本申请涉及一种富硒绿茶酒，尤其涉及富硒绿茶保健酒。
背景技术
现代21世纪人们的压力越来越大，越来越多的人出现了亚健康的症状，象机体免疫能力降低、人体神经、内脏器官功能下降等等。但是现有的食品和保健品也有一些能够起到一定的作用，但是其效果无法达到人们满意的效果。
绿茶，是中国的主要茶类之一，是指采取茶树的新叶或芽，未经发酵，经杀青、整形、烘干等工艺而制备的饮品，其制成品的色泽和冲泡后的茶汤较多的保存了鲜茶叶的绿色格调，常饮绿茶能防癌，降脂和减肥，对吸烟者也可减轻其受到的尼古丁伤害。据《中药大词典》记载，绿茶有清热降火、消食利尿作用。茶叶中的鞣质、儿茶素与没食子酸脂的混合物有保持和恢复毛细血管正常活力的作用。
硒是一种非金属化学元素，是人体必需的营养元素。而这种元素稀少，又称为稀有元素。在全世界，有40多个国家和地区属于缺硒地区，我国约有2/3的地区属国际上公认的缺硒地区，其中近1/3为严重缺硒地区。而在恩施，这种硒资源相对丰富和集中，属于高硒区。恩施市是迄今为止“全球唯一探明独立硒矿床”所在地，境内硒矿蕴藏量居世界第一，还是世界天然生物硒资源最富集的地区，被誉为“世界第一天然富硒生物圈”，获取“世界硒都”殊荣当之无愧，同时也是全球唯一获得“世界硒都”称号的城市。
保健酒是指以蒸馏酒、发酵酒或食用酒精为酒基，以食用动植物、食品添加剂作为呈香、呈味、呈色物质，按一定生产工艺加工而成的对人体具有保健功能的饮料酒。它适用于特定人群食用，有调节机体功能，随着健康观念的不断提高，消费者对保健酒的需求越来越大，虽然目前国内酒行业整体下滑，但是保健酒市场却异军突起，未来的市场潜力很大，到2010年，保健酒市场容量将达到130亿以上，其中又以中药保健酒为主。
经过长达5年的自主研发和调研积累，2013年正式成立恩施硒禾生物科技有限公司。恩施硒禾生物科技有限公司，是一家致力于生态富硒食品研发生产及健康养生的高科技生物公司。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的问题，本申请提供一种富硒绿茶保健酒，它能给人体适当补充滋阴补肾、清虚火、缓解疲劳、防衰老。
一种富硒绿茶保健酒，包括如下组分：
富硒绿茶20-40、洋甘菊6-10、苦瓜叶3-5、黑豆皮10-15、小麦胚芽3-9、桂枝3-5、黑芝麻5-10、梧桐叶4-8、牡蛎壳粉末2-4、红景天6-8、柚子皮5-8、何首乌2-4、肉苁蓉5-10、仙人掌果4-8、金银花15-20、瓦楞子5-10、枸杞6-8、高粱酒800-1000。
优选地，其组成原料的重量份为：富硒绿茶30、洋甘菊7、苦瓜叶4、黑豆皮12、小麦胚芽7、桂枝4、黑芝麻8、梧桐叶5.5、牡蛎壳粉末3、红景天7、柚子皮6、何首乌3、肉苁蓉8、仙人掌果5、金银花18、瓦楞子7、枸杞7、高粱酒1000。
前述富硒绿茶保健酒的制备方法为：
(1)按重量份称取富硒绿茶叶、洋甘菊、苦瓜叶、黑豆皮、黑芝麻，加入其重量1-1.8倍的浓度为11-20％的苹果酸溶液后进行破碎打浆，制得原料浆液；
(2)向上述步骤(1)原料浆液中按其重量添加0.5-0.8％纤维素酶、0.1-0.5％的果胶酶，温度控制为40-60℃，时间为30-40min；处理后干燥粉碎，备用；
(3)小麦胚芽、桂枝、梧桐叶、红景天、柚子皮、何首乌、肉苁蓉、仙人掌果、金银花、枸杞洗净，晒干，然后切碎或磨粉，再与牡蛎壳粉末装入白纱布袋，浸泡于白酒中8～15天，即可饮用。
具体实施例
一种富硒绿茶保健酒，包括如下组分：
富硒绿茶30、洋甘菊7、苦瓜叶4、黑豆皮12、小麦胚芽7、桂枝4、黑芝麻8、梧桐叶5.5、牡蛎壳粉末3、红景天7、柚子皮6、何首乌3、肉苁蓉8、仙人掌果5、金银花18、瓦楞子7、枸杞7、高粱酒1000。
前述富硒绿茶保健酒的制备方法为：
(1)按重量份称取富硒绿茶叶、洋甘菊、苦瓜叶、黑豆皮、黑芝麻，加入其重量1.5倍的浓度为15％的苹果酸溶液后进行破碎打浆，制得原料浆液；
(2)向上述步骤(1)原料浆液中按其重量添加0.6％纤维素酶、0.4％的果胶酶，温度控制为50℃，时间为35min；处理后干燥粉碎，备用；
(3)小麦胚芽、桂枝、梧桐叶、红景天、柚子皮、何首乌、肉苁蓉、仙人掌果、金银花、枸杞洗净，晒干，然后切碎或磨粉，再与牡蛎壳粉末装入白纱布袋，浸泡于白酒中10天，即可饮用。

1.一种富硒绿茶保健酒，包括如下组分：
富硒绿茶20-40、洋甘菊6-10、苦瓜叶3-5、黑豆皮10-15、小麦胚芽3-9、桂枝3-5、黑芝麻5-10、梧桐叶4-8、牡蛎壳粉末2-4、红景天6-8、柚子皮5-8、何首乌2-4、肉苁蓉5-10、仙人掌果4-8、金银花15-20、瓦楞子5-10、枸杞6-8、高粱酒800-1000。
2.根据权利要求1所述的富硒绿茶保健酒，优选地，其组成原料的重量份为：富硒绿茶30、洋甘菊7、苦瓜叶4、黑豆皮12、小麦胚芽7、桂枝4、黑芝麻8、梧桐叶5.5、牡蛎壳粉末3、红景天7、柚子皮6、何首乌3、肉苁蓉8、仙人掌果5、金银花18、瓦楞子7、枸杞7、高粱酒1000。
3.前述权利要求1-2所述的富硒绿茶保健酒的制备方法，包含以下步骤：
(1)按重量份称取富硒绿茶叶、洋甘菊、苦瓜叶、黑豆皮、黑芝麻，加入其重量1-1.8倍的浓度为11-20％的苹果酸溶液后进行破碎打浆，制得原料浆液；
(2)向上述步骤(1)原料浆液中按其重量添加0.5-0.8％纤维素酶、0.1-0.5％的果胶酶，温度控制为40-60℃，时间为30-40min；处理后干燥粉碎，备用；
(3)小麦胚芽、桂枝、梧桐叶、红景天、柚子皮、何首乌、肉苁蓉、仙人掌果、金银花、枸杞洗净，晒干，然后切碎或磨粉，再与牡蛎壳粉末装入白纱布袋，浸泡于白酒中8～15天，即可饮用。
4.根据权利要求3所述的富硒绿茶保健酒的制备方法，包含以下步骤：
(1)按重量份称取富硒绿茶叶、洋甘菊、苦瓜叶、黑豆皮、黑芝麻，加入其重量1.5倍的浓度为15％的苹果酸溶液后进行破碎打浆，制得原料浆液；
(2)向上述步骤(1)原料浆液中按其重量添加0.6％纤维素酶、0.4％的果胶酶，温度控制为50℃，时间为35min；处理后干燥粉碎，备用；
(3)小麦胚芽、桂枝、梧桐叶、红景天、柚子皮、何首乌、肉苁蓉、仙人掌果、金银花、枸杞洗净，晒干，然后切碎或磨粉，再与牡蛎壳粉末装入白纱布袋，浸泡于白酒中10天，即可饮用。
