背景技术
面包是人们非常喜爱的一种食品,随着人们生活水平的提高,人们也越来越注意食品的营养和保健功效,现在市售面包虽然口味多样,但是普遍达不到营养和保健的要求,针对上述弊端,本发明选择多种美容养颜的食物为原料,研制出一种消脂养颜面包,采用全天然、低热、高营养的减肥食物为原料,经过现代科学计算方法调制出具有食疗作用、调节营养平衡、消除多余脂肪、分解转化、通过热量吸收负平衡,实现减肥,其具有美白养颜的功能,使得面包不再是简单的快餐,只能解决温饱,其增加了面包的营养价值,使得面包具有养颜美白的作用,进一步扩大了面包的销售范围。

本发明提出一种消脂养颜面包,不仅口味香甜,营养丰富,而且美容养颜,强身健体。

一种消脂养颜面包,按照重量份数计算,包括如下原料:低筋面粉80-120份、干酵母2-4份、红糖10-20份、魔芋精粉25-35份、鸡蛋10-20份、天然奶油5-15份、香菇20-40份、芦荟15-25份、益母草5-7份、山楂粉10-20份、水40-50份。
进一步,按照重量份数计算,包括如下原料:低筋面粉80份、干酵母2份、红糖10份、魔芋精粉25份、鸡蛋10份、天然奶油5份、香菇20份、芦荟15份、益母草5份、山楂粉10份、水40份。
进一步,按照重量份数计算,包括如下原料:低筋面粉100份、干酵母3份、红糖15份、魔芋精粉30份、鸡蛋15份、天然奶油10份、香菇30份、芦荟20份、益母草6份、山楂粉15份、水45份。
