本发明涉及一种养生型蜂蜜姜枣膏的加工方法。
背景技术
红枣又名“大枣”,维生素含量非常高,具有滋阴补阳、补血的功效;本草纲目中记载“枣味甘、性温,能补中益气、养血生津,用于治疗脾虚弱、食少便糖、气血亏虚等疾病”。生姜具有强烈的辛辣气味,向来被中医认定为"风邪"的克星,祛风散寒。 大枣生姜汤具有很好的温阳、益气、养血作用,特别最适合女性食用。
目前,市面上的生姜红枣膏一般是用生姜、红枣和红糖熬制而成,选料偏重于补血,功效比较单一,并且生姜使用量较大,部分消费者无法接受生姜的辛辣气味。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种养生型蜂蜜姜枣膏的加工方法,具有补气养血,美容养颜,特别适合女性人群饮用。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种养生型蜂蜜姜枣膏的加工方法,其具体步骤如下:
(1)姜汁提取
按照重量份数计,将生姜1份用3份水熬制,3份水熬制成1份水时,过滤,得到姜汁;
(2)养生型蜂蜜姜枣膏的制作
先将红枣放在清水里洗净,然后去掉枣核切片;将桑椹、树莓清洗干净,摘掉果蒂;按照重量份数计,将6份-8份枣片、1份-2份桑椹和2份-3份树莓,加入5份-6份蜂蜜和5份-6份生姜汁中,放入锅中,小火熬制至粘稠状,得到养生型蜂蜜姜枣膏。
进一步的,步骤(2)制作养生型蜂蜜姜枣膏时,还加入0.5份-1份麦芽糖浆。
进一步的,步骤(2)制作养生型蜂蜜姜枣膏时,还加入0.5份-1份枸杞。
本发明的有效果是:
以古方姜汁和大枣为原料,外加桑椹、树莓等补肾食品,制成蜂蜜姜枣膏,服用方便,冲泡即饮,膏体粘稠,外观、颜色、质地均匀,无分层现象,在姜汁中加入蜂蜜,既可以保留产品的甜香味道,又可以掩盖姜汁的辛辣味道,特别适合女性人群饮用,美容养颜,调理身体,保健养生。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)姜汁提取
将1kg生姜用3kg水熬制,3倍水熬制成1倍水时,过滤,得到姜汁;
(2)养生型蜂蜜姜枣膏的制作
先将红枣放在清水里洗净,然后去掉枣核切片,得到枣片;将桑椹、树莓清洗干净,摘掉果蒂;将6kg枣片、2kg桑椹和2kg树莓,加入6kg蜂蜜和5kg生姜汁中,放入锅中,小火熬制至粘稠状,得到养生型蜂蜜姜枣膏。

食用方法:冲水饮用,每天养生型蜂蜜姜枣膏饮用量不得超过50g。
