Abstract

本发明公开了一种人造假发用改性复合纤维的加工方法,其特征在于,将丙烯腈、偏氯乙烯、丙烯酸甲酯、二甲基甲酰胺、偶氮二异丁腈投入不锈钢反应釜中,保持密闭,在氮气保护下,开始搅拌,在夹套中通入循环水反应,得到丙烯腈‑偏氯乙烯‑丙烯酸甲酯三元共聚物;将所得共聚物与二甲基甲酰胺、水混合制成纺丝液,由计量泵挤出,在凝固浴中用喷丝板进行喷丝,水洗拉伸,再经热水拉伸,干燥热处理拉伸后,再干燥热处理回缩;将纺丝所得纤维从辊压曲机的一面送入,经电热棒加热,用压辊进行压曲,将拉出的纤维缠绕在管子上,在热水中浸泡定型处理后,用纱线把纤维两端扎紧,放在托盘上,置于烘箱中,开热循环风处理,使其自由收缩,得到假发用纤维。

技术领域
本发明涉及发制品加工领域,具体涉及一种人造假发用改性复合纤维的加工方法。
背景技术
在当今这个充满时尚化元素的社会里,头上时装-假发也得到了飞速的发展,俨然已经成为街头巷尾引领时尚新风向的标志。假发产品日益流行,人发资源日益稀缺,化纤假发的需求量和产量逐渐加大,并且随着人们的生活水平的提高,对假发的差别化和功能化的要求也就越来越高,因此对假发用纤维的研究越来越重要。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种人造假发用改性复合纤维的加工方法,依照该方法加工的假发用纤维具有良好的力学性能抗张强度、断裂伸长率,满足假发制品的要求。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种人造假发用改性复合纤维的加工方法,其特征在于,按以下步骤进行:
(1)聚合反应工艺:
将丙烯腈、偏氯乙烯、丙烯酸甲酯、二甲基甲酰胺、偶氮二异丁腈投入不锈钢反应釜中,保持密闭,在氮气保护下,开始搅拌,在夹套中通入64-66℃循环水,反应20-22h,出料,得到丙烯腈-偏氯乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯三元共聚物;
(2)纺丝工艺:
将(1)中所得共聚物与二甲基甲酰胺、水混合制成纺丝液,由计量泵挤出,在凝固浴中用喷丝板进行喷丝,水洗拉伸1.1-1.2倍,经44-46℃热水拉伸1.5倍,再经90-92℃热水拉伸4倍,于98-100℃干燥热处理5-6min拉伸1.2倍后,于120-122℃干燥热处理4-5min回缩0.9倍;
(3)压曲处理、热水定形、干热收缩处理:
将(2)中纺丝所得纤维从辊压曲机的一面送入,经电热棒加热至80-120℃,
用压辊进行压曲,将拉出的纤维缠绕在管子上,在65-85℃的热水中浸泡定型处理10-12min后,用纱线把纤维两端扎紧,放在托盘上,置于110-112℃烘箱中,开热循环风处理40-43min,使其自由收缩,即得到所述假发用纤维。
其中,步骤(1)中丙烯腈:偏氯乙烯:丙烯酸甲酯8:8:1。
步骤(2)中凝固浴是浓度为35-45%的二甲基甲酰胺。
步骤(3)中压辊压力为0.1-0.5Mpa。
本发明的反应机理及有益效果如下:
以丙烯腈、偏氯乙烯、丙烯酸甲酯为原料,合成了三元共聚物,将所得三元共聚物与二甲基甲酰胺、水混合制成纺丝液,用喷丝板进行喷丝,将纺丝液从二甲基甲酰的凝固液里抽出,初生纤维经水洗拉伸、热水拉伸、干燥热处理、卷绕,得到假发用改性复合纤维,其中偏氯乙烯起到阻燃作用,丙烯酸甲酯起到增加染色性的作用;将纤维样品经热水定形处理,在卷曲定型后竖直悬垂,然后再干热收缩处理,所得具有良好的力学性能抗张强度、断裂伸长率的改性欣纤维,满足假发制品的要求。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种人造假发用改性复合纤维的加工方法,其特征在于,按以下步骤进行:
(1)聚合反应工艺:
将丙烯腈、偏氯乙烯、丙烯酸甲酯、二甲基甲酰胺、偶氮二异丁腈投入不锈钢反应釜中,保持密闭,在氮气保护下,开始搅拌,在夹套中通入64-66℃循环水,反应20-22h,出料,得到丙烯腈-偏氯乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯三元共聚物;
(2)纺丝工艺:
将(1)中所得共聚物与二甲基甲酰胺、水混合制成纺丝液,由计量泵挤出,在凝固浴中用喷丝板进行喷丝,水洗拉伸1.1-1.2倍,经44-46℃热水拉伸1.5倍,再经90-92℃热水拉伸4倍,于98-100℃干燥热处理5-6min拉伸1.2倍后,于120-122℃干燥热处理4-5min回缩0.9倍;
(3)压曲处理、热水定形、干热收缩处理:
将(2)中纺丝所得纤维从辊压曲机的一面送入,经电热棒加热至80-120℃,
用压辊进行压曲,将拉出的纤维缠绕在管子上,在65-85℃的热水中浸泡定型处理12min后,用纱线把纤维两端扎紧,放在托盘上,置于110-112℃烘箱中,开热循环风处理43min,使其自由收缩,即得到所述假发用纤维。
其中,步骤(1)中丙烯腈:偏氯乙烯:丙烯酸甲酯8:8:1。
步骤(2)中凝固浴是浓度为40%的二甲基甲酰胺。
步骤(3)中压辊压力为0.1-0.5Mpa。

1.一种人造假发用改性复合纤维的加工方法,其特征在于,将丙烯腈、偏氯乙烯、丙烯酸甲酯、二甲基甲酰胺、偶氮二异丁腈投入不锈钢反应釜中,保持密闭,在氮气保护下,开始搅拌,在夹套中通入循环水反应,出料,得到丙烯腈-偏氯乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯三元共聚物;将所得共聚物与二甲基甲酰胺、水混合制成纺丝液,由计量泵挤出,在凝固浴中用喷丝板进行喷丝,水洗拉伸,再经热水拉伸,干燥热处理拉伸后,再干燥热处理回缩;将纺丝所得纤维从辊压曲机的一面送入,经电热棒加热,用压辊进行压曲,将拉出的纤维缠绕在管子上,在热水中浸泡定型处理后,用纱线把纤维两端扎紧,放在托盘上,置于烘箱中,开热循环风处理,使其自由收缩,即得到所述假发用纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种人造假发用改性复合纤维的加工方法,其特征在于,按以下步骤进行:

4.根据权利要求2所述的一种人造假发用改性复合纤维的加工方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中凝固浴是浓度为35-45%的二甲基甲酰胺溶液。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种人造假发用改性复合纤维的加工方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中压辊压力为0.1-0.5Mpa。
