Abstract
一种涤包氨纶弹力纱上浆工艺,涉及纺织生产技术领域,本发明主要从调整倒筒横动和筒子角度、车速,在整经机加装单纱张力稳定器,浆纱机的锡林和烘筒分别采用特氟隆防粘层进行包裹,对浆料配方优选涤纶包氨纶纱线集束性好的聚丙烯酰胺类浆料,短纤浆纱机各区张力加大,浆纱时浆槽温度采用常温等入手,以保证涤包氨纶弹力面料的生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织生产技术领域,特别是涤包氨纶弹力纱的上浆工艺。
背景技术
通常涤包氨纶生产此类品种需要长丝专用浆纱机才可以生产。
而目前在短纤浆纱机上生产的品种都是纤维长度小于58mm的短纤纱线,因为短纤浆纱机工艺路线长,锡林烘筒光洁度不够,生产长丝包氨纶品种容易出现破丝、爆丝、露丝等问题,织物无法正常生产。
发明内容
本发明目提是提出一种在现有整经机和短纤浆纱机上实现涤包氨纶弹力纱的上浆生产工艺。
本发明包括依次进行的倒筒、整经和浆纱工序,其特征在于倒筒时,横动为147mm,筒子角度为80°,倒筒车速为500m/min;整经时,整经机加装单纱张力稳定器,整经车速为500m/min;浆纱时,浆料为聚丙烯酰胺类浆料,排筘为1根1筘,对浆纱机的锡林和烘筒分别采用特氟隆防粘层进行包裹,以一组锡林进行预烘,单浆槽生产,浆槽采用常温30℃,压力为25/20KN,锡林温度起机时不加温,开机正常后锡林温度按回潮率1~1.5%设定,车速20~30m/min;张力:入纱张力0.6%,湿区张力0.9%,干区张力2400N。
本发明主要从调整倒筒横动和筒子角度、车速,在整经机加装单纱张力稳定器,浆纱机的锡林和烘筒分别采用特氟隆防粘层进行包裹,对浆料配方优选涤纶包氨纶纱线集束性好的聚丙烯酰胺类浆料,短纤浆纱机各区张力加大,浆纱时浆槽温度采用常温等入手,以保证涤包氨纶弹力面料的生产。
涤包氨纶弾力纱的上浆主要是使纱线在表面包裹一层光滑、柔韧而牢固的浆膜,以增加纱线的抱合力和耐磨性能,使之能够承受织造过程中的各种摩擦力和张力,使织造生产在优质高产的要求下顺利进行。
本发明的关键点:
1、在短纤浆纱机生产涤包氨纶弹力纱,所有通道烘筒、导辊上不能有毛刺。
2、各区张力控制偏大控制,保证纱线在各个区域平直不起绞。
3、浆纱排筘时采用1根1筘的原则,确保干区纱片不绞头断头。
4、短纤浆纱机生产长丝品种车速不高,要适当提高蒸汽压力。
5、上浆所使用的浆料选择聚丙烯酰胺类粘合剂。
进一步地,所述聚丙烯酰胺类浆料由聚丙烯酰胺、抗静电剂和水组成,其中,聚丙烯酰胺占聚丙烯酰胺类浆料的质量比为20~25%,抗静电剂占聚丙烯酰胺类浆料的质量比为1~5%。此配方所用的聚丙烯酰胺在涤包氨纶上浆的过程中,具有优异的聚合集束能力,加之抗静电剂可以消除生产过程中的静电防止纱线暴丝、破丝、露丝现象。
更优的抗静电剂占聚丙烯酰胺类浆料的质量比为1.49%。
具体实施方式
一、原纱参数:
1、75D/40D涤包氨纶;
2、网络点个数2~3个/cm;
3、原纱牵伸倍数2.5;
4、原纱用手力拉后不散丝。
二、上浆工艺:
(一)倒筒:
1、毛筒的准备:挑选好的筒壳,用60X批纬纱匀筒1200米厚度达4~5mm的脚子筒子;
2、为防攀头、网筒的现象发生,倒筒工艺参数调整横动154mm调整为147mm,筒子角度85°调整为80°;
3、防破丝、露丝,倒筒车速降500m/min。
(二)整经:
1、对整经轴边子毛刺进行把关,边子各加两根杂纱边子,保证整经轴两边无毛刺;
2、整经机加装单纱张力稳定器;
3、对纱线通道脐眼、张力片、探纱杆等处及时进行飞绒清理;
4、控制车速500m/min。
(三)浆纱:
1、浆纱排筘时采用1根1筘的原则,确保干区纱片不绞头。
2、浆料配方:
聚丙烯酰胺:100kg;抗静电剂:5kg;水:230kg。
3、缩短纱路工艺路线:
开单浆槽生产,预烘只走一组锡林。
4、对浆纱机的锡林和烘筒分别采用特氟隆防粘层进行包裹。
5、浆纱工艺参数:
浆槽温度不加温,采用常温30℃,压力设定25/20KN,锡林温度起机时暂不加温,开机正常后锡林温度按回潮率1~1.5%设定,车速20~30m/min;张力:入纱张力0.6%,湿区张力0.9%,干区张力2400N。
操作注意要点:各区张力控制偏大控制,保证纱线在各个区域平直不起绞。
三、经过以上工艺,涤包氨纶弹力纱上机后效果达到预期效果,结果见下表:

可见,本发明未对设备升级换代,仅对现有设备改造和操作工艺资源的整合,利用现有整经机和短纤浆纱机实现的对涤包氨纶弹力纱上浆生产,保障了涤包氨纶弹力面料的顺利生产。

1.一种涤包氨纶弹力纱上浆工艺,包括依次进行的倒筒、整经和浆纱工序,其特征在于倒筒时,横动为147mm,筒子角度为80°,倒筒车速为500m/min;整经时,整经机加装单纱张力稳定器,整经车速为500m/min;浆纱时,浆料为聚丙烯酰胺类浆料,排筘为1根1筘,对浆纱机的锡林和烘筒分别采用特氟隆防粘层进行包裹,以一组锡林进行预烘,单浆槽生产,浆槽采用常温30℃,压力为25/20KN,锡林温度起机时不加温,开机正常后锡林温度按回潮率1~1.5%设定,车速20~30m/min;张力:入纱张力0.6%,湿区张力0.9%,干区张力2400N。
2.根据权利要求1所述涤包氨纶弹力纱上浆工艺,其特征在于所述聚丙烯酰胺类浆料由聚丙烯酰胺、抗静电剂和水组成,其中,聚丙烯酰胺占聚丙烯酰胺类浆料的质量比为20~25%,抗静电剂占聚丙烯酰胺类浆料的质量比为1~5%。
3.根据权利要求2所述涤包氨纶弹力纱上浆工艺,其特征在于所述抗静电剂占聚丙烯酰胺类浆料的质量比为1.49%。
