本发明公开了一种灵芝孢子粉蛋白冲剂的制备方法,在灵芝即将喷射孢子粉时,收集孢子粉,经超微粉碎机粉碎,气流粉碎,加热烘干后与食品级乳酸、胶原蛋白、蜂蜜蛋白混匀,低温负压干燥或进行膨化,加入适量辅料与润湿剂制成软膏再采用挤压式制粒法,先制成显颗粒状用容器盛装,烘干、过筛,取合格颗粒分装即得灵芝孢子粉蛋白冲剂。本发明通过收集灵芝孢子粉,进行粉碎、膨化、制成冲剂,使得制备的灵芝孢子粉冲剂口感甘甜,溶解性与吸收率更高,可快速补充蛋白质,健康高效。

技术领域
本发明涉及食用菌生产技术领域,具体涉及一种灵芝孢子粉蛋白冲剂的制备方法。
背景技术
灵芝是我国传统的菌类珍品,享有“仙草”美誉。灵芝又称灵芝草、仙草,别称赤芝、红芝、木灵芝、菌灵芝、万年蕈、灵芝草,是多孔菌科植物赤芝或紫芝的全株,为多孔菌科真菌灵芝的子实体。外形呈伞状,菌盖肾形、半圆形或近圆形。《神农本草经》和《本草纲目》即详细记载了灵芝的药效及功能。灵芝已作为药物正式被国家药典收载,是国家批准的新资源食品,可药食两用。灵芝作为拥有数千年药用历史的中国传统珍贵药材,具有补气安神,止咳平喘的功效,用于眩晕不眠,心悸气短,虚劳咳喘。灵芝具备很高的药用价值,灵芝孢子粉是灵芝生长成熟期从菌盖弹射出来极其细小的孢子,为灵芝的生殖细胞。大量的实验证实孢子粉具有较强的抗肿瘤、免疫调节、调节血脂血糖的功效以及对神经系统、心血管和呼吸系统有调节改善作用而受到社会大众的追捧。
发明内容
本发明提供一种灵芝孢子粉蛋白冲剂的制备方法,本发明通过收集灵芝孢子粉,进行粉碎、膨化、制成冲剂,使得制备的灵芝孢子粉冲剂口感甘甜,溶解性与吸收率更高,可快速补充蛋白质,健康高效。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种灵芝孢子粉蛋白冲剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)灵芝孢子粉采集
在灵芝开盖生长,即将喷射孢子粉时,使用容器与器具进行收集,孢子粉采收完毕后重新调整灵芝的生长环境的温度与湿度,使得灵芝健康生长;
(2)粉碎
将步骤(1)采集的灵芝孢子粉干燥后,经超微粉碎机粉碎,在超微粉碎机中加入液氮,使体系温度为-190℃,进行超微粉碎,再经气流粉碎到平均粒径,然后将灵芝孢子粉加热烘干至所含水分小于0.5%;
(3)膨化
向步骤(2)所得的粉末加入食品级乳酸、胶原蛋白与蜂蜜蛋白在30-40℃混合均匀后,在温度0-30℃、负压0.20-0.50pa条件下干低温负压干燥,调整湿度后放入预热的膨化机,设置温度与压力,进行膨化,得到膨化粉末;
(4)软膏冲剂
将步骤(3)所得膨化粉末加入适量辅料,混合均匀,加入润湿剂制成软膏再采用挤压式制粒法,先制成显颗粒状用容器盛装,烘干、过筛,取合格颗粒分装即得灵芝孢子粉蛋白冲剂。
所述干燥方式为冷冻干燥、真空干燥或喷雾干燥。
所述的辅料为蔗糖或糊精。
所述润湿剂选自乙醇、丙二醇、甘油、聚乙二醇200-400、吐温-80中的一种或几种。
所述的膨化设置压力与温度为5-15MPa以及100-180℃。

本发明在灵芝即将喷射孢子粉时,收集孢子粉,经超微粉碎机粉碎,气流粉碎,加热烘干后与食品级乳酸、胶原蛋白、蜂蜜蛋白混匀,低温负压干燥或进行膨化,加入适量辅料与润湿剂制成软膏再采用挤压式制粒法,先制成显颗粒状用容器盛装,烘干、过筛,取合格颗粒分装即得灵芝孢子粉蛋白冲剂。本发明及时进行收集孢子粉,使得灵芝孢子粉的损失小,纯度高,效率高,低温粉碎后使得灵芝孢子粉内部的纤维断裂,活性物质在不被破坏的情况下溢出,之后制成的冲剂效果更佳,将灵芝孢子粉与食品级乳酸、胶原蛋白、蜂蜜蛋白混匀进行混合,能够提高灵芝孢子粉及其它营养物质的溶解性,从而易于消化吸收,提高了吸收率,蜂蜜蛋白使得后续制得的冲剂口感甘甜,提供所需的蛋白质和糖原,补充体内蛋白质。在膨化过程当中,与灵芝孢子粉组分相互作用,根据相加效果,可以显著改善膨化后的灵芝孢子粉的健康功能。本发明通过收集灵芝孢子粉,进行粉碎、膨化、制成冲剂,使得制备的灵芝孢子粉冲剂口感甘甜,溶解性与吸收率更高,可快速补充蛋白质,健康高效。
具体实施方式
一种灵芝孢子粉蛋白冲剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)灵芝孢子粉采集
在灵芝开盖生长,即将喷射孢子粉时,使用容器与器具进行收集,孢子粉采收完毕后重新调整灵芝的生长环境的温度与湿度,使得灵芝健康生长;
(2)粉碎
将步骤(1)采集的灵芝孢子粉干燥后,经超微粉碎机粉碎,在超微粉碎机中加入液氮,使体系温度为-190℃,进行超微粉碎,再经气流粉碎到平均粒径,然后将灵芝孢子粉加热烘干至所含水分小于0.5%;
(3)膨化
向步骤(2)所得的粉末加入食品级乳酸、胶原蛋白与蜂蜜蛋白在30-40℃混合均匀后,在温度0-30℃、负压0.20-0.50pa条件下干低温负压干燥,调整湿度后放入预热的膨化机,设置温度与压力,进行膨化,得到膨化粉末;
(4)软膏冲剂
将步骤(3)所得膨化粉末加入适量辅料,混合均匀,加入润湿剂制成软膏再采用挤压式制粒法,先制成显颗粒状用容器盛装,烘干、过筛,取合格颗粒分装即得灵芝孢子粉蛋白冲剂。
所述干燥方式为冷冻干燥。
所述的辅料为蔗糖。
所述润湿剂为甘油。
所述的膨化设置压力与温度为10MPa以及150℃。

1.一种灵芝孢子粉蛋白冲剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
灵芝孢子粉采集
在灵芝开盖生长,即将喷射孢子粉时,使用容器与器具进行收集,孢子粉采收完毕后重新调整灵芝的生长环境的温度与湿度,使得灵芝健康生长;
粉碎
将步骤(1)采集的灵芝孢子粉干燥后,经超微粉碎机粉碎,在超微粉碎机中加入液氮,使体系温度为-190℃,进行超微粉碎,再经气流粉碎到平均粒径,然后将灵芝孢子粉加热烘干至所含水分小于0.5%;
(3)膨化
