Abstract
本发明公开了一种阳离子纤维与棉混纺纱的染色工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)混纺纱制备;(2)预处理;(3)水洗;(4)染色。与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明的阳离子纤维与棉混纺纱条干均匀、单强CV值小、毛羽少,染色后混纺纱的色泽鲜艳、手感柔和、透气性好;本发明的预处理工序使用的酶可以去掉纱线中的浆料和污渍,同时使混纺纱本身得到很好的舒解,既有利于改善混纺纱的手感,又有利于染料的渗透和吸收;染色后的皂洗可保证混纺纱的色相准确,色泽更加鲜艳、牢度好、不沾色。连续性水洗可减少操作员工的重复劳动和节省时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及纱线染整领域,特别是一种阳离子纤维与棉混纺纱的染色工艺。
背景技术
阳离子纤维是相对不昂贵的,而且兼备理想的品质例如舒适、保暖和容易制成范围广泛的颜色、图案和质地。因此阳离子纤维广泛用于各种各样的家用和商用物品。包括例如地毯、毛织物材料、室内装潢和衣服。用阳离子纤维制造的地毯是住宅应用和商业应用的普遍地板覆盖物。
阳离子纤维与棉混纺纱的均匀染色或匀染一直是一个这些年来受到许多关注的问题。在改善定纤维、织物或地毯的染色均匀性或匀染性的努力中,已经使用了特定染料和纤维的各种组合。尽管已经取得一些改善,但纺织工业,尤其地毯工业界的人士希望染色均匀性的进一步改善。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种阳离子纤维与棉混纺纱的染色工艺,以解决现有技术中的不足,它能够使混纺纱的色泽鲜艳、手感柔和同时增加纱线的透气性。
本发明提供了一种阳离子纤维与棉混纺纱的染色工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)混纺纱制备:将阳离子纤维依次经过开清棉处理、梳针处理和梳棉处理得到阳离子纤维条子,将棉纤维依次经过抓棉机、混棉机、六辊筒开棉机、双棉箱给棉机、成卷机、梳棉机、条卷联合机和精梳机的加工得到精梳棉条,将阳离子纤维条子和精梳棉条依次经过三道并条机、粗纱机、细纱机和络筒机,得到阳离子纤维与棉混纺纱;
(2)预处理:将阳离子纤维与棉混纺纱经过活性冷轧堆染色的轧车,在轧槽内加入酶、精炼剂、渗透剂,车速保持在30-35m/min;
(3)水洗:将预处理后的阳离子纤维与棉混纺纱布进行连续性水洗,车速为40m/min,水洗槽的水温从前至后依次为60℃、80℃、95℃;
(4)染色:按照1:15-1:20 的浴比向染色机中加入工业用纯净水,布沿水流方向循环运行,将染色机内的水升温,当水温升至45-55℃时,分别加入分散螯合剂、匀染剂1g/L,再以1.5-2.5℃ /min 的速度升温至65-75℃时,加入染料,再加入冰醋酸至染液的pH 值为4.5-5.0,再以1- 2℃ /min 的速度升温至130℃,所述的染色机内的压力为0.38-0.40MPa,继续在循环条件下保温30-40 分钟,保温结束后再以1.2-1.8℃ /分的速度降温至70-75℃,排掉染液,再加入皂洗剂进行多次皂洗,直至水清。
优选的是,步骤(1)中所述阳离子纤维条子与精梳棉条的重量比为(2-4):1。
优选的是,步骤(2)中所述酶、精炼剂、渗透剂的量分别为20g/L、3g/L、2g/L,轧余率为70%。
优选的是,步骤(4)中所述洗温度为80-90℃,每次皂洗时间为15-20 分钟,所述皂洗剂的用量为1g/L。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明的阳离子纤维与棉混纺纱条干均匀、单强CV值小、毛羽少,染色后混纺纱的色泽鲜艳、手感柔和、透气性好;本发明的预处理工序使用的酶可以去掉纱线中的浆料和污渍,同时使混纺纱本身得到很好的舒解,既有利于改善混纺纱的手感,又有利于染料的渗透和吸收;染色后的皂洗可保证混纺纱的色相准确,色泽更加鲜艳、牢度好、不沾色。连续性水洗可减少操作员工的重复劳动和节省时间。
具体实施方式
本发明的实施例:一种阳离子纤维与棉混纺纱的染色工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)混纺纱制备:将阳离子纤维依次经过开清棉处理、梳针处理和梳棉处理得到阳离子纤维条子,将棉纤维依次经过抓棉机、混棉机、六辊筒开棉机、双棉箱给棉机、成卷机、梳棉机、条卷联合机和精梳机的加工得到精梳棉条,将阳离子纤维条子和精梳棉条依次经过三道并条机、粗纱机、细纱机和络筒机,得到阳离子纤维与棉混纺纱;
(2)预处理:将阳离子纤维与棉混纺纱经过活性冷轧堆染色的轧车,在轧槽内加入酶、精炼剂、渗透剂,车速保持在30-35m/min;
(3)水洗:将预处理后的阳离子纤维与棉混纺纱布进行连续性水洗,车速为40m/min,水洗槽的水温从前至后依次为60℃、80℃、95℃;
(4)染色:按照1:15-1:20 的浴比向染色机中加入工业用纯净水,布沿水流方向循环运行,将染色机内的水升温,当水温升至45-55℃时,分别加入分散螯合剂、匀染剂1g/L,再以1.5-2.5℃ /min 的速度升温至65-75℃时,加入染料,再加入冰醋酸至染液的pH 值为4.5-5.0,再以1- 2℃ /min 的速度升温至130℃,所述的染色机内的压力为0.38-0.40MPa,继续在循环条件下保温30-40 分钟,保温结束后再以1.2-1.8℃ /分的速度降温至70-75℃,排掉染液,再加入皂洗剂进行多次皂洗,直至水清。
步骤(1)中所述阳离子纤维条子与精梳棉条的重量比为(2-4):1。
步骤(2)中所述酶、精炼剂、渗透剂的量分别为20g/L、3g/L、2g/L,轧余率为70%。
步骤(4)中所述洗温度为80-90℃,每次皂洗时间为15-20 分钟,所述皂洗剂的用量为1g/L。

1.一种阳离子纤维与棉混纺纱的染色工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)混纺纱制备:将阳离子纤维依次经过开清棉处理、梳针处理和梳棉处理得到阳离子纤维条子,将棉纤维依次经过抓棉机、混棉机、六辊筒开棉机、双棉箱给棉机、成卷机、梳棉机、条卷联合机和精梳机的加工得到精梳棉条,将阳离子纤维条子和精梳棉条依次经过三道并条机、粗纱机、细纱机和络筒机,得到阳离子纤维与棉混纺纱;
(2)预处理:将阳离子纤维与棉混纺纱经过活性冷轧堆染色的轧车,在轧槽内加入酶、精炼剂、渗透剂,车速保持在30-35m/min;
