子纤维与棉混纺纱的均匀染色或匀染一直是一个这些年来受到许多关注的问题。在改善定纤维、织物或地毯的染色均匀性或匀染性的努力中,已经使用了特定染料和纤维的各种组合。尽管已经取得一些改善,但纺织工业,尤其地毯工业界的人士希望染色均匀性的进一步改善。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种阳离子纤维混纺纱的纺纱及染色方法,以解决现有技术中的不足,它能够使混纺纱的色泽鲜艳、手感柔和同时增加纱线的透气性。
本发明提供了一种阳离子纤维混纺纱的纺纱及染色方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)混纺纱制备:阳离子纤维经清花、梳棉、并条工序制成合格定量的生条,再在梳棉工序中运用给棉平帘积极喂入形式将阳离子纤维生条与清花后的纯棉棉卷按定量比例喂入梳棉机,纺制成含阳离子纤维的混纺生条,再经二道并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒工序,生产出含超低比例阳离子纤维的混纺纱线;
(2)预处理:将混纺纱线经过活性冷轧堆染色的轧车,在轧槽内加入酶、精炼剂、渗透剂,车速保持在30-35m/min;
(3)水洗:将预处理后的混纺纱线进行连续性水洗,车速为40m/min,水洗槽的水温从前至后依次为60℃、80℃、95℃;
(4)染色:将染料加入30%的常温水,搅拌溶解40-55分钟后制成染液,所述染料包括以下重量份数的组分:5-10份三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磺化铵、3-6份壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、15-25份2,3-二羟基萘-6-磺酸钠、2-8份环氧氯丙烷、7-10冰醋酸份、30-60份水;将还原清洗后的混纺纱线浸轧染液后进行湿蒸,然后依次用冷水洗、再用温水洗,温水洗后进行碱煮,碱煮后水洗、晾干。
优选的是,步骤(2)中所述酶、精炼剂、渗透剂的量分别为20g/L、3g/L、2g/L,轧余率为70%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明的阳离子纤维与棉混纺纱条干均匀、单强CV值小、毛羽少,染色后混纺纱的色泽鲜艳、手感柔和、透气性好;本发明的预处理工序使用的酶可以去掉纱线中的浆料和污渍,同时使混纺纱本身得到很好的舒解,既有利于改善混纺纱的手感,又有利于染料的渗透和吸收;染色后的皂洗可保证混纺纱的色相准确,色泽更加鲜艳、牢度好、不沾色。连续性水洗可减少操作员工的重复劳动和节省时间。
具体实施方式
本发明的实施例:一种阳离子纤维混纺纱的纺纱及染色方法,包括以下步骤:

1.一种阳离子纤维混纺纱的纺纱及染色方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)混纺纱制备:阳离子纤维经清花、梳棉、并条工序制成合格定量的生条,再在梳棉工序中运用给棉平帘积极喂入形式将阳离子纤维生条与清花后的纯棉棉卷按定量比例喂入梳棉机,纺制成含阳离子纤维的混纺生条,再经二道并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒工序,生产出含超低比例阳离子纤维的混纺纱线;
(2)预处理:将混纺纱线经过活性冷轧堆染色的轧车,在轧槽内加入酶、精炼剂、渗透剂,车速保持在30-35m/min;
