一种灵芝核桃营养粉,其特征在于,所述营养粉组分按照质量如下:胶原蛋白10-20份、玉米粉15-25份、可可粉10-20份、蛋白糖5-15份,黑豆2-5 份,枸杞11-15份,灵芝孢子粉5-10份,所述灵芝孢子粉为破壁后的灵芝孢子粉。
