1)取五谷杂粮类的黑米,黑芝麻,黑豆,糙米,大黄米,高粱米,红米,胚芽米,白沙花生米,紫皮花生米,玉米,薏苡仁,黄糯米,黑糯米,黄小米,白小米,小麦,荞麦,燕麦,粘大米,大麦米,黑麦米,槐米;种子类的芹菜籽,亚麻籽,苏籽,青萝卜籽,南瓜籽,西瓜籽,葡萄籽,黄瓜籽,节瓜籽,生菜籽,冬瓜籽,白菜籽,苦瓜籽,葫芦籽,金丝瓜籽,笋瓜籽,西葫芦籽,香菜籽,苋菜籽,菜菔籽,马齿菜籽,曲麻菜籽,角瓜籽,西兰花籽,石榴籽,方瓜籽,蒲公英籽,花菜籽,决明子,佛手瓜籽,菠菜籽,胡萝卜籽,白芝麻,放入自动恒温炒制锅中,用100℃的恒温炒制25分钟后,再次调到200℃恒温炒制15分钟,最后调到300℃恒温炒制10分钟,共三次炒制,倒入容器晾凉后,制得炒制的混合物;
2)将炒制的五谷杂粮,种子混合物打成200目的粉剂;
3)将玉竹,桑叶,益智仁,银杏叶,荷叶,柠檬叶,玫瑰花,菊花,桂花,金银花,代代花,茉莉花,藤黄果,玉米须,大麦苗,小麦苗,麦芽,洋葱,冬瓜,黄瓜,苹果,草莓,蓝莓,圣女果,巴西莓,葡萄,弥猴桃,菠萝,西兰花,石榴,柠檬,芒果,香蕉,荔枝,苦瓜,木瓜,白萝卜,杨桃,枇杷,酸枣仁,地瓜,普中红蘑,松茸菇,香菇,大红菇,冬菇,猴头菇,无花果,红枣,山楂,龙眼,陈皮;香蕉皮,鲜芦根,绞股蓝,葛根,茯苓,白芷,火麻仁,山药,阿胶,罗汉果,桑葚,砂仁,红豆,针叶樱桃,山核桃仁,榛子仁,杏仁,枣仁,葵花籽仁,黄豆,红小豆,绿豆,白扁豆,青豆,豌豆,扁豆,蚕豆,刀豆,荷兰豆,龙豆,毛豆,木豆,荆豆,四季豆,白芸豆,鹰嘴豆,饭豆,红芸豆,垅船豆,银耳,黑木耳,白莲子,红莲子,银杏,紫菜,海带,甘草,芡实,夏枯草,乌梅,枸杞,覆盆子,沙棘,瓜拉纳,枳椇子,西柚,松籽仁,开心果仁,极大螺旋藻,青果冷冻烘焙物混合后,也打成200目的粉剂,用自动恒温搅拌机将两种粉剂混合后,即得此保健食品。
本发明提供了保健食品的使食用方法:
1)冲泡:用约130-180ml沸水冲泡本发明的保健食品,边泡边搅拌,静置3-5分钟(盖上盖子效果更好)后,会看到本发明的保健食品膨胀起来,用勺子搅拌均匀后食用;
2)蒸食:患胃痛并发有呕吐,胀排气多的胃病的患者,或患胆汁返流性胃炎,萎缩性胃炎,浅表性胃炎,胃窦炎等的患者;食用本发明的保健食品时,可以蒸食,先从一次一包开始,一天一包,两餐中间吃。更好的方法是泡好后隔水蒸七八分钟再吃,上面会有一层米油,比较容易吸收消化,胃也会更舒服些,这是本发明的保健食品受益者的体会,然后待胃病恢复后,继续根据身体状况逐步增量为两包的成长期,再进入修复期。
3)注意事项:孕妇,哺乳期,15周岁以下的儿童,身体特别虚弱,病症严重者建议先低速调和适应到一定程度后逐步过渡到中速调和,高速调和。
不论选择什么吃法都要:吃前小口喝200ml温水,吃后再小口喝200ml温水,多喝水能够帮助身体软化溶解代谢毒素,沉睡的储备脂肪都需要消耗大量的水!在换食期间应喝足2000ml的水。

2.一种如权利要求1所述均衡营养细胞、调理五脏功能的保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)取所述质量百分比的五谷杂粮类的黑米,黑芝麻,黑豆,糙米,大黄米,高粱米,红米,胚芽米,白沙花生米,紫皮花生米,玉米,薏苡仁,黄糯米,黑糯米,黄小米,白小米,小麦,荞麦,燕麦,粘大米,大麦米,黑麦米,槐米;种子类的芹菜籽,亚麻籽,苏籽,青萝卜籽,南瓜籽,西瓜籽,葡萄籽,黄瓜籽,节瓜籽,生菜籽,冬瓜籽,白菜籽,苦瓜籽,葫芦籽,金丝瓜籽,笋瓜籽,西葫芦籽,香菜籽,苋菜籽,菜菔籽,马齿菜籽,曲麻菜籽,角瓜籽,西兰花籽,石榴籽,方瓜籽,蒲公英籽,花菜籽,决明子,佛手瓜籽,菠菜籽,胡萝卜籽,白芝麻,放入自动恒温炒制锅中,用100℃的恒温炒制25分钟后,再次调到200℃恒温炒制15分钟,最后调到300℃恒温炒制10分钟,共三次炒制,倒入容器晾凉后,制得炒制的混合物;
2)将炒制的五谷杂粮,种子混合物打成200目的粉剂;
3)将所述质量百分比的玉竹,桑叶,益智仁,银杏叶,荷叶,柠檬叶,玫瑰花,菊花,桂花,金银花,代代花,茉莉花,藤黄果,玉米须,大麦苗,小麦苗,麦芽,洋葱,冬瓜,黄瓜,苹果,草莓,蓝莓,圣女果,巴西莓,葡萄,弥猴桃,菠萝,西兰花,石榴,柠檬,芒果,香蕉,荔枝,苦瓜,木瓜,白萝卜,杨桃,枇杷,酸枣仁,地瓜,普中红蘑,松茸菇,香菇,大红菇,冬菇,猴头菇,无花果,红枣,山楂,龙眼,陈皮;香蕉皮,鲜芦根,绞股蓝,葛根,茯苓,白芷,火麻仁,山药,阿胶,罗汉果,桑葚,砂仁,红豆,针叶樱桃,山核桃仁,榛子仁,杏仁,枣仁,葵花籽仁,黄豆,红小豆,绿豆,白扁豆,青豆,豌豆,扁豆,蚕豆,刀豆,荷兰豆,龙豆,毛豆,木豆,荆豆,四季豆,白芸豆,鹰嘴豆,饭豆,红芸豆,垅船豆,银耳,黑木耳,白莲子,红莲子,银杏,紫菜,海带,甘草,芡实,夏枯草,乌梅,枸杞,覆盆子,沙棘,瓜拉纳,枳椇子,西柚,松籽仁,开心果仁,极大螺旋藻,青果冷冻烘焙物混合后,也打成200目的粉剂,用自动恒温搅拌机将两种粉剂混合后,即得此保健食品。
