本发明涉及一种通过合成树脂膜安装到车门内板的车内侧的门内密封膜。
背景技术
如图11以及图12所示,以往,汽车的车门100具有车门外板(Door Outer Panel)101和车门内板(Door Inner Panel)102,并且设置有门内密封膜(Door Hole Seal)10,该门内密封膜10将在车门内板102上形成的开口部H覆盖住,并且为了应对车门100内部的隔音性能和确保防水性而设置在车门内板102与车门内饰板(Door Trim)103之间。门内密封膜10安装在车门内板102的车内侧。
如图13所示,该门内密封膜10是将环状的PE(聚乙烯)薄膜12一体化到膜主体部11上而构成的,膜主体部11由高发泡的海绵橡胶膜构成。另外,在膜主体部11的车内侧形成有多个凹凸部11a。在PE薄膜12的车外侧面上设置有丁基橡胶密封剂13作为粘接剂,由此,门内密封膜10固定到车门内板102上(例如参照专利文献1)。

在这样的门内密封膜10中,作为使得吸音性能进一步提高的方法,可以考虑增加膜主体部11的厚度,但是与位于膜主体部11的车内侧的车门内饰板103发生干涉的情况很多,存在门内密封膜10的安装变差这样的问题。
另外,在进行门内密封膜10的安装作业时,需要在涂敷于车门内板102的车内侧面的丁基橡胶密封剂13上将门内密封膜10对位到所期望的位置并进行安装。或者,需要将设置于PE薄膜12的车外侧面上的丁基橡胶密封剂13对位到车门内板102的所期望的位置而安装门内密封膜10,但定位是困难的。另外,在进行门内密封膜10的安装作业时,在丁基橡胶密封剂13意外的附着到其它的部位,例如PE薄膜12或车门内板102的未预先确定的部位时,要剥掉会很麻烦,因此在安装作业时需要非常细心的注意。
特别是在安装时可以透视的薄的PE薄膜12这样的合成树脂膜,为了在PE薄膜12上不产生皱纹而安装门内密封膜10,需要操作熟练。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种门内密封膜,安装作业容易且可以进一步提高吸音性能。
为实现上述的目的,本发明的门内密封膜(50),膜主体部(51)通过合成树脂膜(52)安装到车门内板(102)上,将在所述车门内板(102)上形成的开口部(H)覆盖住,并且所述合成树脂膜(52)是透明的或者半透明的,所述合成树脂膜的内周端(52a)侧固定在所述膜主体部(51)上,所述合成树脂膜(52)的外周端(52b)侧通过粘接剂(53)而固定在所述车门内板(102)的车内侧,其特征是,
在所述膜主体部(51)的外周端(51b)与所述合成树脂膜(52)的外周端(52b)之间,在从所述膜主体部(51)离开的位置设置有膜分离部(55),该膜分离部粘附在所述合成树脂膜(52)上。
另外,本发明的特征是,所述膜分离部(55)沿着将所述膜主体部(51)整体包围住的曲线(R)而隔开间隔设置有多个。
另外,本发明的特征是,所述膜分离部(55)是沿着所述曲线(R)的延伸方向呈细长状延伸的形状。

根据本发明,由于在膜主体部的外周端与合成树脂膜的外周端之间,在从膜主体部离开的位置设置有膜分离部,且膜分离部粘附在合成树脂膜上,因此即使不特别增加膜主体部的厚度,通过使合成树脂膜向外侧扩大并增加膜分离部,也能够使吸音性能进一步提高。
另外,合成树脂膜的厚度薄,若仅增加其面积,则相应的容易产生皱纹或者在安装作业时容易发生打卷儿或折叠的情况,但是由于在合成树脂膜的外周侧粘附有膜分离部,该部分的厚度厚,因此在安装作业时作业人员可以用两手将合成树脂膜的两端以稳定的状态,即以减少产生打卷儿或折叠的状态而把持着来固定到车门内板的车内侧。
特别是,当膜分离部由高发泡的橡胶状弹性体构成,且除了车外侧面以及车内侧面以外的外周面呈无表皮层的状态,即将橡胶表皮除去的状态时,可以进一步提高吸音效果。
另外,根据本发明,由于膜分离部沿着将膜主体部整体包围住的曲线隔开间隔而设置有多个,而且,该膜分离部是沿着该曲线的延伸方向呈细长状延伸的形状,因此能够抑制门内密封膜的各部位的吸音性能的不均。
另外,根据本发明,由于膜分离部并不是收纳在合成树脂膜内,而是一部分突出到合成树脂膜的外周端的外侧,门内密封膜的外周端由合成树脂膜构成的部位变少,因此门内密封膜的安装作业变得容易,也减轻了皱纹的产生。另外,也防止由于合成树脂膜的端部振动而产生的所谓的抖动噪声这样的异常声音的产生。
而且,根据本发明,由于在沿着曲线而相邻的膜分离部之间,位于其间的合成树脂膜的外周端向着内周端侧凹陷,因此进一步减轻皱纹的产生,并且通过在门内密封膜安装作业时的定位中利用该凹陷的部位,即使并不特别是熟练工,也可以容易的进行安装作业。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图,针对本发明实施方式的门内密封膜50进行说明。
如图1至图3以及图11所示,门内密封膜50设置在车门内板102与车门内饰板103之间,将形成于车门内板102上的开口部H覆盖住。
另外,门内密封膜50包括有隔音性能以及吸音性能出色的膜主体部51和与该膜主体部51一体化并将膜主体部51安装到车门内板102的车内侧的合成树脂膜52。
在膜主体部51的车内侧形成有多个凹凸部51a。在膜主体部51上形成有使各种缆线贯穿或者作业人员进行作业时手插入用的切口部51k。
合成树脂膜52是透明的(也可以是半透明的),例如由PE(聚乙烯)薄膜等构成,比膜主体部51的厚度要薄很多。
另外,如图2所示,合成树脂膜52呈面包圈状(环状),成为合成树脂膜52的内侧的内周端52a侧,被固定到膜主体部51的外周边部的车外侧,成为合成树脂膜52的外侧的外周端52b侧被固定到车门内板102的车内侧。
合成树脂膜52的内周端52a侧通过热融合而固定到膜主体部51上。另一方面,合成树脂膜52的外周端52b侧通过在其车外侧设置的丁基橡胶密封剂53(涂黑所示部分)而固定到车门内板102的车内侧。
而在膜主体部51的外周端51b与合成树脂膜52的外周端52b之间,在离开膜主体部51的位置设置有多个膜分离部55,这些膜分离部通过热融合而粘附到合成树脂膜52的车内侧。膜分离部55的厚度与膜主体部51的厚度大致相同。
如图1以及图2所示,合成树脂膜52与以往例(图12、图13)中所示的结构相比更向外侧扩大。与以往例(图12、图13)相比较,合成树脂膜52的区域,在车门内板102与车门内饰板103之间,在车门100的上方进一步向上方扩大,在车门100的下方进一步向下方扩大,在车门100的前方以及后方进一步向前方以及后方扩大。而膜分离部55在膜主体部51的外周端51b与合成树脂膜52的外周端52b的大致中央如小岛那样设置有多个。所以,在膜分离部55的外侧也存在有合成树脂膜52。
更具体而言,膜分离部55沿着将膜主体部51整体包围住的曲线R,隔开间隔而设置有多个(在本实施方式的例子中是9个)。相邻的膜分离部55、55之间的间隔(间隙部位用附图标记S表示)大致相等,有关各个的形状,是沿着曲线R的延伸方向呈细长状延伸的形状。
丁基橡胶密封剂53是在位于膜主体部51的外周端51b与膜分离部55之间的合成树脂膜52的车外侧,以将膜主体部51整体包围住的方式而以闭环的状态设置。由于合成树脂膜52如上所述是透明的,因此在将门内密封膜50对车门内板102进行安装时,作业人员可以从车内侧透过合成树脂膜52而目视丁基橡胶密封剂53的位置。
丁基橡胶密封剂53是设置在合成树脂膜52与车门内板102之间,无论是直接涂敷在合成树脂膜52的车外侧,还是相反直接涂敷在车门内板102的车内侧都可以。
另外,膜主体部51由高发泡的橡胶状弹性体构成,除了车外侧面以及车内侧面以外的外周端51b的面(截面)呈无表皮层的状态,即处于将橡胶表皮除去的状态,使得吸音性能提高。另外,膜分离部55也与膜主体部51相同,由高发泡的橡胶状弹性体构成,除了车外侧面以及车内侧面以外的外周面55a呈无表皮层的状态,即处于将橡胶表皮除去的状态,使得吸音性能进一步提高。作为高发泡的橡胶状弹性体,例如可列举出EPDM(三元乙丙橡胶)、CR(氯丁橡胶)、SBR(丁苯橡胶)、NBR(丁腈橡胶)等合成橡胶或弹性体。
另外,作为膜主体部51,也可以使用由独立气泡层和连续气泡层层叠(两层以上)而成的发泡膜,但是如上所述,优选使得膜主体部51的外周端51b的面呈无表皮层的状态。
在本实施方式中,作为膜主体部51,使用了比重为0.4以下的EPDM制海绵橡胶膜。另外,优选比重为0.2以下,更加优选为0.1以下。
另外,作为合成树脂膜52,列举出了透明的PE(聚乙烯)薄膜,但是对此并不特别限定,只要能够将膜主体部51稳定的安装到车门内板102的车内侧即可。
接着,图10示出针对本实施方式的门内密封膜50(曲线图中用实线表示)与图9中所示的门内密封膜60(曲线图中用虚线表示)比较频率特性时的曲线图。
这是如图1那样安装到实际的车辆上,从车门外板101的外侧发出声音,在车辆内侧进行检测。
在此,门内密封膜50的膜主体部51以及膜分离部55、门内密封膜60的膜主体部61以及膜分离部65都使用板厚为7.4mm的EPDM海绵橡胶膜。另外,门内密封膜50的合成树脂膜52和门内密封膜60的合成树脂膜62为相同形状且大小相同。膜分离部65除了图的左上端部以外是连续的面包圈状(环状),相对于此,膜分离部55是在膜分离部65的多个部位膜体被除去而不存在,形成间隙部位,由于该多个间隙部位S的存在而使得膜分离部55和膜分离部65这两者仅膜分离部的形态不同。
根据该曲线图可知,特别是针对1000Hz前后的声音,本发明实施方式的门内密封膜50的吸音性能好于比较例的门内密封膜60。
根据这样构成的本实施方式的门内密封膜50,在膜主体部51的外周端51b与合成树脂膜52的外周端52b之间,在从膜主体部51离开的位置设置有多个膜分离部55,膜分离部55粘附在合成树脂膜52上,因此通过使合成树脂膜52向外侧扩大,增加相互隔开间隔的多个膜分离部55,从而可以进一步提高吸音性能。
这是因为膜分离部55由高发泡的橡胶状弹性体构成,除了车外侧面以及车内侧面以外的外周面55a呈无表皮层的状态,即处于将橡胶表皮除去的状态。
另外,膜分离部55沿着将膜主体部51整体包围住的曲线R(外环)隔开间隔而设置有多个,而且,构成为沿着该曲线R的延伸方向呈细长状延伸的形状,特别是在与设置于车内侧的车门内饰板103或其它的位于车门内部的构件容易发生干涉的部位,成为膜分离部55不存在的隔开间隔的间隙部位S,防止发生干涉,可以抑制门内密封膜50的各部位的吸音性能的不均。而未设置间隙部位S的连续的呈面包圈状(环状)的膜分离部65,由于与车门内饰板103或其它构件发生干涉,从而非有意识的使得膜分离部65被压缩或变形,该变形或扭曲由于是连续体而传递到远方,从而使得吸音性能产生不均。
另外,在本实施方式中,膜分离部55在膜主体部51的外周端51b与合成树脂膜52的外周端52b的大致中央设置有多个,但是如图4所示,也可以使得合成树脂膜52的外周端52b到达膜分离部的外周面55a为止,使得膜分离部55偏向合成树脂膜52的外周端52b侧。
另外,并不是如图2所示那样将膜分离部55全部收纳到合成树脂膜52的区域内,而是如图5至图7所示那样,膜分离部55的一部分(在此为大致一半)突出到合成树脂膜52的外周端52b的外侧也可以。
据此,使得门内密封膜50的外周端由合成树脂膜52构成的部位变少,即,门内密封膜50的外周端由合成树脂膜52构成的部位仅是位于相邻的膜分离部55、55之间的部位,因此在将门内密封膜50安装于车门内板102上时,使得合成树脂膜52发生打卷儿或折叠的情况减少,安装作业变得容易。另外,也能够防止由于合成树脂膜52的端部振动而产生的所谓的抖动噪声这样的异常声音的产生。
而且,如图8所示,也可以使位于相邻的膜分离部55、55之间的合成树脂膜52的外周端52b向内周端52a侧呈曲面状凹陷。
据此,由于位于相邻的膜分离部55、55之间的合成树脂膜52的外周端52b向内周端52a侧凹陷,因此使得皱纹的产生被进一步减轻,并且该凹陷的部位52c可以在将门内密封膜50安装于车门内板102上时的定位中加以利用。
所以,即使并不特别是熟练工,也可以使得门内密封膜50对车门内板102的安装作业变得容易。
另外,在本实施方式中,好似细长状的形状的膜分离部55具有多个,且沿着将膜主体部51整体包围住的曲线R隔开间隔而比较整齐的设置,但是即使是大小各异的膜分离部55无序的设置在合成树脂膜52上,与未设置膜分离部55的结构相比较,也能够提高门内密封膜50的吸音性能。另外,若对应于所安装的车门内板102或车门内饰板103的凹凸以及电器部件的配置而分别的隔开间隔,则不会使作为发泡体的膜分离部55非有意的变形,能够发挥吸音性能。

Claims (7)

1.一种门内密封膜,膜主体部通过合成树脂膜安装到车门内板上,将在所述车门内板上形成的开口部覆盖住,并且所述合成树脂膜是透明的或者半透明的,所述合成树脂膜的内周端侧固定在所述膜主体部上,所述合成树脂膜的外周端侧通过粘接剂而固定到所述车门内板的车内侧,其特征在于,
在所述膜主体部的外周端与所述合成树脂膜的外周端之间,在从所述膜主体部离开的位置设置有膜分离部,所述膜分离部粘附在所述合成树脂膜上。
2.如权利要求1所述的门内密封膜,其特征在于,所述膜分离部沿着将所述膜主体部整体包围住的曲线而隔开间隔设置有多个。
3.如权利要求2所述的门内密封膜,其特征在于,所述膜分离部是沿着所述曲线的延伸方向呈细长状延伸的形状。
4.如权利要求3所述的门内密封膜,其特征在于,所述膜分离部突出到所述合成树脂膜的外周端的外侧。
5.如权利要求4所述的门内密封膜,其特征在于,位于沿着所述曲线而相邻的膜分离部之间的所述合成树脂膜的外周端向着内周端侧凹陷。
6.如权利要求1~5中任一项所述的门内密封膜,其特征在于,所述粘接剂在所述膜主体部的外周端与所述膜分离部之间以将所述膜主体部整体包围住的方式设置。
7.如权利要求1~6中任一项所述的门内密封膜,其特征在于,所述膜分离部由高发泡的橡胶状弹性体构成,除了车外侧面以及车内侧面以外的外周面呈无表皮层的状态。
