Abstract
本发明提供了一种中药冻干粉及其制备方法,制备基本工艺包括:第一步原浆制备,将桑椹20~40份、猕猴桃15~30份、沙棘10~20份、刺梨10~20、黑枸杞5~10份、枸杞子5~10份、无花果5~10份分别打浆、过滤后混匀;第二步冻干,先预冻:控制物料厚度8~10mm,温度‑10~‑50℃,时间1.5~2小时;再升华:控制物料厚度8~10mm,干燥时压强80~90Pa,加热板温度65~75℃,至物料水分控制在5%以内;第三步粉碎,将冻干后的果粉进行粉碎细化得到质量均一的粉末状果粉。具有原料利用率高、色香味好、营养损失很少、复水性好,容易储存、方便携带、更具有产品本身的天然属性的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及中药饮片加工技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种中药冻干粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
猕猴桃,也称奇异果,果形一般为椭圆状,早期外观呈绿褐色,成熟后呈红褐色,表皮覆盖浓密绒毛。猕猴桃除含有猕猴桃碱、蛋白水解酶、单宁果胶和糖类等有机物,以及钙、钾、硒、锌、锗等微量元素和人体所需17种氨基酸外,还含有丰富的维生素C、葡萄酸、果糖、柠檬酸、苹果酸、脂肪。
桑椹,《本草纲目》等多种医药典籍中对桑椹的药用价值和用法有详尽的阐述,桑椹性味甘寒,具有补肝益肾、生津润燥、乌发明目等功效。桑葚是一种利尿、保健、消暑的鲜果,主治因阴血不足所引起的耳鸣心悸、头晕目眩、腰膝酸软、烦躁失眠、须发早白、大便干结,消渴口干等症。
沙棘,药食同源。味酸、涩,性温。归脾、胃、肺、心经。具有健脾消食、止咳祛痰、活血散瘀的功效。主要用于治疗脾虚食少、食积腹痛、咳嗽痰多、胸痹心痛、瘀血经闭、跌扑瘀肿等症。
刺梨,为蔷薇科植物缫丝花的果实,又名茨梨、木梨子,是滋补健身的营养珍果。刺梨中含有非常丰富的维生素C,可促进抗体的形成,发挥抗炎、抗过敏作用。维生素C与亚硝酸胺类等具有烷化剂物质相互作用,使亚硝酸失去致癌作用。摄入丰富的维生素C可使坏血病得以治疗。此外,刺梨中含有丰富的超氧化物岐化酶(SOD),食用刺梨鲜果及加工品可提高人体内SOD的活动,降低过氧化脂质(LPO),有明显的抗衰老作用。含有的维生素B1(硫胺酸)和维生素B2(核黄素)是中国人食谱中最缺乏的维生素,可以有效治疗脚气和口炎症。含有的胡萝卜素是维生素A的前身并具其生理活性,服用刺梨汁可治疗维生素A的缺乏症。另外,刺梨能健脾助消化,并具有阿托品的解痛作用。
黑枸杞,味甘、性平,富含蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、游离氨基酸、有机酸、矿物质、微量元素、生物碱、维生素C、B1、B2等各种营养成分。而且含有红枸杞不含的丰富的黑果色素—天然原花青素,其花青素含量超过蓝莓(黑果枸杞含花青素3690mg/100g;蓝莓含花青素330~3380mg/100g)。黑枸杞是迄今为止发现原花青素含量最高的天然野生果实,也是最有效的天然抗氧化剂,其功效是VC的20倍、VE的50倍,其维生素、矿物质等营养成分含量也很丰富,尤其含具有清除自由基、抗氧化功能的天然的花色甙素。
枸杞子,果实含枸杞多糖,又含甜菜碱、阿托品、天仙子胺;另含玉蜀黍黄素、酸浆红素、隐黄质、东莨菪素、胡萝卜素、核黄素、烟酸、维生素B1、B2及C,还含有氨基酸:天冬氨酸、脯氨酸、丙氨酸、亮氨酸等。枸杞子有增强非特异性免疫功能、降血糖、补肾等作用。
无花果中,每100g含有热量66kcal,蛋白质1.6g,碳水化合物16g,脂肪0.2g,膳食纤维3g,钙67mg,铁0.1mg,钠5.5mg,钾212g,不含饱和脂肪酸和胆固醇。作为中药,味甘,性凉。入肺、胃、大肠经。具有清热生津、健脾开胃、解毒消肿的功效。可以有效治疗咽喉肿痛、燥咳声嘶、乳汁稀少、肠热便秘、食欲不振、消化不良、泄泻、痢疾、痈肿、癣疾等症。
现有技术中,将多汁的水果制备为果汁,对猕猴桃鲜果的研究主要是做成冻干果片,枸杞、黑枸杞多进行风干,然后冲泡饮用。上述方法均不利于营养的充分吸收,同时限制了原料在药品上的应用。并且,营养单一,未见搭配桑椹、沙棘、无花果和刺梨等提高免疫力的中药。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的第一目的在于提供一种中药冻干粉,以解决上述问题。所述的中药冻干粉,采用鲜果磨浆为原料,并采用真空冷冻干燥技术,可以最大限度的保证鲜果的有效成分和营养成分不受到破坏,同时保持鲜果原有色、香、味。具有原料利用率高、色香味好、营养损失很少、复水性好、容易储存、方便携带等优点,产品更具有原料本身的天然属性,是健康环保的绿色食品。并且,该中药冻干粉首次将桑椹、猕猴桃、沙棘、刺梨、无花果、黑枸杞、枸杞子混合,药用成分更全面,保健效果更突出,可以有效增加机体免疫力。
本发明的第二目的在于提供一种所述的中药冻干粉的制备方法,该方法包括原料验收、清洗和挑选、破碎、打浆、过滤、混匀、冻干、粉碎、分装等步骤,采用真空冷冻干燥技术结合超微粉碎技术,实现了桑椹、猕猴桃、沙棘、刺梨、无花果、黑枸杞、枸杞子的全效利用。采用该方法所制备的中药冻干粉,颗粒小、比表面积大、口感细腻、吸收快、用途广泛、可直接作为中药饮片食用,也可作为其他食品、保健品、药品、化妆品的原配料。并且,该方法操作简单,易于生产,适合规模化生产和广泛应用。

一种中药冻干粉,主要由以下组份制备而成:
桑椹20~40份、猕猴桃15~30份、沙棘10~20份、刺梨10~20、黑枸杞5~10份、枸杞子5~10份和无花果5~10份。
优选的,所述的中药冻干粉,主要由以下组份制备而成:
桑椹25~35份、猕猴桃20~25份、沙棘12~18份、刺梨12~18、黑枸杞6~8份、枸杞子6~8份和无花果6~8份。
所述的中药冻干粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将原料分别破碎,得到果块,将果块打磨得到果浆,将各种果浆混合得到复合果浆,过滤复合果浆,然后进行冻干,至物料水分控制在5%以内得到果粉,然后将果粉粉碎细化、过筛,得到该中药冻干粉。
优选的,在所述将原料分别破碎的步骤之前,还包括:将猕猴桃去皮,将桑椹、刺梨、沙棘、黑枸杞、枸杞子、无花果去蒂的步骤。
优选的,在所述将猕猴桃去皮,将桑椹、刺梨、沙棘、黑枸杞、枸杞子、无花果去蒂的步骤之前,还包括:清洗和挑选的步骤;
更优选的,所述清洗和挑选的过程,具体包括以下步骤:剔出未成熟、破损或变质腐烂的原料,用流动水将果实表面清洗干净。
优选的,所述过滤复合果浆的滤网目数为100~140目,优选的目数为120~140目。
优选的,所述过筛果粉的目数为60目。
所述冻干的过程,具体包括预冻、升华和干燥,其中:所述预冻的温度在-10~-50℃范围内,所述干燥为加热至65~75℃温度下进行干燥。
优选的,所述预冻的过程中,控制物料厚度为8~10mm,预冻的时间为1.5~2小时。
优选的,所述干燥的过程中,控制物料厚度为8~10mm,干燥时的压强为80~90Pa。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:

本申请中,桑椹性味甘、酸、寒,具有滋阴补血、生津润燥等功效。桑椹是一种利尿、保健、消暑的鲜果,具有防癌抗癌、健脾胃、助消化、降血脂的功效。桑椹中富含的脂肪酸、苹果酸、鞣酸等多种营养物质,能够有效的帮助我们体内的蛋白质、脂肪及淀粉的消化。桑椹籽中含有的脂肪酸,主要由亚油酸和油酸组成,具有防止血管硬化、降低血脂、分解脂肪等作用。
猕猴桃味酸、甘,性寒。入胃、肝、肾经。具有解热、止渴、健胃、通淋的功效。主治烦热、消渴、肺热干咳、消化不良、湿热黄疸、石淋、痔疮等症。猕猴桃中富含的维生素C作为一种抗氧化剂,能够有效抑制硝化反应,防止癌症发生。猕猴桃亦是滋补强壮之品,其中的营养物质可明显提高肌体活性,促进新陈代谢,协调肌体机能,阻断致癌物质,增强体质,延缓衰老,还可降低血脂和血压,对心脑血管疾病、癌症、消化道疾病、胃病、糖尿病、肝炎、尿道结石等多种常见病均有良好的防治效果。
沙棘果,归脾、胃、肺、心经。具有健脾消食、止咳祛痰、活血散瘀的功效。现代医学研究,沙棘可降低胆固醇,缓解心绞痛发作,还有防治冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的作用。沙棘果实中维生素C含量极高,素有维生素C之王的美称。
刺梨,又名山王果、刺莓果、佛朗果、茨梨、木梨子,别名刺菠萝、送春归、刺酸梨子、九头鸟、文先果,是滋补健身的营养珍果,是一种稀有的果实。凉,甘、酸微涩,归脾、肾、胃三经。具有健胃、消食、滋补、强壮,治食积饱胀,消瘦的功效。刺梨富含超氧化物歧化酶(简称SOD),SOD能催化清除超氧阴离子自由基的反应。SOD具有清除机体代谢过程中产生过量的超氧阴离子自由基的作用,可以延缓由于自由基侵害而出现的衰老现象,即延缓皮肤衰老和脂褐素沉淀的出现。衰老自由基学说认为衰老是来自机体正常代谢过程中所产生的自由基随机附带破坏性的作用结果,自由基引起机体衰老的主要机制可概括为以下三方面:(1)减少生物大分子的交联聚合和脂褐素的堆积;(2)减缓器官组织细胞的损伤与减少;(3)防止免疫能力的降低。
SOD可以提高人体对自由基损伤而诱发疾病的抵抗力自由基损伤而诱发疾病的抵抗力主要包括肿瘤、炎症、肺气肿、白内障和自身免疫疾病等当SOD作为功能性食品基料加入食品中时,可有效抑制许多疾病的发生、发展,对人体健康有极大作用。
SOD可以提高人体对自由基外界诱发因子的抵抗力,如烟雾、辐射、有毒化学品和有毒药品等增强机体对外界环境的适应能力。电离辐射引起生物体内生成O2-、·OH等自由基。·OH对机体损伤作用大且其产生部位常为其作用部位,故远离·OH产生部位的生物大分子受损的机会小。O2-的损伤作用虽远小于·OH,但可从产生部位扩散到其他部位,并在铁离子鳌合剂存在下与H反应生成·OH,从而造成DNA、生物膜等损伤。烟雾、有毒化学品和药品也产生过量的O2-损伤机体,SOD同样可以减少这些损伤。
SOD还可以清除机体疲劳,增强对超负荷大运动量的适应力的作用。在超负荷大运动量过程中,机体中部分组织细胞会交替出现暂时性缺血及重灌流现象,引起缺血后重灌流损伤,加之乳酸量的增加,导致肌肉的疲劳与损伤。若在运动前供给SOD,则可保护肌肉避免出现上述现象。单次强烈运动可使体内自由基水平明显升高,过量的自由基作为引发剂攻击细胞膜中的不饱和脂肪酸造成脂质过氧化,引起膜流动性下降,脆性增强。过氧化脂质的一个特征是生成丙二醛,形成磷脂之间的交联,也可与血红蛋白形成褐色产物。机体经剧烈运动后,ATP含量有所降低肌酸激酶活力暂时下降,AMP含量升高,在腺嘌呤转氨酶的作用下促使IMP增高,然后在核苷酸酶和核苷酶的作用下,生成次黄嘌呤,运动后过量的次黄嘌呤在次黄嘌呤氧化酶的作用下,形成过量的O2-。因此,补充外源SOD能够有效抑制运动引起的细胞损伤。
同时,刺梨中维生素C含量也极高,是当前水果中最高的,每100克鲜果中含量841.58~3541.13毫克,是柑橘的50倍,猕猴桃的10倍。
黑枸杞,即黑果枸杞。黑枸杞味甘、性平,用于治疗心热病、心脏病、降低胆固醇、兴奋大脑神经、增强免疫功能、防治癌症、抗衰老、美容养颜、月经不调、停经等且药效显著。亦可作强壮补肾、降压的药物使用。经科学检测,果实里面含丰富的紫红色素,其原花青素超过蓝莓(黑果枸杞含原花青素3690mg/100g;蓝莓含原花青素330~3380mg/100g),极易溶于水,属天然的水溶性花色甙黄酮类。
枸杞子,为茄科植物,主要的药用种类为宁夏枸杞的干燥成熟果实。性味:甘,平。归肝、肾、肺经。具有滋补肝肾、益精明目、润肺的功效。现代药理研究表明:(1)免疫调节,枸杞子富含枸杞多糖,能够增强非特异性免疫功能,提高抗病能力,抑制肿瘤生长和细胞突变;(2)延缓衰老,枸杞提取液可明显抑制血清LPo生成,使血中GSH-Px活力增高。(3)抗肿瘤:枸杞多糖不仅是一种调节免疫反应的生物反应调节剂,而且可通过神经--内分泌--免疫调节网络发挥抗癌作用;(4)抗肝损伤,具有保肝的功能;(5)降血压,降血糖;(6)补肾抗疲劳等功效。
无花果,别名:奶浆果、天生子、蜜果。味甘、微辛,性平,有小毒。具有开胃,止泄痢,治五痔,咽喉痛的功效。现代药理研究表明:无花果含丰富的营养成分,供食用。在便秘时,可用作食物性轻泻剂。干果的水提取物经丙酮处理后所得之物质有抗艾氏肉瘤的作用。
其中,桑椹为浙江桐乡无籽大十红果桑,猕猴桃原料为秦美猕猴桃,沙棘原料为陕西的酸刺柳,刺梨原料为贵州贵阳刺梨,黑枸杞原料为新疆阿克苏黑枸杞,枸杞子原料为宁夏枸杞子,无花果为山东威海9月份成熟的新鲜无花果。

清洗彻底,去除烂的或者多余的部分,避免影响中药冻干粉的口感和营养成分。
优选的,所述过滤复合果浆的滤网目数为100~140目,优选的目数为120~140目。
优选的,所述过筛果粉的目数为60目。
使用60目的筛子对果粉进行过筛,使得到微粉级别的中药冻干粉,冻干粉的质量均一、粒径小、比表面积大、口感细腻、吸收快。
优选的,所述冻干的过程,具体包括预冻、升华和干燥,其中:所述预冻的温度在-10~-50℃范围内,所述干燥为加热至65~75℃温度下进行干燥。
优选的,所述预冻的过程中,控制物料厚度为8~10mm,预冻的时间为1.5~2小时。
优选的,所述干燥的过程中,控制物料厚度为8~10mm,干燥时的压强为80~90Pa。
本申请所提供的冻干过程,具体分为两步,先在-10~-50℃范围内进行预冻,然后升华,再在65~75℃温度下进行干燥,控制物料厚度,避免水分难以控制。控制适当的温度和时间,避免破坏营养成分或者制备的冻干粉质量不均。
实施例1
本实施例所提供的中药冻干粉,具体包括以下成分:
桑椹30g、猕猴桃15g、沙棘15g、刺梨10g、黑枸杞10g、枸杞子10g、和无花果10g。
本实施例所提供的中药冻干粉的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)原料验收;
(2)清洗和挑选:剔出未成熟、破损或变质腐烂的,用流动水将果实表面清洗干净;
(3)破碎:挑选后的果实分别经破碎机进行破碎得到果块,其中猕猴桃去皮,桑椹、沙棘、刺梨、无花果、枸杞子、黑枸杞去蒂;
(4)打浆:将步骤(3)果块磨细得到果浆;
(5)混匀:将步骤(4)磨细后的果浆混匀,得到复合果浆;
(6)过滤:用过滤网对步骤(5)混匀后的果浆采用120目的滤网,进行过滤,以去除杂质和果块;
(7)冻干,先预冻:控制物料厚度8mm,温度-30℃,时间2小时;再升华:控制物料厚度9mm,干燥时压强85Pa,加热板温度70℃,至物料水分控制在5%以内得到果粉;
(8)粉碎:将冻干后的果粉进行粉碎细化,过60目筛得到质量均一的粉末状果粉;
(9)包装、成品:对细化后的果粉及时进行包装密封,并入库保存。
实施例2
本实施例所提供的中药冻干粉,具体包括以下成分:
桑椹40g、猕猴桃20g、沙棘20g、刺梨15g、黑枸杞10g、枸杞子5g、和无花果10g。
本实施例所提供的中药冻干粉的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)~(5)同实施例中的步骤(1)~(5);
(6)过滤:用过滤网对步骤(5)混匀后的果浆采用100目的滤网,进行过滤,以去除杂质和果块;
(7)冻干,先预冻:控制物料厚度8mm,温度-10℃,时间1.5小时;再升华:控制物料厚度8mm,干燥时压强80Pa,加热板温度65℃,至物料水分控制在5%以内得到果粉;
(8)粉碎:将冻干后的果粉进行粉碎细化,过60目筛得到质量均一的粉末状果粉;
(9)包装、成品:对细化后的果粉及时进行包装密封,并入库保存。
实施例3
本实施例所提供的中药冻干粉,具体包括以下成分:
桑椹30g、猕猴桃25g、沙棘10g、刺梨10g、黑枸杞10g、枸杞子5g、和无花果10g。
本实施例所提供的中药冻干粉的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)~(5)同实施例中的步骤(1)~(5);
(6)过滤:用过滤网对步骤(5)混匀后的果浆采用140目的滤网,进行过滤,以去除杂质和果块;
(7)冻干,先预冻:控制物料厚度10mm,温度-50℃,时间1.5小时;再升华:控制物料厚度10mm,干燥时压强90Pa,加热板温度75℃,至物料水分控制在5%以内得到果粉;
(8)粉碎:将冻干后的果粉进行粉碎细化,过60目筛得到质量均一的粉末状果粉;
(9)包装、成品:对细化后的果粉及时进行包装密封,并入库保存。
实施例4
本实施例所提供的中药冻干粉,具体包括以下成分:
桑椹20g、猕猴桃30g、沙棘15g、刺梨20g、黑枸杞10g、枸杞子10g、和无花果10g。
本实施例所提供的中药冻干粉的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)~(5)同实施例中的步骤(1)~(5);
(6)过滤:用过滤网对步骤(5)混匀后的果浆采用120目的滤网,进行过滤,以去除杂质和果块;
(7)冻干,先预冻:控制物料厚度8mm,温度-30℃,时间2小时;再升华:控制物料厚度9mm,干燥时压强85Pa,加热板温度70℃,至物料水分控制在5%以内得到果粉;
(8)粉碎:将冻干后的果粉进行粉碎细化,过60目筛得到质量均一的粉末状果粉;
(9)包装、成品:对细化后的果粉及时进行包装密封,并入库保存。
对比例1
与实施例1原料基本相同,只是缺少桑椹、沙棘、无花果、刺梨和黑枸杞,并采用实施例1的方法制备成冻干粉。
对比例2
与实施例1原料相同,采用风干、粉碎、混合的方法进行制备。
实验例1中药冻干粉增强免疫力实验
取成都中医药大学提供的6月龄成年Wistar大鼠80只,体重250~300g,随机分为8组。
空白对照组:每次饮用10ml自来水,每天两次。
实验方法:对照组1-2分别采用对比例1-2的果粉,实验例1-4组为采用实施例1-4组所提供的中药干冻粉,用量均为每次10mg/kg,用10ml自来水稀释,每日两次,连续给药10天。
实验结果如表1所示。

从上表可知,各组之间免疫器官脏器/体重比值无显著性差异,表明样品对大鼠的免疫器官重量无明显影响。
对比对照组1~2,实验组1~4的溶血空斑数与空白对照组相比均有显著性升高,说明中药干冻粉均能促进大鼠的抗体生成细胞增值。
对比对照组1~2,实验组1~4的左右耳片重量差异与空白对照组相比均有显著性升高,说明中药干冻粉具有促进小鼠的迟发型变态反应的作用。
综上,实验结果表明,与对比例1-2比较,本申请所提供的中药冻干粉,具有更好的保健效果。其中,与对比例2比较,说明本申请所提供的制备方法可以有效保留原料中的营养价值,避免营养损失,显著提高中药的功效,使中药冻干粉具有更好的保健效果。
实验例2中药冻干粉对小鼠T细胞(Th细胞)和吞噬细胞增殖影响实验
实验动物:健康雌性或雄性小鼠,体重18~22g,4周龄。由北京维通利华实验动物有限公司提供,动物合格证号【SCXK(京)2012-0001】。
空白对照组:每次饮用20ml自来水,每天两次。
实验方法:对照组1-2分别采用对比例1-2的果粉,实验例1-4组为采用实施例1-4组所提供的中药干冻粉,用量均为每次20mg/kg,用20ml自来水稀释,每日两次,连续给药10天。
第11天,无菌分离小鼠脾脏细胞后,用70%Percoll密度梯度离心,获取单个核细胞悬液;加入抗CD4+T荧光标记抗体,经过流式细胞仪分选获得单个CD4+T细胞;96孔细胞培养平板,5×106/mL接种;培养箱培养48h后,WST法检测细胞增殖情况。
无菌分离上述给药方式处理后的小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞,收集至试管后加入PBS,离心洗2次;6孔细胞培养平板,1×106/mL接种;体外再次刺激加入不同浓度的HGSJ;巨噬细胞培养48h后,收集培养上清;Griess reagent方法检测巨噬细胞分泌NO的含量;A540检测光吸收值。
实验结果如表2所示。

实验结果表明,本申请所提供的中药冻干粉,与对比例1-2比较,具有更好的保健效果。其中,与对比例2的比较,说明本申请所提供的制备方法可以有效保留原料中的营养价值,避免营养损失,显著提高中药的功效,使中药冻干粉具有更好的保健效果。
尽管已用具体实施例来说明和描述了本发明,然而应意识到,以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:在不背离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围;因此,这意味着在所附权利要求中包括属于本发明范围内的所有这些替换和修改。
Claims (10)
1.一种中药冻干粉,其特征在于,按重量份计,主要由以下组份制备而成:
桑椹20~40份、猕猴桃15~30份、沙棘10~20份、刺梨10~20、黑枸杞5~10份、枸杞子5~10份和无花果5~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药冻干粉,其特征在于,按重量份计,主要由以下组份制备而成:
桑椹25~35份、猕猴桃20~25份、沙棘12~18份、刺梨12~18、黑枸杞6~8份、枸杞子6~8份和无花果6~8份。
3.权利要求1或2所述的中药冻干粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将原料分别破碎,得到果块,将果块打磨得到果浆,将各种果浆混合得到复合果浆,过滤复合果浆,然后进行冻干,至物料水分控制在5%以内得到果粉,然后将果粉粉碎细化、过筛,得到该中药冻干粉。
4.根据权利要求3所述的中药冻干粉的制备方法,其特征在于,在所述将原料分别破碎的步骤之前,还包括:将猕猴桃去皮,将桑椹、刺梨、沙棘、黑枸杞、枸杞子、无花果去蒂的步骤。
5.根据权利要求4所述的中药冻干粉的制备方法,其特征在于,在所述将猕猴桃去皮,将桑椹、刺梨、沙棘、黑枸杞、枸杞子、无花果去蒂的步骤之前,还包括:清洗和挑选的步骤;
优选的,所述清洗和挑选的过程,具体包括以下步骤:剔出未成熟、破损或变质腐烂的原料,用流动水将果实表面清洗干净。
6.根据权利要求3所述的中药冻干粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述过滤复合果浆的滤网目数为100~140目,优选的目数为120~140目。
7.根据权利要求3所述的中药冻干粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述过筛果粉的目数为60目。
8.根据权利要求3所述的中药冻干粉的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述冻干的过程,具体包括预冻、升华和干燥,其中:所述预冻的温度在-10~-50℃范围内,所述干燥为加热至65~75℃温度下进行干燥。
9.根据权利要求8所述的中药冻干粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述预冻的过程中,控制物料厚度为8~10mm,预冻的时间为1.5~2小时。
