本发明涉及果酱领域,尤其涉及到一种香橙果酱。
背景技术
香橙营养价值高,含有丰富的营养成分,也具有很好的保健功效与作用,可消食去油腻、预防“富贵病”、清肠、治疗咳嗽感冒、防癌、少得胆结石、缓解女性压力等功效。而市面上的橙汁营养成分低,水分多,无法补充人体营养需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种香橙果酱,具有排除腰腹油脂,促进血液循环,有助于排除水肿,清热解毒的功效。
为实现上述目的,本发明所提供的技术方案为:一种香橙果酱,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:白砂糖18-22份、香橙50-60份、蜂蜜10-15份、芦荟果肉10-20份、果葡糖浆10-14份、葡萄糖浆10-16份、果胶0.15-0.35份、淀粉5-7份、食品添加剂0.1-0.3份、食品用香精0.1-0.3份、水15-20份、食用盐6-10份。
优选的,所述的香橙果酱,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:白砂糖18份、香橙50份、蜂蜜10份、芦荟果肉10份、果葡糖浆10份、葡萄糖浆10份、果胶0.15份、淀粉5份、食品添加剂0.1份、食品用香精0.1份、水15份、食用盐6份。

一种香橙果酱,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:白砂糖22份、香橙60份、蜂蜜15份、芦荟果肉20份、果葡糖浆14份、葡萄糖浆16份、果胶0.35份、淀粉7份、食品添加剂0.3份、食品用香精0.3份、水20份、食用盐10份。
