适于短纤浆纱机上浆的锦纶长丝弹力纱处理工艺,涉及机织用锦纶长丝弹力纱的上浆技术领域。整经时,在整经机上采用小V型柱式张力器筒子架,所述张力器的张力片克重为2.6g,单纱张力9g;采用短纤浆纱机进行上浆,上浆时浆料中包括低聚合度的PVA和聚丙烯酸酯类粘合剂,浆料温度为50~60℃,上浆时纱线在各个区域平直不起绞。采用本发明工艺,方便了采用短纤浆纱机对锦纶长丝弹力纱进行上浆,有效地避了刮丝、破丝现象,还能保证锦纶长丝弹力面料的后续正常生产。

Description

适于短纤浆纱机上浆的锦纶长丝弹力纱处理工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及机织用锦纶长丝弹力纱的上浆技术领域。
背景技术
在机织织造工艺中,目前在短纤浆纱机上生产的品种都是纤维长度小于58mm的短纤纱线,而生产锦纶长丝弹力纱此类品种需要长丝专用浆纱机才可以生产。现有短纤浆纱机工艺路线长,锡林烘筒光洁度不够,导辊多,生产锦纶长丝弹力纱时品种时容易刮丝、破丝现象,无法正常生产。
如采用长丝专用浆纱机对锦纶长丝弹力纱实行上浆,则存在以下问题:
1、上浆率过大,不仅丝的表面浆膜过厚,容易造成落浆,而且浆丝发毛,不易织造;
2、浆丝时回潮控制不好容易有粘搭的现象,使织造难以进行;
3、浆纱上浆烘干后,容易产生静电,锦纶长丝容易断头。
发明内容
本发明目的是提出一种可充分利用短纤浆纱机对锦纶长丝弹力纱进行高效、优质上浆的处理工艺。
本发明包括依次对锦纶长丝弹力纱进行倒筒、整经和上浆,其特征在于:整经时,在整经机上采用小V型柱式张力器筒子架,所述张力器的张力片克重为2.6g,单纱张力9g;采用短纤浆纱机进行上浆,上浆时浆料中包括低聚合度的PVA和聚丙烯酸酯类粘合剂,浆料温度为50~60℃,上浆时纱线在各个区域平直不起绞。
通过以上工艺的调整,可以实现采用短纤浆纱机对锦纶长丝弹力纱进行上浆,有效地避了刮丝、破丝现象,还能保证锦纶长丝弹力面料的后续正常生产。
其中,整经时,在整经机上采用小V型柱式张力器筒子架,并选用克重为2.6g的张力器的张力片,9g的单纱张力,可使整经的单纱张力均匀,整经轴上经纱排列均匀,轴面平整度好,左中右的硬度一致性高;对于浆纱,整经张力的均匀直接保证了浆纱片纱的均匀,减少浆纱生产过程中绕浆槽、绕导辊、断头的现象。
上浆时浆料中包括低聚合度的PVA和聚丙烯酸酯类粘合剂,该配方中聚丙烯酸酯类对锦纶长丝弹力纱的束性好,可有效避免后续工艺出现的散纱、刮丝、破丝现象。
浆料温度为50~60℃,为中温上浆,可保持锦纶长丝的弹性,便于后续织造和成品的服用。
上浆时纱线在各个区域平直不起绞,能保证生产过程中干区绞棒处锦纶纱不跑层、不断头;同时,对于后道工序织造减少倒断头、少头、借头现象,保证布面品质。
另外,本发明还在所述短纤浆纱机的锡林烘筒外包裹特氟隆防粘涂层,可以防止浆丝黏烘筒、造成浆丝粘并;并且对于后道工序织造减少并头、双经、纱片粘搭现象,保证布面品质。
具体实施方式
一、原纱70D锦纶长丝弹力纱及其参数:
1、网络点个数3~4个/cm。
2、原纱用手力拉后不散丝。
3、锦纶弹力纱强力≥320cn。
二、倒筒工艺:
1、为防攀头、网筒的产生,倒筒工艺参数调整横动154mm调整为127mm,筒子角度85°调整为75°。
2、防破丝,倒筒车速降400m/min。
三、整经工艺:
1、在整经机上采用小V型柱式张力器筒子架,其中张力片克重2.6g,单纱张力9g。

2、对纱线通道脐眼、张力片、探纱杆等处飞绒清理,降车速400m/min生产。
3、对整经轴边子毛刺进行把关,边子各加两根纯棉纱边子。
四、上浆工艺:
采用短纤浆纱机,设备要求:所有通道烘筒、导辊上锈斑、毛刺沟痕不能有。其中锡林烘筒外包裹特氟隆防粘涂层。
1、浆料配方配比:
低聚合度PVA 50kg
聚丙烯酸酯 100kg
抗静电剂 5kg
2、缩短纱路工艺路线:开单浆槽生产,不走预烘锡林。
3、浆纱工艺参数:
浆槽中浆料温度50~60℃,压力设定20/15KN,锡林温度起机时暂不加温,开机正常后锡林温度按回潮率2~2.5%设定,车速30~40m/min,张力参考值:入纱张力0.8%,湿区张力0.6%,干区张力1800N。
4、操作注意要点:①各区张力控制偏大控制,保证纱线在各个区域平直不起绞;②浆纱排筘时采用1根1筘的原则,确保干区纱片不绞头。
五、结果:
经过对前道准备工序设备及工艺的调整,锦纶长丝弹力纱上机后效果达到预期效果:

本发明技术创新是在未对设备升级换代,仅对现有部分设备进行操作工艺资源的整合,即实现了有效的创新,实现了在短纤浆纱机对锦纶长丝弹力纱进行上浆的目的。

1.适于短纤浆纱机上浆的锦纶长丝弹力纱处理工艺,包括依次对锦纶长丝弹力纱进行倒筒、整经和上浆,其特征在于:整经时,在整经机上采用小V型柱式张力器筒子架,所述张力器的张力片克重为2.6g,单纱张力9g;采用短纤浆纱机进行上浆,上浆时浆料中包括低聚合度的PVA和聚丙烯酸酯类粘合剂,浆料温度为50~60℃,上浆时纱线在各个区域平直不起绞。
2.根据权利要求1所述处理工艺,其特征在于:所述短纤浆纱机的锡林烘筒外包裹特氟隆防粘涂层。
